Everything was amazing! Take advantage of the fusion Indian/American because it works well! Service was excellent and the atmosphere is what you would expect for a pizza restaurant... tvs and music ... amazing food! We will be back!
12/16/2025: Fusion Bistro--I ordered Lamb Biriyani for lunch. Still, I always choose Indian Cuisine before choosing American Cuisine, i.e., Handels Ice Cream which is next door to Fusion Bistro. Aside, inhaling Lamb Biriyani was deliciously AWESOME: Surely, I will return inhaling Lamb Biriyani because the lunch was so addictive!
Our first time checking out Fusion Bistro. It's conveniently located in the small Sprouts parking lot off of Zinfandel. It's a lively lot with lots of foot traffic but finding parking was a breeze. Music is on and very upbeat. I was singing along, as my kids cringed in em We were promptly greeted when we entered. We went with a family size half and half - Chicken Tikka and Pepperoni for my picky eater. As we waited, we saw a steady stream of folks coming in to grab pick up orders. That's always a good sign. We'd give the pizzas a solid 3.5 out of 5. Good flavor, decent crust. I would definitely try them again and maybe try some of the Indian dishes next time. My kids were apparently starving because they dived right in, hence no whole pizza pic lol.
I can definitely appreciate the trend over the last few years of Pizza Tikka Masala, because what's not to love? Solid combination, and often executed decently enough. And that's what Fusion Bistro does - decent enough strip mall food. A few small tables and a basketball game on the overhead tv all make for a place that is primed for takeout. In my experience over the last several months, service has run the gamut from very friendly to clearly and outwardly frustrated. Placing a call is a roll of the dice, but the average comes out to be right in the middle. The butter naan is SUPER buttery and the samosas are sadly a miss. The tikka masala is more onion-forward, while the butter chicken sauce is standard as far as flavor goes. The problem here is that the protein portions are very light (are you taking Ozempic and worried about having too many leftovers? Don't stress - you'll finish all 8 bites of chicken, no problem) so the value isn't quite there considering the price point. The leftover sauce on its own will make for some tasty nachos, though, if you're feeling extra fusion-y.

We had their lemon chicken wings and tikka masala pizza. The lemon chicken had a funny aftertaste and smells oddly similar to the Lysol cleaner lemon scent. However, my partner liked it. I personally like my lemon pepper dry rub but the chicken had an artificial lemon taste to it .. Their pizza dough is not for me, it's more like pizza toppings on bread rather than on a pizza dough? Service was cool but the soda wasn't carbonated enough, pretty flat. And you have to ask them for refills rather than open refills. I didn't try their other food but maybe it's better than the pizza. I've had Indian fusion pizza elsewhere and really enjoyed it, so I don't think it's the fusion concept so it just might be how they make it here.
I've been here quite a few times since my last review. I'm 100 percent invested now. I've stopped by for a few times, and I came on a Friday night and ordered their Deal #2 - entree, rice and naan bread. Of course I had to order drinks too! Full bar if anyone is asking!! lol Food portions were enough for two people. Thankfully I had a friend join, and he ordered the pizza and beer deal. Between the two of us we had plenty of food. The naan was lathered in butter, garlic, and what I believe was cilantro. Fresh, large pieces of naan to accompany the meal. The butter chicken (recommended by Janesh?) was flavorful! Chicken was tender and there was plenty of sauce to soak up the rice and naan. The rice could've been better but the naan took the spotlight. I did ask for spicy, though I wish it was spicier. The pizza was butter chicken. It was a "small" and boy was it filling. From my first visit they improved on the sauce factor, and they definitely stepped up on the ingredients / more toppings! Loved it. Had a great convo with the employee as I sat there for 2hrs, chilling. Despite it being quiet in the resto, plenty of people ordering take out. Rancho folks or people visiting. Give this place a try - let's help them stick around for a while!

Ambiance: Very inviting, clean, and simple. Service: The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and if you ask they will recommend a dish for you. Just give them a little information on your likes and dislikes. Food: I have been here twice in one weekend. I do not do that for any place. 1st time: Butter Chicken Pasta with Garlic Naan. Amazing! The flavors were divine and delicious. The portions were perfect! Just couldn't resist eating the whole thing at once. 2nd time; Tikki Masala with Garlic Naan. Another wonderful dish! Flavors were awesome and yummy. Perfectly balanced. Comes with Jasmine rice. Both dishes took a little bit of time (approximately 15-20 minutes). But very worth the wait! It was fresh and hot! My brother decided he wanted to host a family get together in order to sample what this new establishment had to offer, family style. What a great idea! We were all in. Him and his wifey ordered a whole bunch of different things off the menu to-go and we (9 adults, 6 kids) got to experience a wide selection all in one sitting. Honestly, I didn't even get to try some of the items bc there was just so much to choose from. Among the items that did end up on my plate the standouts were: the Indian style chicken wings, vegetable samosas, and butter chicken over rice (always a fave flavor profile for me). All of these were so flavorful, the only items I ended up having seconds of. I was especially surprised by the samosas bc I haven't had any before that I was impressed by. These were so perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside, plus incredibly soft and smooth on the inside. So, so good. I would love to return here again to sample more dishes and to experience the customer service and ambiance for myself, as I have no feedback in regard to those things at this time. An excellent experience trying this place. The chicken curry was delicious, with chicken was that deliciously juicy in a curry that had a bright spicy flavor. The medium heat was the right balance of heat, spice, and flavor without being overwhelming. The chicken biryani was great as well - thoroughly spiced without mushy rice. Good amount of chicken came with the biryani as well - and the portion was enough to take some to go. The mango lassi were also super good - deep mango flavor without being cloying sweet.
Service was friendly and the space was neat! Try the amritsari kulcha, was pretty tasty. The naan and tandoori chicken were good too. We will be back to try the pizza versions of the dishes. Try them out!

We absolutely love Fusion Bistro! We've dined in several times and have also ordered takeout, and every experience has been fantastic. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is warm and welcoming, and we always enjoy chatting with Janish. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere. We've tried the chicken wings, butter chicken, paneer, pizza, and breadsticks, and everything has been flavorful and well prepared. The food is satisfying without feeling heavy or greasy. My husband also loves their great selection of beers on tap, and it's a bonus that they offer hard liquor as well. They also have TVs throughout the restaurant, making it a great place to catch a game or watch the news while you enjoy your meal. I've been craving samosas all week, but I didn't feel like driving 30 minutes to my favorite spot. A good friend I work with recommended Fusion Bistro, and since I trust her judgment, I decided to give it a try. I originally went just for the samosas, but I ended up ordering garlic naan and fish pakoras too. The service was fantastic, the restaurant was clean, and my samosa craving was definitely satisfied! The garlic naan was fresh and flavorful, and the fish pakoras were crispy and delicious. It's always nice to discover another great spot closer to home. I'm happy to know I have another option for those days when I don't feel like making the longer drive. I'll definitely be back! read more

One and done - local family business that I cannot recommend as far as their Indian food goes. Portion of the entree to rice ratio, does not match. Rice was a cup. One serving or less, one person. Butter chicken, sauce tasted like it was the sauce to a pizza and they added spices. Size of the roti, too small and had to purchase as an addition. R.I.P. read more

We ordered the Ckicken Tikka Marsala pizza. It was delicious with the right amount of spices. It is a very thick pizza, very filling and very satisfying. The nice young man at the counter also mentioned I could actually get the Chicken Tikka Masala in a calzone, I may have to give that a try next time. This is a great place, we will definitely have to comeback and try their other specialty pizzas in the future. read more

For such an unassuming facade, Fusion is the delectable treat you didn't know you needed. The tandoori chicken is a MUST! It came out sizzling, super flavorful and juicy, and make sure you try the green sauce! The butter chicken was such a surprise! The crust is perfectly crispy, with a bit of thickness, and the butter chicken topping was great, while not being heavy. Just wow. Garlic naan also super fresh and delicious. If you're looking for an amazing Indian fusion experience in Rancho Cordova, Fusion Bistro is a must-visit! Located in Stone Creek Village at 10842 Bear Hollow Dr Ste 104, right next to Sprouts, this spot is in a great shopping center with plenty of parking. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and inviting ambiance. The staff here are super friendly, and the service was incredibly fast. I tried the Paneer Tikka pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the house sauce added a unique touch that made every bite flavorful. The pizza had a very authentic taste, staying true to rich Indian flavors while blending perfectly with a crispy, cheesy pizza base. I ordered it with medium spice, which was just the perfect balance of heat and taste. They even gave me extra ranch sauce, which paired perfectly with the pizza! The prices are very reasonable, making this a must-try local small business. Located in a shopping Plaza next to sprouts and handels ice cream, so perfect for one stop shop, get some groceries and dessert after dinner. Also easy parking too. . Inside vibe is simple and nice seating area with big windows. Clean bathroom. . Chicken briyani - such a flavorful chicken flavor indian fried rice hehe. The chicken is halal which i love. The presentation just looks so appetizing. . Chicken curry - nice big chunks of halal chicken and saucy. It went so well with white rice and chicken briyani mix. It was medium hot spicy, which was perfect still can taste the flavor and a little kick to it. I took the sauce home from the left over and made another meal with curry chicken. Nice and thick flavorful sauce. . Amritsari kulcha - star of the show, comes with Chana masala, tamarind chutney with onions, and raw red onions, and pickled veggies. The bread was puffy and stuffed with aloo potatoes, and topped of the bread was with some butter, and spices like coriander and cumin seeds and crush red pepper. It was served in a nice thali plate. . Tandoori fish pakora - served in a sizzling platter with nicely marinated fish with masala. Comes with some mint chutney on the side. . Butter chicken pizza - halal chicken with a nice crust and butter chicken sauce with it. Added some green onions for my eyes a pop of color and flavor too. Dipped my pizza in the chicken curry sauce was another level than ranch dip. . Overall they don't just serve pizza. They have Indian entrees as well. So if I can't make up my mind I can have both. This restaurant opened up right next to Sprouts and we were excited to try it. We ordered their goat biryani, butter naan, and butter chicken to go. We are no strangers to Indian food and were excited to give this place a try. Although we didn't eat inside, the interior did have a small seating area with a number of tables. When we went to pick up the food, the owners were kind and greeted us. I believe their son rang us up and he was friendly and welcoming. The butter chicken was so delicious. It was flavorful and the chicken was very succulent. The butter naan left a little to be desired. For being called butter naan, it wasn't buttery at all and was actually pretty dry. But despite that, it was still good. Just not the best. The goat biryani was not our favorite. There was too much going on with the spices; it was overly spiced to the point where you couldn't taste the rice--only the spices. There was also barely any meat, which was disappointing. On another occasion, we went back and ordered their cheese pizza and mango lassi. Both were very good. For being just a cheese pizza, the pizza was very moist and flavorful. Even the next day when we heated up leftovers, the pizza heated up nicely and wasn't stiff. The mango lassi was creamy and delicious. read more

I decided to try this place out of convenience because I didn't feel like driving far, but OMG it's worth a bit of travel! I think I found my new favorite spot! I ordered a large pizza, 1/2 butter chicken and 1/2 mango tango... it was so good! Both sides were equally delicious and flavorful. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and good quality. The staff was very kind and gave great suggestions when I asked for toppings that didn't compliment each other lol. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items. read more

Best Indian fusion food . Their butter chicken and malai kofta ( vegetarian) are must try with some Garlic naan bread . They have lot of for almost everyone . Indian style Pizzas are way better thn other places . Draft beer and couple of Indian beers are add ons . Very quick Service and good Ambiance . Can't wait to go back . read more

Small location right next to Sprouts, not many seats, but chill, good music and TVs everywhere. Interesting little spot, they have liquor bottles galore and clean restrooms as well as tables. The men work hard here and they make amazing food, fresh, delicious and steam as they bring it out. The pizzas are off the chart, the crust is crispy but soft of the inside. I love it. It would be awesome if they used gluten free though for the sensitive tum tums! I'm definitely heading back to try more ok the menu. I love that there are lots of vegan options as well. Great customer service! The only thing that put a damper was a massive family that came in w 4 kids who were screaming and yelling and running around, awful, since it's so small it was just loud and made it hard to focus on enjoying- damn parents, but when they left it was zen, but by then we were done- all good. This place is new to the Rancho Cordova area. As an Italian, I was skeptical to try Indian pizza... but these guys make an unbelievable Chicken Tikka Masala pizza. It was light, flavorful, and we asked for spicy and it came out perfect; not too spicy at all. Great service as well. I highly recommend you give it a try. My buddy and I almost buried a large, so apologies for the 2 slice pic. read more

The service was quick and pleasant. The inside was clean and inviting. The food was great. I LOVED the butter chicken pizza. Everything was so delicious and seasoned like a home cooked meal. It was everything I imagined it to be and was so happy I ate over half the pizza in one night. Definitely suggesting this to everyone I know that loves pizza and Indian food. read more
