Large pizza. No cheese, no toppings, just sauce
    Lindsay B.

We always order from here because they're fantastic. We order a pizza with no cheese, no toppings, just sauce for my picky 7 year old and he absolutely loves it! Happy to see that they support such a great cause and incorporate it into their products! Highly recommend!

This is evening we picked up pizzas with Michele M since it's their family tradition to order on Fridays and although it was a bit of a wait, everything came out hot, fresh and sealed for protection. Good thing so I could resist the urge to devour the whole pie! Lol I was hungry! This may be up their now with one of my favorite pizza pies! First bite of the Pizza Guys Combo I was pleasantly surprised, the sausage instantly stood out! It was juicy, incredibly flavorful and thick!! From the onions, bell peppers, etc. this pizza pie was loaded with veg! And don't get me started on the Cup & Crisp Pepperoni Duo, from the generous dusting of cheese, saltiness from the crisp Pepperoni, that's amore! Both pizza pies gave me a straight up foodgasm in my mouth, I couldn't help but say over and over, "oh man, mmm it's sooo good!" Not to mention the crust on these pizzas was incredible and this is coming from someone who is picky on what crust she chows down on. I practically inhaled each slice and ate 3.5 slices, that's a lot for me! And you know what? I don't even feel guilty about it! I would definitely recommend this location, it had been awhile since I visited one of their establishments and remember their frequent bogo deals and decently priced pizza pies! I'm looking forward to ordering from them in the near future! Thank you Michele M for dinner, Elincia and I throughly enjoyed it! Since 1986 they have been making scratch-made pizza dough you can taste with high quality ingredients! Happy Friday!

#TheGreatAmericanPizzaParty April 17th, 2020 We ordered our pizzas online, and picked up in store within 15 mins. This location also offers contactless delivery at this time due to the state shut down. Our Pizzas were fresh and all tasted delicious. The crust was cooked perfectly, the pizza wasn't greasy on the bottom. The pizzas had the perfect amount of topping on each pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas so we had left overs for another meal later. 1st pizza was a Pizza Guys Combo 2nd pizza the Bacon Chicken Pizza(1st time trying this one and I am so glad we did. The pizza was amazing and we will buy again. Only wish it had more bacon on it.) 3rd pizza was a pepperoni pizza Pizza Guys always has some great pizza specials. Right now they offer a buy any one large or XL and get one free. What a great deal. Check out this local Pizza Guys always friendly staff and fast preparation.

First time ordering here n it will be my last time. Fast delivery but horrible quality. If I could I would give it zero star. Worst pizza ever !! It's like they rushed it to make this pizza ...

Just before noon we were seated right away but it took several minutes before our server actually showed up. I noticed the ambiance was dark and hasn't changed AT ALL over the past 10-15 years. It is showing (and smelling) it's age and really needs a freshening up to a clean and modern take on Italian decor. Outdoor seating is available and the restaurant is in a well maintained shopping area near a grocery store. We loved seeing the fresh made bread coming out of the oven which is served with an oil/vinegar dip; however, the bread was doughy in the middle and became inedible. The Fettucini Alfredo for $25 was meh. The pasta was gummy and the sauce needed A LOT of salt, pepper and extra parmesan to amp up the flavor. The Penne with sausage was good with full flavored red sauce. And the pizza and other dishes that went by looked delicious but I based on this trip I am not sure we'll be back.

Tasty bread was brought to the table along with oil/vinegar and herbs on a plate. My main course selection was the Maccheroni e Formaggio, spiral pasta (macaroni) with a rich sauce, lots of cheese and breadcrumbs. I got it with meatballs which I highly recommend. The dish was delicious and very filling. For dessert I chose the cannoli which has been my favorite. Unfortunately, this time it tasted dry and the middle of the shell was hard as a rock. I should've known better but I still took the chance. It came out nice with a good sear but I knew well that it was cooked frozen. It was hard to cut, had the frozen taste after being cooked, and it was still very rare inside. I gave my opinion to Krystal and she knew immediately that the cook messed up. She took it back for it to come back five minutes with the same steak that was refried. Now it tasted even more horrible since it was leathery and the after taste was sour. I'm pretty sure that if the customer is not satisfied, they should at least replace the steak instead of reusing it. It tasted horrible. I am never eating here again and I would love to share that you can find better diners around the area than this. Props to the server for being patient but they need to update their cook and their policy when it comes to unsatisfying meals. (The picture is from the front so the full steak wasn't photographed well, I only took a bite so that is pretty much the size of it considering it being a 6 ounce but as you can see it is burnt after being given back to me the second time around) What a NIGHTMARE!

I felt like the last…read morefew times I had dined in, the flavor of the food was like opening a can of spaghetti-o's. Or a jar of Alfredo sauce... it had zero appeal to me.. that has changed. I think the restaurant itself is gorgeous. The Old Spaghetti Factory is like the size of a 2 story house with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms... ok, ok, maybe bigger, but as a child, I can remember wanting to go out to eat here. I think the building is stunning, especially on the inside and it feels like you are walking into someone's home. It is all wood trimmed, wooden floors, wooden banister... Is it weird that there is a smell in here? Not a bad smell, but familiar and it has lingered inside of this restaurant for 20+ years. It makes me feel nostalgic... As of today, I am a fan of the Chicken Picatta. This dish comes with angel hair pasta topped with browned butter and mizithra cheese, and chicken breast topped with a medley of butter, lemon, capers, shallots, and tomatoes. The garlic cheese bread is probably one of my favorite garlic breads to order from anywhere. It is unfortunately served with COLD marinara. Like... why?? Why am I going to dip hot cheesy garlic bread into COLD marinara?? So we just don't use it. Today, my client and I ordered online through my account. When you first sign up, you receive a free cheesy garlic bread. We like ordering online because you earn points to receive free items on their menu. We each ordered a Chicken Picatta, and one chicken parmigiano. I think every meal comes with salad and their most popular dressing is their pesto ranch. Complimentary sourdough bread comes with meals as well. It looks like they serve 1/2 a loaf per person... at least that is how it is for togo. What I don't like about ordering online is that there isn't anywhere to substitute for a different pasta. For example, the chicken parmigiano comes with spaghetti noodles, but we like angel hair noodles. There also isn't a section to order an extra side of sauce. So I did walk in and explain that I was putting an order in and needed substitutions. They were happy to substitute noods for me! The women working at the togo area are always pleasant. The bartender is fun to sit and talk with while I wait for my order. I waited almost 40 minutes today for our order, but I was enjoying my company, so I didn't mind. I may have to give the OSF another try and dine in. If I'm a fan of the Chicken Picatta and cheesy bread togo, I'm sure it'll be great dining in!

This visit I made a reservation several days in advance. Party of six at 6:30 pm. We arrived just a few minutes before our scheduled time, checked in and waited. And waited... and waited some more. Around 6:50 I asked the manager on duty whether they were going to be able to seat us soon. The manager was polite, apologetic, and explained that they were busier than they had anticipated. Just before 7:00 pm, we were seated. After about five to ten minutes our server arrived and introduced himself. We received our beverages and bread very shortly thereafter, followed by soups and salads. Dinners were then served and were good, as they usually are. Beverages were not kept filled and we had to ask for refills a number of times. We had also requested crushed red pepper and had to remind the server. The potential exists for this location to receive four or five star ratings, but management needs to work with staff to offer better care for patrons, both with regard to reservation management and general food serving standards. One other comment, this one is corporate related, I lost thousands of loyalty points at the beginning of the year because I hadn't used them. I believe this is a change to the program, as I never lost points in prior years and enjoyed receiving various perks for supporting the business. Just FYI - use 'em or lose 'em. Nonetheless, I am sure we'll return!
