Went to the papa johns off of WATT AVE close by the weinersnitchel . Was greeted with smiling faces and great customer service. Came in to order two pizzas , one medium for myself and a large. I don't like pepperoni but the kids go crazy for it so I went ahead and got there's and myself a bacon garlic artichoke pizza which is delicious! I was helped by an amazing staff member named CALEB who went above and beyond to find me the medium thin crust pizza when another staff member already gave up and almost told me they didn't have it in that size to order. CALEB went to the back and literally found me medium pizza crust on his own! Which really made my night or I would have went to bed hungry tonight. Really appreciate him for that. First off to give you 1 star is more than you deserve. I walked in last night 10/05/2025 at 6:55 pm and was asked by the girl behind the register if I had a online order or call in order. I told her "No I did not". The girl then said they were not taking any more orders for the night. I said "what"". Again, she repeated they were not taking any more orders for the night. I left and went out to my vehicle which was parked in front of the entrance and proceeded to place my order online. Successfully placed order and gave me a ready time of 7:28 pm. As I was waiting were serval other customers entered and were turned away probably because she told them they were taking orders. The whole time I was waiting there was only 1 person making pizza while the other just stood talking to the person making pizza. At exactly 7:28 pm I walked back in and was asked if I had an online order or call in order. I yes said "Yes" as they looked at each other they ask for my name and got my pizza. I told the Giel at the register " That wasn't so difficult now was it?" She said, "You don't have to be rude" I said "Bitch" and walked out with my order. As I got in my vehicle, she looked right at me and flipped me off. If your company does not want any business, then close early and adjust the store hours to reflect the actual closing time. But to be told an hour and five minutes before closing that you are not accepting any more orders is crazy. I hope you look at the video surveillance last night at 7:28pm to see the exact interaction and address the incompetent employees that are literally stealing time from your company. This maybe my last visit to this store due to the disrespect atmosphere and the toxic environment. read more

I had the worst experience at Papa Murphy's. I called and told them that I would not be there for at least 20 to 30 minutes. I called and ordered a papa's favorite and I forgot to ask for white sauce so I called back seven minutes later and the lady that took my order Was super rude. Exhaled when I asked for white sauce and proceeded to tell me that she had to remake the pizza after I told her I didn't want it to be made for another 2030 minutes so she gave me attitude. I got to the store and I told her that I would purchase both pizzas for her inconvenience because of the attitude, she gave me over the phone And she was very rude and told me no and then when I said please I really wanna get two pizza she told me no again and then I said may I please order another pizza then and she's like well. I guess you could do that. This lady does not need to be working in customer service. She's rude and completely unaware of her unprofessionalism. I have been going to this location for a long time and have always had a positive experience. About a month ago I went in to order the same pizza I have ordered for years and was told they no longer offer pizza with a double crust, and this was an order from corporate! I emailed corporate and they told me this was not a mandate from them. I returned last Sunday and showed them the email and they still refused to make a double crust pizza for me. I asked to see the manager and the person there told me he was in charge. Not sure why they would refuse to make me a double curst pizza? It is posioning with ecoli or a worker not wearing gloves, they need to give me a new free uncontaminated pizza. I like papa murphy's but this isnt the way i want my pizza. I really like the concept of Take N Bake. Papa Murphy's offers coupons on top of cheap prices and quality pizzas. This location is clean and the employees are great. I recently called in an order for the 7 dollar heart shaped pizza and the lady on the other end was incredibly sweet. I initially turned down the offer for a dessert pizza at a discounted price. It was just two of us eating and we already had a table full of cookies, chocolate covered strawberries and more. After hanging up and having her happiness rub off on me... I called back and accepted the deal. The total came to a mere $10. My younger sister and I were looking at this S'more pizza and exchanging thoughts, "Well Toni it smells good.. huh?" - "Yeah, it doesn't look bad either." There usually pretty consistent which is mediocre but doable the biggest problem is your order usually isn't ready when they say it will be and bubbles. 3/4 times my pizza has these bubbles and I've asked the employees about them and I've never really gotten a straight answer. So if you get there at least 5 minutes later than they tell you and if you don't mind parts of your pizza with no sauce or toppings because of bubbles then have at it. read more

I love their holiday pizzas they do! I think they are so much fun! In October we got a pumpkin shaped pizza and when I found out that they have a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's day...I had to go pick one up! I don't know why I get suck a kick out of holiday shaped pizzas...but I do they are fun! We put in our order and they said it would take 5-10 minutes...so we sat and waited. It was a bit longer than 10 minutes but there was a lot of people in there so I can understand that. The staff was friendly enough...not super friendly but not rude so I appricate that. We took our heart shaped pizza home and cooked it up and it was yummy. I enjoyed it very much. I was way too full after but that's a sign of some yummy pizza. So we ordered two pizzas here with coupons $8 for large 1 topping and a $10 Gourmet Delight Chicken Bacon Artichoke. When I came in to pick up the order the Gourmet Delight was regular crust instead of Thin Crust and they slapped a $2 extra for their mistake. What's also funny about these crooks is that regular crust is $1 extra not $2. To the business owner I suggest you train your incapable workers how to price the pizza. Now I call that bad business and I told them to keep their 2 pizzas and I'll never order from them again. I go to this location at least once a week! For the most part they have great customer service, aside from a couple of female staff members. One older lady is super rude, argues with customers about price and always ends up WRONG because she doesn't know what she is talking about and the manager has to fix her mistakes. Some other younger lady is just rude and clearly hates het job, but at least she's able to do her job correctly. I have been going to Papa Murphy's for 25 years and just had the worst experience at this store. The franchise owner is so rude and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have gone there several times (1-2 times a week) and this time she interacted with me and although the staff is wonderful, I will NEVER go to this store again. Okay, since I strongly dislike Papa Murphy's pizza, I will just review this particular location itself. Convenient location in a smaller shopping center on Madison and Garfield. The staff has always been friendly here. We call ahead and come pick up the order. It's always ready and waiting when we arrive. They accept all coupons and even have a big sign out front saying they accept "EBT". Overall, the location gets 4 stars from me. I've never had any issues there. :) Side note: everyone else loves the pizza from this location. I'm not sure if the pizza is "different" at each location, but this particular location scores big in my house on taste. Just not from me. ;) read more

I too have had problems with this location! I generally really enjoy Papa Murphy's, and other towns I've lived in, received excellent customer service. The "customer service" (for lack of a better term) is probably a 180 difference (in a really bad way) compared to pretty much every other PM that I've frequented over the last many years. The employees really need to at least try and pretend that they are interested in helping us, the customers. I have found that they are far too busy in gossiping/discussing really inappropriate conversation for ALL of us to hear. This obviously requires their full attention, as I've never experienced such a slow serviced, rude and VERY inappropriate behaviored employees at a PM in my life. I really hope their manager will make some changes soon, I don't plan on returning, and you bet I'll be telling all my friends and family of this completely unprofessional establishment! read more

Don't forget your stamp card to get 50% a pizza once filled! Pricing is still reasonable, parking can sometimes be a pain since there's so many businesses in this small sized lot. read more

Please don't go here. You're paying more! Today I called in for a $9 Family Chicken Garlic and Trevor said that it was $13, the deal was online only, but if it didn't work, to call back. It didn't work, so I called back. I got a female and she knew about the deal, so I put in my order. When I get there and pay, a female rang me up for the Garlic Chicken for $14! That's a dollar more than the first quote and not the deal they said they would honor. She had attitude and still gave me the deal. My mom said she used to go here until she noticed they were charging people $1-$2 more without the customer knowing. She almost told one person she was being extra charged, but felt it wasn't in her place. She and I decided we will have to make the drive and go to the Greenback location instead.
