Being that the wife and I had to run errands today we figured we would grab some food while we were…read moreout. Well in driving to Carmichael we actually passed by this place and thought, maybe if we drive back home the same way we came in, we could possible eat here. Which is what actually ended up happening. So we pulled into the parking lot and my wife said "Look, they are really busy" Which to us is obviously a good sign that the food is great. We parked the car, walked in and we saw that this place had a Salad Bar. To our surprise, everything looked fresh. At most Pizza joints that have Salad Bars, they take care of it but not to keep things fresh like what we saw. Well we ordered 2 Salad bars and BBQ Chicken Pizza. What was kind of interesting is that on the Menu it said the ingredients were some kind of White Sauce. I thought White Sauce on a BBQ Chicken Pizza? Well it has to work then since they put it on the menu, so we ordered that. We walked to the Salad Bar started making our salads and then as we walked to our seat, we realized that they have a band with their Instruments on stage, but they weren't playing. Which is kind of cool, if you like Live Music while you're eating Pizza. Not really my thing, but they had several Tv's playing the Olympics. As we started eating our Salads, again Fresh ingredients, we started enjoying what we were eating we barely spoke to each other. We waited probably 5 - 10 minutes for our Pizza which came out piping Hot. As we began to eat our Pizza, to my surprise it was very delicious. The thing that was told to us by the waitress who was very friendly said that the Sald Bar was all you can eat. We at several slices of our pizza and let me tell you. 2 Salad Bars, 2 Drinks and a Medium Pizza for $40 was not a bad price. Thank you Dells Pizza for 2 people who wanted great Pizza and you delivered. We will most certainly be back again. As a matter of fact this is going to become our Staple Pizza joint from now on.

Great pizza, but no delivery service and limited hours of operation compared to competitors. Also,…read morethey either don't have a website, or it just doesn't come up on a Google search. Which is odd, in this day and age. Couldn't see a menu online anywhere. If they **do** have a website, then I take it back, but it's still not easy to find. As I said, good pizza, and good employees. Weird customer service.

The back patio is really cute and dog friendly, which we love. We started by splitting a Caesar salad, and the dressing had a nice hint of lemon that we really enjoyed. My husband got the adult mac and cheese with added sausage and said it was great. I ordered the Italian Stallion on a gluten free crust and it was amazing. It had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings, and the crust held up really well for being gluten free. It's awesome that they offer so many gluten free options. We had a great experience and will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

We ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese, Beer Battered Artichokes and Vampire Slayer with Chicken. The pasta was peppery, but I watered it down and my toddler ended up loving it! I've loved their addicting fried artichokes since they used to have their food truck and my mom enjoyed their pizza squares! For dessert we ordered the Nana's Ice Cream Balls in flavors Mud Pie, Caramel Apple Pie and Original(not pictured since to-go.) Their ice cream balls have a really nice crunchy topping, flavor and the ice cream is nice and creamy!! We enjoy them! This small, family owned brewery kitchen, is cool spot to visit! The previous food truck now sits inside the restaurant and they have a fun little game area for family night! If you sit outside, they have a nice intimate setting with heat lamps, a relaxing vintage beer tap water fountain with beautiful koi fish and giant Connect 4! Staff are helpful and restrooms are clean! SYOY!

Ingredients are fresh and piled high, perfect cheese pulls, and zesty tomato sauce. I also appreciate that the bacon bits here are not from a wholesale bag. They are fried and cut fresh! The only downside is that wait for pizza can take a while sometimes but they are great about serving everything steaming hot once it's ready. I am happy to keep supporting this excellent local pizzeria!

My last 3 visits have gotten progressively worse. 1 visit 2 months ago. I ordered my usual garlic chips and antipasto salad with their wonderful Italian dressing. The chips were subpar almost tasteless but the salad was good. 2nd visit 1 month ago. The wait for food took along time considering it was peak lunch time and the restaurant only had 4 other tables occupied. I ordered my usual with a friend. Salads were great garlic chips all dried out seemed like maybe microwaved left overs. We only maybe had one or two pieces . I did call to speak to a manager the following day just to informed of our disappointment. He only made excuses which is a-shame. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment because my sister-in-law came over on Monday 1/19/2026 I suggested going to pizzeria Classico . Let's try it again. We went around 12. There was maybe five tables, including ours. My sister-in-law was craving spaghetti and I said it had to be good here even though I've never had it before. I ordered garlic chips and my salad. Let's start with the garlic chips. They were a little fresher than the last ones but tasteless again I don't know if they're cutting back and getting cheaper cheese or what they're doing that's different but it was not good. Usually I can eat a whole pan by myself. I think I ate two pieces. My sister-in-laws pasta on the other hand was horrific. It was a pile of spaghetti, I don't know what kind of noodles they were, but they were kind of thick and all stuck together with what appeared to be a can of watery chopped tomatoes, very sparingly put on top and the meatballs were also thrown on top. They were fairly good size which was nice but they were very over cooked. No sauce at all. I did not try them. My sister-in-law took a bite of one and said it was so dried up, she could barely swallow it. We set them on the edge of the table the waitress never came back to the table. My sister-in-law will eat any kind of pasta and she couldn't even take a second bite of this. I'm sorry to say. The topper, my salad with Italian dressing that (I love ) they ran out of the dressing at 12:15. What is that all about? I tried it with balsamic no not the same. Tried it with thousand island no not the same extremely disappointing! I do have to mention that it is a pizzeria place and they do have good pizza but I haven't had any in a couple years so I cannot testify to them. The garlic chips are supposed to be well-known and delicious and again totally tasteless. To sum up, my salad was hardly eaten the garlics chips barely touched and my sister-in-law only ate a piece of garlic toast. I really wish I would've taken pictures.

I mentioned Fair Oaks Brew Pub as an option I found on Yelp &, as a local, he said it was a great choice. We almost immediately scored street parking only a few doors down. I'd never been to Old Fair Oaks Village before. Looking around, the little town center was more reminiscent of a historic gold country town up in the foothills than Sacramento suburban sprawl. The cutesy charm of the surroundings extended to Fair Oaks Brew Pub itself. Greeted as soon as we walked up, we chose to sit out in their inviting patio area on a perfect Spring day. Our server was along shortly. She was friendly, helpful, & the right amount of attentive. For brew pub fare, we both chose the Risky Burger. Essentially a Western bacon BBQ variation of their regular cheeseburger. Sides were upgraded to onion rings. For the brew, I got their Chicken Foot Pale Ale. Everything was up before long. The Risky Burger was outstanding. Crispy bacon, tasty onion rings (in the burger, as well as on the side), gooey melted cheese, & a perfectly cooked patty just juicy enough to turn the last bite or 2 of the whole burger into a bit of a mess. The Chicken Foot Pale Ale was decent for style, though a little old school in terms of recipe/ malts/ hops. Still, a refreshing pairing for the Risky Burger. All in all, Fair Oaks Brew Pub was a great spot to grab a bite & a beer in an unexpectedly scenic pocket of suburbia.

We weren't asked if we needed refills, how our food was, or if everything came out correctly. At one point, I had to get up and go to the bar myself just to order another drink, which definitely took away from the overall experience. It felt like we were completely forgotten. The atmosphere and food may have potential, but the lack of attentive service made it hard to fully enjoy our visit. Hoping this was just an off night, but it wasn't a great experience.
