The cup and crisp pepperoni pizza was outstanding. Perfectly cooked with a crisp crust, just the right amount of sauce, and those pepperoni cups that curl up and get beautifully crispy on the edges while staying juicy in the center. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Exactly what you want from a great take-out pizzeria--this one absolutely nails it. read more

Good fast service. They're white sauce has a very good garlicy taste that some locations don't seem to have. Really good pizza overall.

Just moved to the area and we have always loved pizza guys so we decided to try this location out. Ordered it online and went to go pick up. The pizza tasted amazing however, when I went into the store, I was greeted so kindly by a young girl with long black hair and glasses. She was very sweet however, there was another girl working with long blonde hair and a deeper voice, and she was very unfriendly She seemed bossy to the other girl. I was just rude to me. I appreciate the kindness and respect from the other girl. But the blonde girl was just rude for no reason. She snapped at me. Snapped at the other girl. Said they don't have change for my cash I gave. (I didn't give coins, I gave a $10 and a $20). I told her I didn't mind but when the dark haired girl opened the register she said we have change! But the blonde girl snapped back. It was a weird interaction. Anyhow. Great pizza. Promote the dark haired girl to manager because if the blonde girl was manager I'll never come back. read more

I've been wanting to try Pizza Guys for a long time. I've had it a few times at work and have liked their different specialty pizzas. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and wings online and was able to find a 25% off coupon code. When I arrived to the store about 15 minutes later my order was already waiting for me. The store has a small waiting area and is geared for delivery or pickup only. The employees were super friendly. They told me about the free 2 liter soda for pick up orders and even honored the Yelp! coupon for free Dreyer's ice cream - double score!! The food was still warm when I brought it home. Everyone really enjoyed the hand tossed New York style pizza. The ingredients were all very fresh and the crust was chewy in the traditional sense which is different from the more airy and light crust that we're used to with Papa John's. Overall our meal was delicious and a great value. We look forward to trying the other specialty pizzas. read more

On Wednesday evening my boyfriend surprised us with dinner and dessert to eat together as a family. I'll review each item below! Heart-Shaped Pizza with Cup & Crisp Pepperoni and Pineapple~ I always wanted to try a heart-shaped pizza for the month of love, we shared as a family and thought it was pretty good, minus the crust. Cheezee Bacon Rolls~ I'm speechless, let's just say I had quite the foodgasm! Buttery, creamy, ooey gooey cheesy and don't even get me started on that applewood smoked BACON, starts salivating! Seriously order these and thank me later! Big n' Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie~ As soon as I took a bite of this warm buttery mouthwatering cookie, I could tell it was fresh baked, the chocolate chips were ooey gooey melty inside and not to mention it held it's shape when dunked in a glass of ice cold milk! This was the best cookie I've ever had, seriously order this and thank me later! Support local businesses, especially now when they need our business the most! read more

Excellent gluten free crust and great pizza. Every time. They are fast too. We always enjoy the fresh vegetables and grilled chicken on our pizza. read more

I haven't ordered pizza guys in a long while and now I remember why. I ordered from here the other day for delivery. I got a text my food was on it's ways about 5 minutes after I ordered it. And I waited for the doorbell or a knock or something and it never came. It had been about a hour at that point so I went and checked the porch. My food was laying on the porch. It was cold so I have no idea how long it was laying there. I have dogs so I know for a fact they didn't knock or ring the doorbell because I have dogs that bark at everything. The pizza was ok but I just wanted my pizza hot. I didn't put in the delivery instructions to just leave it at the door so I don't know why they did. And I also got cheesecake and it was sitting out in about 80 degree weather. Probably won't Order from here again. read more

People were nice and it's open late when most things are closed. The food was good too

The pizza is ok, my son seems to like it, I prefer some other places. I have a problem with their "loyalty " program, it seems nice and all, but are you really rewarding your loyal customers when they can't use it for a delivery on one pizza? Or when you use it and the order would have totaled $40, but you use your points so it only ended up being $16, you don't give the 2 liter soda then, that you offer for free when you spend over $20? I mean really, your pizza isn't that good- Last time, time to move on. I could deal with mediocre pizza if you truly were focused on customer service, but when you get to nickel and dimmed over something so small to "loyal" customers- not a place I will choose to take my money anymore. read more

We get pizza from The Pizza Guys when ever we have a Pizza Party at work. I ordered 5 pizzas off of Yelp for a later pick up @ 7pm accidentally had the pick up time for 12-12:30pm which would not have worked at all since we work Swing Shift. I called the store and the guy Vlad was so kind, and professional and said no problem I can fix that for you! Made the whole experience worth it online. Great pizza and great customer service! I love this place. We all have our own preferences when it comes to pizza. But, this place never disappoints and if a mistake is made... they are on TOP of it. Calzones are pretty very yummy! Customer service is top notch. This is my "go to" for a lazy Saturday night. read more

I know they're a big chain and I always try and support local, but I wanted to give a shout out to my delivery driver tonight. He brought our food and forgot the sauce. I inquired and he said there was no sauce on the order. I told him you were forced to choose one, so there should be, but it was no big deal. He called back to the kitchen and confirmed that he was mistaken, and promptly drove back and got me the 50 cents worth of sauce and an extra ranch. It was not economical at all, but I appreciated the gesture and customer service! read more

I am a pizza aficionado, and have eaten pizza at the birthplace of - pizza Napoli, Napoli, and many restaurants in Italy, particularly Naples. If you know Italian pizza, you understand that the American take on it is very different. Here is why Pizza Guys is my go-to American-style pizza: 1) the crusts are very good with the right amount of chew and the right crunch, 2) the sauce isn't ruined by rosemary or oregano (herbs that are almost never found in Italian sauces), 3) no yellow cheese - no way yellow cheese belongs on pizza 4) toppings are high quality and FRESH 5) not gobs of cheese 6) the staff cares about their product and the customer. I can always count on a tasty pizza from Pizza Guys. The staff and management are friendly, courteous and adult. I recommend Pizza Guys to American customers whose palates haven't been corrupted by bad pizza. read more

I'm sitting in the waiting area, waiting to pick my pizza up. The nice guy Ryan was on the phone being so patient with an upset customer. He was being calm and respectful asking the customer what he could do to make it right. The customer was being an A$$H0LE. Ryan apologized to me for making me wait while he was being cursed at. I let him know, 'Nobody, deserves to be treated that way. It was okay to hang up'. A good young man, ring respectful and being treated like crap. Negative 5 stars to the caller. Wish I could give Ryan more stars. read more

I needed a pie delivered for our staff meeting. The first place I called (the nearest, and I knew their pizza to be okay) said they don't do their own delivery orders, and directed me to Ubër Eats or Door Dash. No thank you, I'm not signing up for another app. I hate middle men, much prefer dealing direct. Pizza Guys was the next nearest on Yelps list was Pizza Guys. Jessica was cheerful from the second she answered my call, walked me through my order (I hadn't yet pulled up the menu, so she was patient and helpful there too), and the pizza arrived at its scheduled time. Best part: the entire staff (with very different tastes and eating habits) LOVED it. I'll be back! read more

Really good pizza--gluten free is pretty darn good. I recently had a bunch of Pizzas delivered to SeaQuest for a party. I thought that SeaQuest would accept the pizzas but they don't. Normally, I always have a decent encounter ordering pizza from this establishment, and even in this location since I have moved to the area. My roomie and I ordered a pizza last night, called in to place the order and I found myself incredibly frustrated as I felt like I was almost being rushed (with an hour to their closing time) by the person taking our order by phone. I gave the phone over to my roommate to complete our order. We were quoted 45-55 minutes they showed up in about 65 minutes- no big. However there was confusion as to whether we were paying with cash or card. WE had given the card info over the phone and paying cash for the tip, whomever took our order did not relay that information. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My brother and I ordered an extra large Hawaiian pizza on white sauce. We didn't realize until we got home that the pizza was made on red sauce. We specifically asked for white sauce. When we came to pick up our order, upon paying, we received on our end that payment went through, but the cashier said it didn't on their end. So we paid again, using the same card and again it said approved but no receipt was printed so he said let's try one more time using another card. We paid a 3rd time for this pizza and it showed approved again and on our end but not on theirs. Now we are getting frustrated because we have paid 3 times for pizza and all 3 payments said approved on our end. The cashier started showing attitude and just said "take your free pizza and go, just go take your free pizza". When we got home and called the bank, all 3 payments in fact did go through and we paid over $90 for a pizza that wasn't even prepared right. Now disputing charges with banks. Very unprofessional. read more

Ordered for delivery! This is my first time trying Pizza Guys as well! I'm really impressed and I'm wondering why I've never tried Pizza Guys before. I enjoy their pizza more than Papa John's! I had a great pizza delivery experience. I ordered online and paid with credit card online. Their website was very user friendly. They make it very easy to choose what I want as my toppings. There's "Hot Deals" online as well; I went with the 2 for $24 today (2 toppings each, costs additional for more toppings). After placing my order, I'm given an estimated arrival time and my order was delivered 5 minutes before that estimated time. These guys gained my trust. :) On a cold, windy, rainy night, my pizza delivery guy delivered my pizzas still steaming hot. Thanks dude! Tip: you can ask for parm cheese/hot pepper in the little comments box when ordering online. (My guy brought a whole bag for cheese for me upon my online request). read more

I'm give them a 5 star because the food is great. Here's my advice to Pizza Guys themselves, when we check leave it on the door there is a reason, my reason is my dog loses it and I have young children. It states leave on door on the top of the receipt. But you will knock on the door repeatedly, linger outside on the curb waiting for us to open the doors, it's kinda a creepy vibe. Paying attention to details is important to this customer. Thank you I love the pizza. read more

THE WORST! This delivery pizza showed up LATE, soggy, barely warm and without the anchovies I ordered. This place has gotten nothing but worse over the years. I will NEVER order here again! IT SUX! The kid I talked to told me he was the "manager." How about NO. He said his name was "Alan." He's a liar. This hole is THE MOST HORRIBLE pizza place in Folsom. It's OVERPRICED AND LOUSY and the delivery and customer service couldn't be more abysmal! These jerks RUINED our night! read more

Had a great experience with Pizza Guys today. Believe it or not, today was my first time eating Pizza Guys Pizza. I'll for sure be ordering from these "Guys" again. read more

I usually order from these pizza guys than any other in town. Game days they're really swamped with people and deliveries but push them out around 20 minutes or so after expecting longer. The quality is great and they put a lot of toppings that you have tons left over. They're not stingy. If something is wrong, they hook you up with a free order usually. I've gotten take out a lot because they give you a free 2 liter or ice cream of your choice and everyone greets you really loud when you come in. They'll even open the pizza and let you inspect it before you take it or they'll fix it if it's not up to your standards. I'm a huge Sacramento kings fan and they have awesome purple kings boxes to cheer them on! They also have an app in the play store and online ordering through their website. You HAVE to try the cheesy garlic bread with ranch sauce! Highly recommend this place. read more

Pizza Guys - Sacramento Kings themed pizza boxes! - Pizza Near Me - Folsom, California

I had 2 bad experiences with this exact location. My ordered was screwed up. The first time I called back they said they would give me credit next time I ordered, so I agreed. I do love pizza guys and order almost from them all the time but not this Folsom location. Next time comes and I call to use my credit and of course they say we have nothing in our notes we can't. I ask for the manager he starts apologizing saying I can't do anything and all that BS. He said he'll do me a favor and give me half off, I was pretty mad. So i was in the area again and thought I'll order again, give them a chance. And guess what they screw up again!!! They put the wrong sauce on my pizza. Oh and they don't except debit btw. I was surprised. The staff has attitude there, not the courteous type. I called them back to tell them they screw up my order the guy in the phone says I'll get a manager. The manager says well it says here all tomatoes sauce here. But on my pizza they put a mix half garlic half tomato. So she was bs-ing me. Said they'll credit me again. Hope it works. read more

Really fast delivery! Our first time ordering delivery they forgot our cheese bread, I called and they credited us back the cost of the missing cheese bread. The second time the order was complete, hot and quick delivery! The mushrooms on our pizza kinda tasted dirty, I didn't like that but it was good over all. I enjoyed the salad and cheese bread. It is a little bit pricey compared to the 'pizza hut' type places but, we would much rather order from a local joint. The fast delivery is impressive and the food is good. read more

Pizza Guys - for about the last 6 months or a year they've been running a 3 topping large special for $10.00. I think they just recently bumped the price up to $12.00 but it's still a heck of a deal. Overall based on price/quality I think it's the best pizza place in West Sac, especially for delivery. read more

Pizza Guys is my favorite pizza. You can't beat a pizza with creamy garlic sauce, mushrooms, onions and chicken on top. Yum! And their garlic breadsticks are so amazing! This location has always been good to me. Fast service on the phone, fast delivery and typically great when I go in to order. There was a time that for some reason my order took over an hour but they were terribly apologetic and gave me coupons for free stuff for my next visit. It didn't hurt that a couple of years ago I took an on-line survey and won a free pizza a month for a year! read more

Tonight was my first time ordering from this Pizza Guys location and I used the Pizza Guys iPhone app to order. I was a little hesitant because I wasn't going to be ordering through an employee but it worked out perfectly! The app takes you through all of the steps, and the full menu is on there. There is even a place for you to enter a coupon code. My pizza arrived on-time (about 45 minutes from order time) and the order was correct! I was pleasantly surprised and will use the iPhone app in the future. Tip: if you're paying with a check they like to have your driver's license # and expiration written on it. read more
