Gilligan (Hawaiian) large pizza
Marilyn M.

I'd like to update my review to add a star. My family continues to order takeout pizza at this location for the past few years. They are timely, the dough is fresh, and their toppings are reliable. I grade pretty hard (like that teacher who never cut you any slack) and it's been on my mind to show that I've changed mine for the better. Give them a try!

I appreciate when service and food is always consistent and amazing. Go 4 pizza is one of the best pizza places in my area. I wish we could get some more coupons or deals for the locals and us frequent customers but that won't stop me from going. 10/10 recommend combination with white sauce. Also added bonus if you dine in the restaurant is nice feels like you are eating with family plenty of room always clean bathrooms and a nice bar so great ambiance as well

This pizza is amazing and this place really should be busier... today we had a house salad and medium Hawaiian and combo pizza... both were delicious. Next time we need to try their appetizers... the cost is also reasonable considering inflation in recent years!! The atmosphere is fun and they had a good variety of beers ... we need to remember to come back more often! Thanks for amazing meal!!

We have been to Go 4 Pizza a few times after appointments at Mather VA on our way back home to Elk Grove. Each time we have visited, we are greeted right away by a friendly team member. The pizza is really good! Excellent amount of toppings and the crust is perfect: crisp on the bottom, not over baked, slight chew. They have large screen tvs and a party room too. It's clean and well-maintained. We've have the meatballs before (not this time) and they're great. Get them on a pizza! They have monthly pizza specials too. Great selection of beers and a self-service soda station with Pepsi products.

Only pizza spot near Anatolia area. Next closest is about 5 miles out. Pizza isn't bad. I've never had a real complaint about the pizza and all my toppings were always good. Pizza is always fresh to-go. I've never dined in. The only thing that makes me not want to go back is customer service. I've only ever ordered pizza from here for dinner. But there never really seems to be any customer service. Bartenders seems to only care about their bar customers, too busy chatting with them. Doesn't seem like they really care about the pick up orders. I still tip and i hope it goes to the chefs who made my pizza.

Our baseball team had a great experience here last night, After winning a championship! Pizza was fantastic, staff was friendly. Would definitely eat here again. If you play at Heron Landing for a tournament make sure your team stops by here and support local. Great food, beer, and wine selection!!!

Ask the Community - Go 4 Pizza

Any vegan options? (That can mean just skipping the cheese, I'm not proud, just allergic to dairy if it's in the dough.)

Yes! We have a veggie pizza that you can “skip” the cheese. We will also add vegan cheese if you supply it. Our crust is also vegan. We can also offer a cauliflower crust as well.

I was on the hunt for a new gluten-free pizza spot to try on my way home after some appointments…read moreand came across Milan Pizza in Rancho Cordova through Yelp. The reviews looked solid, and since it's close to my neighborhood, I figured I'd give it a try. I used the Yelp link to order directly through their website and placed an order for a medium gluten-free Hot Honey pizza and Parmesan tater tots with a side of ranch. They called me right away to confirm that I meant to order from the Rancho Cordova location, which I appreciated. They told me it would be ready in about 15-19 minutes, and since I was only about 25 minutes out, the timing worked fine. When I arrived, the place wasn't busy at all--no customers inside--which made pickup quick and easy. The staff greeted me promptly and brought out my food right away. The order looked good, but I was surprised (and honestly disappointed) that everything was lukewarm at best. It didn't seem to be kept under a heat lamp or warming area, and considering I picked it up within the timeframe they quoted, I expected it to be hot. I was tired and ready to get home, so I didn't bother addressing it there. The Parmesan tater tots were basic--not much to rave about. The Parmesan tasted more like the shaker-style cheese rather than freshly grated, so I probably wouldn't order them again, though the portion size was decent if you want leftovers. The pizza itself, though, was the highlight. The crust was thin and crunchy, and the gluten-free base was actually impressive. I really liked the flavor combo--the hot honey with the pepperoni, cheese, and meats worked well, and it definitely hit the spot despite not being hot. I also appreciate that they offer both medium and large gluten-free pizzas, which is rare. Overall, I'd come back for the pizza, no question. Next time, I'll probably either order closer to pickup time or wait to place the order until I'm nearby to make sure it's served hot. The flavor and gluten-free quality were great--it was just the temperature that missed the mark this time.

I arrived at opening time for the lunch buffet of all you can eat pizza, salad, and drink. There was one medium sized veg pizza offered for the first 10 or so minutes of service. Then a medium pepperoni pizza was added. I was the ONLY person in the dining room so I get that there would not be a variety of pizzas offered. The salad was nice with many fresh toppings to add to the crispy romaine. For my $15, I had 3 slices of pizza from a medium pizza and a nice salad with a drink. That's probably about average for lunch these days. I am just sorry to see that local small business owners are suffering because the economy is pinching EVERYONE's purse and it's getting less affordable to eat out.

And although…read morewe had eaten only a couple of hours before, the rest of our kids would never have forgiven us if we didn't get pizza for them, and some for ourselves, too. So right when the party started, we ordered a large combination pizza, which costed $33. I also added a tip on top of that. Additionally, we ordered drinks as well. When my wife went to fill up her cup, there was a sign on the machine saying that customers had to ask for ice. Weird. So the party went on, and everyone had fun. And in the mean time, we waited...and waited...and waited...and waited for our pizza. We kinda lost track of time at one point, but then realized that our "order 9" table marker had been sitting there for quite a while. At this point, we had waited a full hour for our food. My wife inquired about the whereabouts of our pizza. The employee said that our ticket number had fallen on the floor, so they lost our order. Even still, we were sitting right in front of the register. They called out orders 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, etc. The whole time you didn't notice that the order 9 marker was still out on the table?! So at this point, we just took the pizza to go. Thank God we ate beforehand. The lady gave us a liter of soda for free, which was nice of her, but it still didn't make it right. As for the pizza? It was ok. Nothing special. We could have paid about the same price for better pizza elsewhere. I firmly believe there's really no such thing as bad pizza, but Steve's seemed pretty basic, especially for that price. Go 4 Pizza on sunrise costs about the same, but the pizza is much better. Even still, all the kids had fun, so I guess that's all that really matters. Overall, there's better options in the area. I'd recommend you check them out before settling on Steve's.

First of all, I tried the samosas, as they were doing a BOGO. I called ahead to ask if the samosas were spicy, and the lady said "medium". They were extremely good. I could definitely taste the Indian spices, and they were not greasy at all. It's the kind of spice that you notice just as you are finishing it up. It's like "oh, there it is..." They were a bit spicy, but not too much. Just enough to put a tiny bit of a sweat on my forehead, which I liked. They came with a dipping sauce, which was basically a chili sauce. I tried it, but with one taste, I could definitely tell that the sauce was too spicy for me. The achari chicken pizza was also extremely good. I had them leave off the jalapeños, and this one had just a tiny bit of a spice to it. Just enough that I noticed it. The crust had a good "chew" to it The sauce was creamy, the chicken was tender and delicious, and the onions and cilantro provided a nice little "pop" of freshness. An excellent pizza. Because there were four Samosa's instead of two, I got two servings out of them. However, that pizza was so darn good, I ended up eating the whole thing. Thank goodness it was a small.... Even without the BOGO, the prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely order from this place again. Thank you!

You can tell they enjoy doing what they are doing. It's a simple concept. Whether you want a pizza or a salad, you choose either the crust or the greens, then you choose what you want on or in it. All for the same price. Sometimes I will have a salad, today I decided to have a pizza. I had the regular crust, with the spicy tomato sauce. I did Gorgonzola and. Ricotta for my cheeses, for my meat, I did ham, pepperoni, and anchovies. I love the briny flavor of anchovies. I don't remember all of the veggies I picked, but I picked a bunch. I also had them do salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. The pizza came quick, And as always, it was delicious. I had asked if the spicy tomato sauce was very spicy, and she said, "not really.". It did have a bit of a kick, but well within what I like for spicy. All of the ingredients played very well together, and they were very generous with the ingredients. The creamy ricotta. Played well with the Gorgonzola as well. The price is reasonable, and they do offer a military/veterans discount. Normally, I take a couple of pieces home, but this was so good, I polished off the entire thing. I will be back. Thank you.

I also ordered a second pizza with cauliflower crust with garlic pesto, chicken and a bunch of extra vegetables on top. I of course didn't get all my extras on this order either. I got a table at the top in the back. The table was a little dirty and had not been wiped down. Had to do it ourselves. The manager was across from us but didn't say anything along with another worker. Oh well. It wasn't very busy inside. They had a couple of people on the outside tables and two tables taken inside.
