Kourtney was a fun and energetic server. She was very attentive to our big group. Thank you!!

Amazing food. Amazing service First the service was terrific Allison did a tremendous job taking care of us. Kourtney was amazing. She took great care of us and was an absolute delight throughout lunch.

I always love coming here, especially for the flat traditional pizza and wings they're consistently delicious! What really keeps me coming back, though, is the incredible service. Huge shoutout to Kourtney, who was absolutely amazing. She has such a bubbly personality, always checked on our table, kept our drinks refilled before we even had to ask, and greeted us with the warmest smile. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it made our visit even better. The manager Chris, was also fantastic!! There was another tall manager with tattoos who was super friendly and on top of everything as well. It's clear this team takes pride in providing great service. Every visit here has been a great experience, but Kourtney truly stands out. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and that's not something you find everywhere. Great food, a friendly atmosphere, and outstanding customer service are why I'll keep coming back. If Kourtney is working, I know we're going to have an even better experience. Thanks again, Kourtney you're awesome!! read more

Ordered so agenda and the special personal pizza deals. The deals are nice being that it comes with the choice of personal pizza of your choice, or salad or boneless wings and a dessert. I like the deal, it fills appropriately. As for the spaghetti, it was pretty lame. The taste was bland, could've used more sauce. For the price, and presentation, I am disappointed. Service was excellent, our server was attentive and filled out waters and checked in frequently. Ambiance was nice and relax read more

I don't know if it's just my luck, but every time I order takeout, there's always something. I've only been to this place twice. The first time was about a month ago when my husband & I ordered the Second City BBQ deep pizza. It was absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce, and that's all I could taste. Yesterday was my second pickup order, and this time I got the Canadian bacon/pineapple deep pizza. It was great. The only issue was that I asked for Parmesan and red pepper flakes, but it wasn't until I got back to my hotel room that I noticed I'd only been given one packet of parm cheese. I guess that's all I get since they offer 30% off pizzas on Tuesdays! read more

Came in on a hot (101f) Saturday afternoon. Sat ourselves in the bar area. Dillion was on point and came over to our table within 1min. We Ordered lemon pepper wing appetizer. Wings were ok. Should have asked that they be well done. We ordered the pizza for two deal which came with salad and desert in addition to the pizza. Salad was good. We took everything else to go, so no review on the pizza and desert. We've had the pizza several time so we know it's on point. The reason for this post is to highlight Dillon and his excellent service. Coo cat who was very attentive and makes a good drink. read more

The pizza is fantastic, the salad is delicious, and the deep dish delight stomps all over the pizookie. On top of all that, our server Allison was on top of it from start to finish - she made the whole night! We had two tiny kiddos with us, and she was patient when taking orders and routinely coming back to check on us to see how the whole family was doing. A terrific experience overall, and we can't wait to come back. read more

Walt from Walt's Adventures reporting from Folsom, California. This night, I find myself at Chicago Fire... a Chicago style restaurant, yes, here in the West coast. We arrived at the eatery at the height of the Saturday night festivities. Even though we were told that our table would open to us after 45 minutes, we actually sat within our seats after 30 minutes. Our host was impeccable, the food had wonderful presentations, and both the deep dish pizza along with the salad and thin crust pizza had us wanting more. This restaurant wants their patrons to experience the Windy City. No doubt they accept the decor and the food as acceptable. I have been fortunate enough to have visited Chi Town on a number of occasions. Chicago Fire is more than just a place to get Chicago style pizza. It delivers a slice of the city to the people. I felt that upon exiting the doors and walking a few blocks, that I would see the shores of Lake Michigan. Bravo read more

Came for some delicious b-day(hubby) pizza and beer and got some excellent service from Allison. We were sat immediately and within minutes Allison was at our table asking about drinks and since we already knew what we wanted so we were able to order quickly. Allison made sure we had everything we needed during our time there and gave the hubby a lil birthday sundae. read more

Amazing pizza and drinks. Allison was an absolutely amazing server. Can't wait to come back!

This is the best Chicago Fire location by far; I've tried them all. This location has the best staff and cooks. As far as staff, all are great, but sit in the bar and have Dillon as your server. Super friendly and efficient, and fast service. As far as cooks go, the chicken wings are by far the best at this location. There is no better chicken wing found in Folsom, btw. Also, the hand-tossed pizzas are amazing. So glad they added this option. If you want a pizza to go, order here instead of Round Table or Mountain Mike's. Easy pick up, and wayyyy better. And same price. read more

I would give it a 10 star if I could for customer Service!! Allison at Chicago Fire was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about my gluten and dairy allergies and was already answering our questions before we even had to ask them. She knew exactly what accommodations were needed and even pointed out things we wouldn't have thought to ask about ourselves. We loved the gluten-free pizza and so happy they offer vegan cheese. Allison went above and beyond by making sure the pizza was prepared safely, including having the dairy-containing sauce removed and leaving only the BBQ sauce since it fit my dietary needs. This place is huge too! My parents came with us for the first time and loved everything from the wings, salad and pizza!! It's such a relief to find someone who truly understands food allergies and takes them seriously. Allison made our dining experience stress-free and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back! read more

Got this to-go after a very long work day-- I'm not from CA-- was traveling for work. Was so tired, I didn't take any pics. But anyway-- the salad and pizza were ready very quickly, or at least quick enough. I got the Primo House Salad-- hit the pot. And the Hand Tossed PRS Pizza-- I think it was basically like a supreme pizza. The food did the job! Although I can't give it 5 stars, since I didn't dine in, and can't speak to the entire experience. Thanks for the quality grub after a long work day! read more

We sat in the bar area this time. Dillon was our server. He went above and beyond to make the night great for us and our two boys! My office was having their Christmas party here so we went and checked it out for lunch one day. On Mondays its 50% off wings and the wings are delicious. I got a wings and their pear salad and was impressed with their food quality. Our work party was all you can eat pizza with limit on salad and wings. The pizza was delicious and service was great. There was a lack of communication at times trying to plan the event but it was remedied quickly. I would recommend this place for lunch or to host an event. read more

We had a great experience! Our bartender Olivia was very friendly, attentive, and made the whole night really great! She clearly knows the restaurant inside and out and was great at making recommendations. I was indecisive on what I wanted to drink and she created something based off what I told her I liked. She was keeping up with everything, even when it got busy. From someone who works in the service industry I could tell she really cares about the guest experience and what she does. Olivia was someone who makes you want to come back to Chicago fire! read more

We love this place! Everything on the menu is great. Drinks from the bar are awesome. My personal favorite is the Raspberry lemon drop. Great service and friendly people. We were immediately seated when we arrived. Then, after a few minutes, our drink orders were taken. The place was darkly lit, but just enough that you can read the menu without squinting. Nicely decorated surroundings as well. My kids decided on the food we were going to get...wings for starters, and two deep dish pizzas for the main. The food tasted great! The wings, especially, caught my attention - crispy outside (even with the buffalo sauce coating) and still soft and nice inside. The service was excellent. Our server was always on hand, checking on refills or on anything else we needed. I love this place. For the amount of food they serve and for the price they charge, I think it's very affordable. If you are in the Palladio at Folsom and you needed a place to eat, this place has to be tried out! read more

We hosted my paint & sip bridal shower at Chicago Fire in their big private room. We had the most amazing server ever Named Dillon. Every guest at my shower raved about the level of service that Dillon provided. He was extremely attentive, proactive, prompt, served each guests needs with empathy, kindness, and attention to detail. My mom is legally blind and she told me after how kind and helpful Dillon was to her as he served her and each time he refilled her soda he would gently place her hand on her beverage so that she knew where it was. His high level EQ skills are what makes an individual successful in any industry. Dillon's level of service should be modeled for all servers everywhere. We will definitely be returning and requesting Dillon as our server every time. read more

As usual- great food and prices at Happy Hour in the bar. Kourtney was fantastic! We love Chicago Fire and are here often-usually for Happy Hour on a weeknight but sometimes we treat ourselves to the deep dish pizza which has a decadently amazing crust. Kenzie went over and beyond for us. She was very attentive and friendly. She plated our pizza for us and boxed up the left overs. The food...(deep dish pizza) was amazing. I am from chicago and quite picky and judgmental about anywhere that claims to have Chicago style pizza. This place is a solid effort. They have giardinera, which is a requirement. Both the thin crust and deep dish are pretty spot on. The only thing I would say is that it's common in Chicago for thin crust to have thicker amount of cheese. The Windy City red blend by boeger wines pairs nicely with the pizza. My dad got an Italian beef sandwich and that was on par, too. My son isn't old enough to eat pizza yet, but he was eyeing it as if he knew it was the good stuff! Inside it reminds me of pizza places back home. Lots of Chicago themed decor. Service is good, no complaints. read more

Bella was our server and she did a fantastic job. Please keep her around. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding.

They made a mistake on my pizza I said can I get a hand tossed pepperoni with olives and pineapples when the pizza gets to my table there's no pepperoni so how did they fix it? They said they're gonna warm up pepperoni and put it on top of the pizza. No, you should remake the pizza I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever buy pizza from there again those buffalo wings stuff those are excellent. So I feel like that was poor customer service because have I been they would've fixed that and that I'm sure of. read more
