This place is great they have great food and a good beer selection. I have been coming here since 2004 the service is always good and the owner knows me by name. Ordered online for the Kings Game deal! Free mini pizza with the purchase of a 20oz bottled drink. Only available with app purchases. The pizza was delicious and the service was good. The lady up front seemed like she was having a bad day, but it was the evening and I understand that she may be tired. The ambiance inside is welcoming with the huge tv! read more

Would not recommend, customer service is terrible when I had an issue. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and the manager had to speak to the person who was working when I told him everything that had happened. Yesterday our family picked up pizza from this location before we exchanged Christmas presents, The Everest. This classic combination is packed with meat, including cupped pepperoni mm my personal favorite, anyone else?! It's that cheesy, greasy pizza you won't, beyond amazing! Order this and thank me later, I had at least a couple slices! And my boyfriend and daughter enjoyed theirs as well! I would definitely recommend this location and am looking forward to dining in once it's safe to do so, Happy Christmas Eve Eve! read more

I came in to this store midday 9/23/25 to order the San Fransisco 49er pizza at a 49% discount after their win on the Sunday before. I am local to this Mountain Mike's and have been here on many different occasions with no issues and enjoyed the food and service. On this occasion I brought in my cellphone with the promotion having completed it online giving me a code which was my telephone number. When I showed this code from Mountain Mike's website I was told in the restaurant that I had to recoup this promotion online. I explained to him that this was done online and the evidence was on the phone in front of him. He continued with that I had to complete this online. I explained that I would go back online and look for something I missed. I did not find anything else that mentioned this 49er 49% off promotion. I told him this and advised him to look up the online site telling him to use my indicated phone number which he said he did but with no results. I was not sure why they have a promotional reduced pizza event that they are not honoring. I told the owner that I would just go somewhere else which he had no problem with. Having been a recurring customer to this Mountain Mike's being 1/2 mile away, I can only say that by not working with me, I will no longer come back to this location. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. VERY BAD! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION! There's a reason why they have bad reviews. I'm not the only one. I learned my lesson the hard way. How about you stop calling the lunch buffet, a buffet, and start calling it a lunch special. There were two small pizzas and a cheezy bread thing. The salad bar was basically toppings for the pizza. I was there at 12:30 today, and had to wait for the "buffet" to be ready. I asked the lady who was working where the rest of the food was. She said that that was it. This meal cost me $36 for two people. Never coming back. read more

We went for the lunch Buffet , over an hour after buffet hours were and there was no pizza out . They put a cheese bread and half a pepperoni and half a supreme . The pizza was decent at best . The MM near us on Sunrise is always great. The online ordering works every time. The delivery times are usually less than quoted, and the pizza is delicious! It's a real breath of fresh air considering so many of the big places had crapped out. read more

This Mountain Mike's Pizza location is lacking. They do not have the Chicken Curry and Veggie Curry pizzas on the menu like the other locations. This location also only allows one trip to the salad bar. It totally defeats the purpose of a salad bar. Also, this place is not very clean. The owners of this location are cheap and limiting. Do yourself a favor and vist any other Mountain Mike's Pizza because this place is trash. read more

I order pizza on Saturday at 5:16 pm online. The website and email said that the delivery would be there around 6:11 I provided the information from my order at the bottom of this message. At 6:33 I called to get a status and without even asking who I was they told me they were busy and it was on its way. I said ok a little unhappy with the wait because we were all getting hangry here. The restaurant is less than 5 minutes from my house so I assumed it would be here in less than 15 minutes if it was out for delivery. It still would have been about 45 minutes or so late but that is fine. I called again at 6:59 asking them to just cancel the order they said I would need to speak to the manager who was not around but would be back in about 15-20 minutes. While on the phone the delivery driver showed up and gave my wife the pizza. Her and the kids started eating because they were hungry. I called back again at 7:24 and spoke to the manager (I believe the name was Ronni) I tried to tell him that I was unhappy and before I could get much further he cut me off and said too bad they were busy. I then said I realize that but no one called to tell me it was going to be this late. The printed tag on the box said it was printed at 6:30pm. I also called twice and no one gave me a real status. When I called you told me it was out for delivery which he cut me off again and said no that I was lying no one told me that. At this point he is calling me a liar and did not care that they were so late. I said fine but asked since it was so late if I could get a partial refund or discount on a future order. This is when he lost it and started yelling about how they were busy that the driver delivered it and that I should be happy. I said it was an hour late, I am happy I can eat now but I am not happy with everything else. He then cut me off again tell me to shut up and said that he was going to send the driver to come and pick it up. I was trying to say that was needed but he insisted and that it would be refunded and asked me not to come back again. At this point I had enough and said fine just come get this sh!t then. He said fine but as he was hanging up my whole family (speaker phone) heard him call me a fucking asshole as the phone clicked. The driver did come around 7:45 and pick up what was left which was 5 of the six garlic knots, 1 piece was eaten out of the small Everest and about 70% of the pepperoni was left. Like I said before it was delivered I was not told it was being picked up until 20 minutes after it was delivered so we did eat some of it. I was not looking to have it taken back the manager made that choice knowing it had been with us for about 20 minutes. He also did not give me a chance to speak so I couldn't even tell him some was missing.. I then received another call and voice message asking me to call him back at 8:02 pm. I called him back at 8:15pm. At this point he told me we ate almost all of the pizza and that he would not be refunding me anything. I told him they took back the majority of the pizza back (which we did not ask them to do) that they need to at least refund some of what I was charged. He said that is too bad they have it back we ate some it and I will not be getting anything from them. I tried to explain the situation again I ordered pizza it was super late, I called was lied to, I called again and was told someone would pick it up then called an a$$hole, they took it back after saying they would refund, they called again after taking the pizza saying I would not get a refund. This was the most insane exchange I have ever had with a business owner ever. All he said at this point is yes you will get nothing. I then said this is f$cking ridiculous or something similar and that I would go to corporate. He then said go right ahead I own this place, do not do business with us again and f$ck you good night then hung up. This was insane over a bill that was 84.98. Since the delivery driver is the innocent person in this situation I do not want to take anything from him. I would have expected since they took the pizza back to get at least a credit of 60 back from them that is about 70%. It is clear that this owner will not so I would expect MM's to make this right. I have reached out to Corporate and my bank and am disputing the charge as well again not asking for the full 85 back but a portion since they took the product I paid for back after telling me it would be refunded. read more

Clearly I am not alone! After reading the reviews, this place has years of terrible service! The franchisee needs to have his license revoked! Skip this restaurant and just drive to the Fair Oaks location on sunrise. They are much better. The greenback store employees and manager do NOT care about their customers. They actually stated that. If I could leave 0 stars I would! That was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!! The employees were extremely rude and the owner or manager was equally rude. Please do NOT go there. they need to learn they cannot treat their customers or our community members that way. Save your business and spend your money elsewhere. The location on Sunrise and Madison is much better and if you order gluten free (2 family members are allergic) They are very careful. Steer clear of the greenback location. read more

Seriously !!!!!! READ THIS!!!!! ONE of the worst businesses not even pizza places but businesses I've seen... Over Priced pizza done half assed, I've been here on and off over a year when I'm desperate I hate to keep giving them business , and the one time desperate on a birthday I fucked up and forgot to order a pizza somewhere else, and had to go here i order a large pizza the specific nature, what is the boy and his friends and I guess else.... to pick it up and have to order is right, but definitely not the birthday boy pizza made right .... I gave him shit. Tell him how crap his business is and how he always messes up. He actually admits he messed up this time and that he would do me right next time I come in ... so here we fucking are I asked for what we always get and to do me right take off for the Fuck up like he said he would ... this jackass never admit, you messed up, actually tells me to F-Off... Honestly I'm not a mean person I don't wish ill will on people but this asshole is just not a nice man, nor his wife or female partner... I've actually seen them drop food on the floor and still serve the people. The place is not clean that's why I never ate there dishes, not washing, hands, touching and making the food. I swear to God I'm also going to call the Better Business Bureau and go after these guys because I didn't get five or 10 bucks off the pizza asshole promised and ruined the birthday of my family , even though I pre-Ruined it first, hey I can own my side of the street .... But when people are making food for other people, not washing hands, practicing safe practices, dropping food, still serving it not speaking up and doing the right thing first, he's actually hurting people and creating a problem and not running a business how it should be , at least Healthwise! Don't go here ! I'm Going after him , doesn't deserve to be in business ! Hopefully maybe that will also change it attitude to be a better man/I mean person... ! read more

Lately the salads have sucked. This place I love ordering from here. But the last 3 salads just show that people just don't either 1 listen or 2 quality check. We went last Friday for lunch buffet at 1pm. I believe it was about $16,00. We were the only customers in the place ( that should have been our clue). We had some of the small salad bar, no pizzas were ready. They ended up bringing out one meat pizza and bread sticks. There were 2 employees there, a woman came from the back to get herself a drink, the older gentleman stayed in the back, never saw him after we paid. My friend whom is a vegetarian went up to the counter. She called out hello several times . Man shouted out to hold on. When he came to the counter. Friend said that she was a vegetarian. Man was very aggressive and loud, basically said we should have told him at the beginning . Maybe we should have said something, but we thought we would have a choice of more the one pizza on a "pizza buffet ". We ended up leaving because of his aggressiveness. We won't be back. read more

Looked up on Google because I was hungry to find a pizza nearby and Mountain Mike's was close by, I get there at 9:00 p.m. and on the website it states that the establishment closes at 10:00 p.m. with that being said we order a pizza they said it would have to be taken to go because by the time it will be finished cooking the restaurant closes... no big deal as we're waiting for a pizza I observe the walls. Just a couple big screen TVs and no artwork whatsoever. No alcohol decor, sports memorabilia all the things etc and this by far has been the most boringest plainest Mountain Mike's I've ever been in. Staff was nice I'm not complaining about that whatsoever. The salad bar was already broken down by 9 p.m. and when I asked to use the restroom one of the staff members told me I could not use it because the floors were wet which is fine and said I had to wait 5 minutes before I could use it no big deal I use the restroom when the 5 minutes was up, after I did my business I tried to flush the toilet and the toilet handle was hanging by a thread and there was no way to flush it so I literally had to take off the tank cover and pull up the handle on the inside of the tank to flush the toilet. Everything was nice and clean in here. Even in the restaurant itself, but going forward this is just constructive criticism, I am by no means not still going to pay for Mountain Mike's because I love their Pizza. I just hope that management can fix these really easy issues and not close so damn early or close at 9:00 p.m.. read more

Rudest customer service we have had in YEARS. Blonde girl working the front desk tonight 5/18.... You need a vacation or a new job. I don't need to hear you saying "I just wanna go home!!", while starting at me and my family eating, at 8 pm. Also, no dressings for your pizza or salads or sides?? 65€ for one small tiny cup of ranch? Joke. The place was all in shambles. If the owner of this restaurant reads this, I would HIGHLY recommend training your staff to not directly show that they hate their job with all their heart. From the second we walked in, just unwelcoming and rude rude rude. We will NEVER eat here again, or order take out. Definitely never recommend, all based on your employees attitudes. read more
