Blaze Pizza always hits! I haven't been to one of these create-your-own pizza places in ages and was so happy to go back! I always pile mine up with meat so I got pepperoni, chicken, and bacon. I added basil, jalapeños, ricotta, pineapple, mushrooms, and probably more. Haven't had Blaze ever since the Elk Grove location closed down! Love their balsamic glaze and I was excited to try the hot honey too. It was delicious! Their high rise crust is so good, and loved how fluffy it was with each bite. I enjoy the variety of toppings here too, and service was quick. Today's visit was awesome, probably one of the best ever visits to this location. We were greeted and our order taken by Manager Teresa! Teresa represented Blaze Pizza in an excellent manner. We ordered two personal pizzas at which time Teresa suggested the special which included a small drink and dessert along with a personal pizza each. Pizza made to order and baked to perfection. The pizza was excellent, so many toppings to choose from. We were here for lunch to celebrate my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Teresa gave her a free happy birthday gift card for a single personal pizza. Teresa's customer service was EXCELLENT, yes all caps. A place where the lactose intolerant can still eat one of America's favorite foods! LOCATION & DECOR: Right next to Jack's Urban eats in Gold center. Plenty of parking available in a shared lot. FOOD & DRINK: -build your own pizza with regular crust, red sauce, Italian sausage, grilled chicken, banana peppers, spinach, cherry tomatoes, oregano, sea salt and olive oil drizzle is my go-to. I'm so sad they no longer have kalamata olives. But instead have stuck with black olives. Ugh. Those are the worst. -vegan cheesy bread is just as good as regular cheesy bread. It's gooey it dips well into the sauce and is delicious. -The regular lemonade and strawberry lemonade are both incredibly delicious. My favorite thing to do is to do about 3/4 a cup of regular lemonade and a quarter cup of the strawberry lemonade. And don't quote me on the strawberry. It might be another flavor, I'm not sure but it's delicious. Sweeter than the regular lemonade which has a nice bite of tartness. I'm so tired of this location getting my order wrong! This time they put bacon bits on my veggie pizza! I ordered in store as they have got my online order wrong so many times. Even though I have reported it, nothing has changed. They seem to hire young teenagers who are not trained well at all. My pizza was made as I ordered, but the person putting it in to the box placed the wrong one in the box. As soon as I took a bite, I noticed a weird taste. My husband tasted it and identified the bacon bits! Unacceptable for a vegetarian person! And this is with an in-person order. None of their employees are trained to check the order. Comparing Blaze and Mod and Pieology, I'm going to go with Blaze. The red sauce is what makes it really good for me. It's rich and they put a lot on before spreading a big handful of mozzarella. A basic margherita base plus bacon and jalapeños was $17 including 20% tip. Kids running the show were friendly, place was clean. It only took 5 minutes to get my pie and they also drizzled pesto after, upon request. Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area. No complaints. read more

Came to this location for dinner on 6/7/23 with my family for my daughter's kindergarten graduation since Blaze Pizza is her favorite. When we arrived, the place was nearly empty with only couple workers but they greeted us warmly. The staff was courteous and patient with all of our needs for our pizzas. The ambiance was casual with tables, chairs, and some booth like benches. The pizza and the cheesy bread tasted amazing. We couldn't finish the food so today we are having it for lunch. A lot of people were uncomfortable including the staff because the manager was yelling at the staff. I can hear her say ," just do what I asked you to do!" Unacceptable behavior. I'm sure if you had a heart to heart with the staff that most would say they do not like the manager. We used to go a lot, but not anymore. My family and I have been coming to this Blaze for years. Food and service were always great until last night (Saturday). The 2 guys who were working (we never saw before) were so rude, abrupt, not courteous for whatever their reasons. We have never experienced anything like that before at Blaze. We didn't even do anything! Honestly, they should not be in customer service if they don't know how to be kind with the public. Customers beware. I got a notification thru the app that they were having a BOGO deal so we decided to order for lunch. I always build my own 11 inch. They have a pretty good amount of toppings to choose from. I always like to add ricotta and roasted garlic which gives it a nice flavor. Sometimes I would also ask to finish it with a drizzle of the balsamic glaze. Don't put too much otherwise it'll be too overpowering. Well, for my most recent mobile order, I had indicated to only put a light drizzle. Came here due to a BOGO coupon. Deals for this restaurant often occur online either through a percentage discount or discounted gift cards. Though, it's possible they might end deals in the future. The portion size and quality is very generous even if there are no deals. I placed an online order with almost all the toppings selected. They packed the pizza with the toppings and the crust of the pizza still had proper time to cook. I was very surprised. I recommend this place for dinner and lunch. Honestly, for the price, even without deals, it probably comes out cheaper than most other pizza places. Friendly staff and ample parking also. read more

It came with no cheese on it barely any pineapple. The red onions were old no spinach hardly very disappointing especially when I pay a lot of money for delivery. Average Blaze that is often hit or miss. There is outdoor seating which is nice if you have pets to bring. They don't carry the keto crust at this location and there's barely cell coverage/no wifi so it can be a hassle to get the app up if you want to redeem your rewards. Sadly updating my review to one star. This location is nearest to our house. We've eaten here more than 50 times in the past 5 years!! We used to love it! But today I had my THIRD bad experience in a row. My issue is with the quality of the pizza. It's not cheap any more to come here. So I don't expect cheap pizza. It's really gone downhill in terms of food quality and value. This used to be one of our go to places. My pizza today was awful. It was cold and mediocre at best. I don't know how it was cold when I got it because I drove 15 minutes there, called and they said it wasn't ready. 15 minutes later they brought it out to my car cold. It should have been piping hot. One slice had NO cheese, there were sparse toppings, rocks for dough knots. Seriously. The last pizza we bought for my five year old niece at LC for $6.00 had 10 times the toppings. So disappointing. They've lost a very loyal customer! I'm super bummed about this. read more
