This little Caesars location is always consistent and really makes their menu items very well! We love Little Caesars and the discount you can get when you're ordering online. I really like there's a kiosk where we can just enter your pin once your pizza is there! When I walk in I'm always greeted which is a nice thing to get at a small location. Pizzas were delicious and this will be our go to when we need something easy and not too expensive. I don't have a picture of them but we also ordered the cheese cups which probably would pass next time or try the pepperoni. I also got the barbecue barbecuing wings and the barbecue sauce on those were incredible they were piping hot crunchy, now I know where to get my wings! Food and service is pretty bad. Ordered the pretzel crust pizza (stay away unless you want to eat bread literally coated in salt) It's pretty much regular crust with a pound of Salt sprinkled all over the pizza. It was so bad it was not edible. Called the store because maybe they gave me the wrong pizza or they offer to remake it but no. They said "it's supposed to be salty. Have a nice day" Seriously? Every time we come to this Lttle Caesars, the manager Parmjit goes above and beyond in his customer service. He always has a smile on his face, and he puts a smile on our face every time. He is the best! He also trained his team to do the same, and the service here is impeccable! The food quality is also amazing, even the hot and ready food is delicious. Food is quick and usually accurate- the ICB is a family favorite. The service is ok. Never had any issues except when I order delivery. The delivery service is via DoorDash and half the time they forget something. The employees have comped a side or ICB to make up for the inconvenience- much appreciated. Food is decent for discount pizza. However customer service has really gone downhill as time goes on. I had made an order through the app and when arriving at the store I called inside for an accommodation for my disabilities as mobility is very difficult and fighting with their extremely heavy door with full hands and legs that don't work well, I asked for someone to bring the pizza out or at least hold the door open and whoever on the phone told me to cancel my online order and re-order through door dash instead. He told me I was unreasonable for the request and I shouldn't order online if I can't walk in to pick it up. I thought it was a small request but apparently it's above his pay grade. read more

Omg first delivery and it was ridiculous. Instead of taking a straight shot on bidwell to me, they drove through the neighborhoods. I love this place and their pizzas since they've upgraded them. The $6 Mostest Pizza has extra cheese and pepperoni. The pizza is very good, I eat about 1/2 of one when I buy it and save the other 1/2 for lunch or whatever the next day. You can't beat it. I'm not going to R. Table or someone else and pay $20+ for the same thing. It's just not worth the hassle. If Caesars doesn't have one already made and waiting, they'll make one fresh for you. Picked up the bacon wrapped deep deep dish pizza this past weekend. It was sinfully delicious. The bacon flavor being baked into the buttery pizza crust is like mana from God. Also ordered the garlic cheese bread for me, because husband wanted crazy bread. So we ordered pizza from here for pick up. I sent my husband to pick up the pizza. the guy who was about to help my husband, says one moment be right their. As he watches him prep someone elses pizza, my husband realizes hes not wearing a hat or anything over his head. As he looks around everyone else in the back room has a hat on. The guy walks up to the counter to help him out. He let him know he was here for a pick up, then my husband asked him, " ain't you supposed to be wearing a hat or something?" He shrugged his shoulders and said no... My husband proceed to check out and then decided to cancel our transaction. My husband Told the teller I can't buy this as you have no hat on and walked out.. This person's hair could of gotten in my food. His sweat could of been in there as well. When my husband came home and told me what happened, I decided to call. I'm not one to complain. I've been that person behind that counter for 13 years and still currently working in the food business. I asked to talk to a The Manager. A lady named Anna answered the phone and my experience at this little ceasars just got way worse. She was extremely rude and nasty to me. I told her what my husband experienced. She was 100 percent defensive and right away says No he did not sweat in the pizza. She would barely let me speak. I told her that I currently work in the food industry and have for 13 years and I know he needs to have a hat on. She replied with, "Oohh! Good for you!" And "no, we don't have to wear hats." She then told me if I don't like it I don't have to come back! I really wish and hoped that call was recorded because the way she spoke was Nasty. I have been a manager, supervisor ECT. I've never spoken or been spoken to that way. As convenient as this little ceasars is to me and my family, we will not be returning(to that location) ever!!! Stopped by only to walk right back out! With the the Covid-19 regulations for businesses and their staff does not not even wear mask while preparing your food. They have gone through the trouble putting up glass but the workers who touch your food do not wear protection! Doesn't make sense when you're required to wear a mask at other places.
