A gentleman greeted me and mentioned that I was a little early and that they were just finishing up my order, which would be ready at 12. No problem at all, so I waited. However, I started noticing orders coming out for people who had walked in and ordered after me. By 12:10, I still didn't have my order and around 12:20, the gentleman came over and apologized, saying he wasn't sure how they had missed my order but that they were still working on it. That was frustrating because when I first walked in, I was told they were already finishing up my order. I specifically scheduled my pickup a day ahead, so I expected it to be ready around the scheduled time. I didn't end up receiving my order until 12:26 PM almost 30 minutes after my pickup time. At the very least, I feel like they could have offered some type of compensation for the wait, especially since the order had somehow been missed. Unfortunately, nothing was offered and the whole situation left me pretty disappointed. Now, I will give credit where it's due.. the pizza was SUPER delicious! The slices are huge and definitely give you that New York style pizza feel. The ranch was also creamy and really good. I genuinely enjoyed the food, which is why I'm torn about my experience. The food itself was great, but because of how poorly the scheduled pickup was handled, I'm not sure how I feel about coming back or placing another scheduled order.

As my wife and I normally do on a day where we cant decide on what to eat, we decide to go out to…read moreeat and find a place we have never been to before. Well, that being said we stumbled on Ciros Pizza Cafe. When we first approached the door, we were not sure on if we were able to sit down and eat but after walking inside there was not alot of places to sit, but there was a table that we found that we could sit at. After we looked over the menu several times, we finally decided to order Calzones. I got a customize your own Calzone with Portugese Linguica, Mushrooms and Black Olives and my wife got the Calzone Classic. For our appetizer we ordered the Goofy Stix. Let me tell you, the service at the restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, asking as we sat at our table if we needed anything. We walked to their Soda Fountain and got ourselves drinks. We sat at our table for maybe 5 minutes when they brought out the Goofy Stix. Let me tell you, those were wonderful, Cheesey, Garlicy sticks that when paired with a dipping sauce of your choice, is very delicious. After about 10 minutes they brought out our Calzones and they were hot, and cheesy and as my wife said last night "Not alot of bread but alot more toppings inside" Which was true. Most calzones you eat have way too much breading and not alot of toppings. But in this case it was the other way around. Way more toppings inside the calzone and not alot of bread. The environment of this place is your usual Pizza Parlor and while they did have Tv's on for us to watch, we normally kept to our usual conversations just because we really enjoy each others company. Yeah we did peep out the tv's every now and then just because we were curious what was on their Tv's but after having of visited this place, we told the Staff that we would be back. Thanks Ciros Pizza Cafe for a wonderful experience, great food and very delicious Goofy Stix.

We tried several dishes and went with the recommendation of the pappardelle. It wasn't my personal favorite, so I wouldn't mark the restaurant down simply because it didn't suit my taste. I will say, though, that both my date and I felt the braised ribs had a flavor and texture that reminded us more of canned tuna. I know that sounds wild, but I just couldn't convince my brain that I was actually eating beef! That said, the calamari was delicious, as were the roasted artichoke hearts. We also really enjoyed the seafood linguine, which had great flavor. Add a couple of adult beverages and some good conversation, and it made for a great date night away from the kids. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. If you're in Folsom and looking for a nice place for dinner, I'd definitely recommend giving Fioris a try!

The inside had a classic Italian restaurant feel without feeling overcrowded even though it was very busy. I tried everything ordered to our table! My entree started with a minestrone soup. I loved it! (Soup served with outstanding garlic bread) This soup even though a basic dish, transported me back to sitting with my grandma in her kitchen, with her minestrone she would make. With every single bite this happened. Magical. I enjoyed two different appetizers. One cheese ravioli appetizer with sauce to dip in and the second a delicious asparagus dish. We had two different pizzas. One a margarita and the other cheese. Both were great and we all loved the sauce & crust. I had the chicken and vegetable entree. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The only thing I would have liked for this, perhaps as an option. Maybe a light sauce to drizzle on the vegetables. (Butter garlic or something similar to a Marsala sauce). We ordered cannolis to go. Mine didn't make it out of the parking lot. lol. Yes!! I will order again. We enjoyed all our food and we look forward to going back again. Very friendly service all around.
