Tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas for just under $30. Also the app (or website) allows you to track your order. They will even bring it to your car. I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza to go, but there were bald spots in about half of the slices. Toppings were distributed fairly well. The pizza tasted fine, I just hated the dry spots. Ordered a pizza waited an hour nothing came called 3 times until someone picked up just to be put on hold.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight, watched on the tracker and noticed the delivery person outside on the street by my house. Tracker updates to "completed." I check all the places outside my home, thinking they left it on the porch. Even checked by my garage and by my neighbors front doors. No luck. Call the store. Their response, "Our delivery driver left it at your neighbors house. It should be in the porch. Can you just go over there and get it?" Wait, what??? Note- the neighbor that they left it at is not very friendly, I don't know them, and although only 2 numbers away in address, it is actually 6 houses away from mine. Finally, after telling him that I was not going to do that for obvious reasons, they finally offer to remake and send it out. "We will be there in 20 mins with your new pizzas." Ok, I can wait 20 mins. 45 minutes later, no pizza. No tracker either since it was a remake. I try to call the store. No answer. I call 3 more times... no answer. Finally, almost an hour after they said they'd remake the pizzas, they answer. As I'm on the phone listening to a bunch of excuses as to why it took so long (I'm the only one here, I was on lunch, etc.) the guy says, "We can give you a free soda for the inconvenience." A free soda??? No. You will refund the whole thing. Pizza finally arrives while I'm on the phone. One pizza box is smashed and both are barely even warm. Never again. Never. Dominos should be ashamed. Regardless of the incompetence, to only have one person working at the restaurant is not acceptable. Customer service issues aside, that is a major safety issue! If I could do less than 1 star I would. This is specifically a service and customer service only review. I placed an online order at 6:06 PM for 7 medium pizzas. I checked the tracker at around 6:40 and it still said prep. So I called the store to asked what the status was. The young lady that answered the phone asked for my phone number and said they were very busy. Which is completely understandable for a Saturday night. At that exact moment she said some lady came into the store and gave them my phone number and said it was taking too long and for them to cancel my order! HAH (any rational person would call and cancel the order on the phone not drive to the store, walk in and cancel an order they've been waiting for. Lol) I was like I'm sorry what? I then received an email for my order cancelation. She asked if I wanted to replace my order. To which I asked her if she could put it in line first since my order was "cancelled" but placed almost an hour before. She said I cannot prove where your order was on their list! I said do you want a screenshot with my order time and info. She rudely replied with I don't give out my phone number. (Duh!? No crap she should have all my order info already! By this point I know she just did not want to complete my large order of 7 pizzas.) I asked for the manager and she's said she's the manager. I then asked for the GMs info and she said she is also the GM! I was born at night but it wasn't this night. This location is a joke and I hope someone with some common sense and authority reads this and makes an attempt to correct her awful customer service. A simple apology and promise to remake them and get them out asap would have been more than fine with me. I had a home full of hungry kids and adults and this was a such an evening ruiner for our guests. This place has gone to shit. My busy household orders here frequently. I placed my order. Checked for updated cause it originally stated it would be less then 30min delivered. Waited 40 min, checked, said it was still being prepped. Nothing. Called and encountered the rudest person on the phone. She told me there was a lot ahead of me I'd get it when it gets delivered. It's now been over an hour, and my status still says prepped. This is not the first time this is happened and honestly I feel if there's going to be longer wait then what the online order states they should probably call you. I love pizza, and this location is about five minutes from my house so I always choose this one. Plus they have always gotten my orders wether I am getting delivery or takeout or dinning in. I usually create my own order it's two for two so I get a medium pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, cheese, red sauce, and banana peppers. And for the other item I usually get the wings which are amazing I get the habanero mango sauce it does have a bit of a spice but it's so good it's worth it. Was Promised pizza would be delivered within 30-45 minutes, but didn't show up until 1 1/2 later. My whole order got messed up. When I complained online Corprate only wants to give me 20% on my next order, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm either missing items or have burnt ones. Then he copped an attitude and told me not to tell him what to do. If you don't want to be told how to give good customer service, offer it willingly instead. That's your job! I am giving this location another star because of Kevin. A bit ago I succumbed to the pressure of my guests to order Domino's, even though I swore off this particular store. We ordered a small BBQ wings (for delivery), and received a hot and spicy wings order. I called the store, Kevin answered, he apologized (which seems to be a rare thing anymore), and sent out another order. But, he also went above and beyond and gave us a large order of BBQ wings. I usually order from a different location and pick up on my way home, this particular night I was tired and didn't feel like driving. I was directed by THEIR website to call this location for delivery to my area... called, gave my name and address and literally argued with the kid on the phone who was insisting I was not in their delivery area. He told me "go online it will direct me to the location needed for delivery." After I repeatedly told him I already did this, I gave up and placed an online order (and guess what location it was with...you guessed it) Awesome! delivery wait time was quoted "35 to 40 minutes". NOPE- after an hour of waiting I called and was told by the same kid I argued with that my order was in route. After waiting another 20 minutes it shows up, an hour and 20 minutes total I waited for the worst pizza I've ever had. It was COLD, BURNT, and tasted like CARDBOARD; go figure! I like Domino's pizza but this particular location doesn't meet expectations. We've ordered carry out a bunch of times and in each instance, there were issues. In our last order, the cheesy bread was very burnt on the bottom and the pizza had a crumple that looked like something punched it. The overall taste wasn't great either, it just felt straight average. I've had a lot Domino's in other states and most of those experiences were usually near damn perfect, so it kinda sucked to find a location which wasn't that good. If you really want this type of chain pizza, try the Pizza Hut off Sunrise or the Domino's in Folsom, both of which I've had far better experiences with. read more

I always go to this Dominos for Curbside delivery and have had no issues in the past. However this time I placed the order at 5:40 and the tracker said it was being prepped at 5:45 by William so I left home and arrived at the store and checked tracker again and it still said in prep stage. I tried calling back but their phone does not work and constantly gave a busy tone. The worst part is that they added a fraudulent $4 tip to my charge.
