This store is not Papa Murphy's quality. I'm not sure if it was sold recently but it has really gone down hill. This store completely messed up the order we ordered a cowboy on original crust. What we received was a thin crust with Pepperoni and black olive very little cheese. The quality was poor. I called to let them know and all they just said okay. The store was empty not busy on a Saturday a 6:40 PM. So not only was the quality was a miss, the customer service is poor. Don't waste your money read more

The shop is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We walked in to order pizza. This was my first ever visit to this Papa Murphy's. The ordering was easy and we were in and out in under 18 minutes for two pizzas even with two customers ahead of us. The shop is in a plaza with plenty of easily accessible parking spaces. A 12 inch medium cheese is $15, a 14 inch large is $16, and 16 inch family is $18. It is $1.50 for each additional topping. Yup, prices have totally increased but that seems to be typical of all businesses. The menu states the large size can serve 2-3 people. We ordered two. From my experience, the estimated serving size was about right. And they did have actual size pizza pans on the wall, I found that to be a helpful visual. The pizzas are plastic wrapped securely. The toppings were tidily placed on top of the pizza. Each pizza is packaged with baking instructions. I followed those directions. I threw the pizzas in the oven with the provided disposable baking sheet right into the baking racks. So no additional pan needed. The pizzas are not precut, you can cut them however you want. They came out beautifully baked. Soft crust with an outer crisp bake. Cooked through from the edges to the center. (I do not have photos of the baked pizzas... folks tore into these before I could take pics). The pizzas were not bad tasting and also not destination driving worthy tasting either. But I do like the concept of ready bake pizzas, it gives me the flexibility to bake when it is convenient versus ordering one cooked and having to reheat to serve if not eaten right away. read more

Ordered online and used one of their "specials" coupon. (I add the olives because I like a rediculous amount, but isnt that the best part of a take and bake; to add your own toppings too) my pizza was ready and waiting on a clean rack with my name displayed easy to see. Pizza was perfect! I'll definitely be back for more. But no more salads. Yikes! The prepared salad we received was disgusting. Unfortunately, we didn't know until we got home because the giant label plastered over the cover of the salad container cleverly hid the extremely poor quality of the salad. The edges of most of the lettuce leaves were discolored (brown), as if the salad had been prepared days before. That salad should've been thrown out and never given to a customer. Next time I pick up a pizza, I will plan to go out of my way to make my own salad. read more

Very clean place. Natalie did a great job ringing up all the orders from everyone in line then put those gloves on and helped assemble the pizzas. She's very friendly and efficient. On a very rainy day this sure beats driving all the way to Sellands in EDH for my absolute favorite brick oven pizza. Went there yesterday, the store is super clean and the service was great. I think the employee's name was Isaac, he was professional and efficient. My in-store order was completed in under 5 minutes. And the limited time Taco Grande pizza was the best pizza I've had plus it kills two cravings with one stone-it's a pizza and it's a taco. We love that it is made with a base of refried beans not red sauce as my husband can't eat tomatoes, so it was customized by putting diced tomatoes on half. read more

I used to eat Papa Murphy's pizza all the time but in the past 6-7 years got tired of it and went to other local places where I didn't have to cook it myself. Recently drove by this Papa Murphy's and decided to give it a try again and see how it it's changed. Ordered the chicken garlic pizza and a pepperoni pizza. It was a Tuesday and they have $12 Tuesdays I believe. Decent deal. Waited about 35 min and picked up the pizzas on a prepaid rack inside. Only after cooking the pizza, I realized there wasn't any cheese on the pepperoni pizza. I don't know how but I didn't notice until after cooking it because it was just a red circle with meat on it. Nonetheless, I was very disappointed because I don't think you can even call this a pizza. I still ate it but it was the worst 'pizza' I've ever eaten. The other chicken garlic pizza was alright but it was pretty salty and the crust doesn't have a lot of taste. Overall, I won't be coming back here. It was the same as when I came here years ago. I was never a fan of having to cook the pizza at home anyway and if you wanted to, you might as well get a frozen pizza at the store. Dominoes , Costco pizza, or any other local pizzeria in my neighborhood is much better. I'm giving two stars because at least I didn't get sick from it and it was technically edible. read more

I placed an online order at 4:30pm for a veggie delite pizza. And 45 minutes later still waiting in the lobby for the pizza to be made. What is the point of placing the online order for pick-up at the desired time if it isn't even going to be ready as promised. Very unsatisfied with this location. Last time I am going to this Papa Murphy's. The manager decided to say something that was very disrespectful. He probably thought I was too stupid to care about it either. The food may be alright, but the manager and their staff should watch what they say next time with a customer, especially when those customers were as loyal as I was becoming to be. Also, Victor... Nobody at the store told me how to earn the rewards, last I recalled. Maybe you should address to your customers how to get them by signing up online, but even then you will always find someone who may be a little confused on the entire matter (because it simply is). I appreciate the rewards program, just don't give anybody a hard time with them! For anyone reading this, the main reason I am giving a 1 out of 5 is not because of the second paragraph (that reason didn't really bothered me, but someone else will find use for them), it was mainly just the first paragraph. So the wife ordered a pizza and paid for it online. I wasn't aware she paid for it. I was on the phone with work when I walked in, saw my pizza on the rack just inside the doorway, and went to grab it when the high school aged child started barking at me. I told my coworker I'd call him back and asked the girl what she said. She said, "you need a mask." I apologized and proceeded to take the high collar on my fleece jacket and covered my entire nose and mouth. At that point she said, "you need to go to your car and get a mask. My mask is a thin Lycra type material. My fleece jacket that covered my entire face provided much better protection. She would not serve me unless I left to put on my mask! So I went out, got a mask, came in, got my pizza, took it to the counter.....only for her to tell me It was already paid for! I could have just been told by her to take the pizza out on the way to get my mask! This is what happens when children run your business. Thank you God for Papa Murphy's deLite pizzas! I can diet AND have pizza now & again? Am I dreaming? Nope, I pinched myself just to make sure!! I love, love, love the Herb Chicken Mediterranean deLITE without Feta. It's so fresh tasting & not at all a heart-clogging, diet-busting nightmare! The whole family shares a large & we add a nice homemade low-fat Spinach Salad to help round out the meal. It's great to have it so close to home, I can drop in & within 5 minutes have a meal ready for me to bake at home whenever it's convenient. I follow their directions to a T & they always come out super. The shop is always clean. The staff is friendly, and accommodating of my 'special requests' ( such as: replace creamy garlic sauce with red sauce, leave off the Feta, etc.). Affordable, reasonably healthy, clean & convenient. I then end up waiting 15-20 minutes in the store when I already called an order in. Usually this is with a 2 year old in tow so you can imagine how enjoyable an experience this is. I thought their online ordering system was great because you can pay online and the pizza is supposed to be ready on a prepaid rack when you go in (super convenient because you don't have to wait in line). However, when I ordered and paid online, the pizza was not ready because they had no record of my order. They claimed to be having problems with the system but wouldn't believe my husband that we had ordered the pizza (basically they thought he was trying to con them out of a $12 pizza. Wow!) My husband had to go home and get the receipt for the order. Then the manager said that he would credit our card for the pizza since it was their mistake. I just received my credit card statement. There is no credit for the pizza. I guess they are having problems with that system too? There are lots of pizza places in town and I've never had a problem like this. They could have easily looked under our phone number and seen that we've ordered pizza from them many, many times. I had the Gourmet Vegetarian pizza. It was excellent. Online ordering was easy, as was baking the pie.

Papa Murphy's is one of my favorite pizza places. The thick crust is to die for....they place lots of ingredients on the pizza and it is a pretty good deal (when you have a coupon). I think they just raised their prices....but it is still a good deal. We got half pepperoni and half combination. They give you a free liter of soft drink with the pizza wrapping for your next visit if you fill out a 2 minute survey on their website. I do think the Papa Murphy's in El Dorado Hills is a little better than the Folsom location....but they are both worth going to. read more

Papa Murphy's seems to be getting better and better. The location in Folsom is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They have really good prices for the quality of the pizzas. I have fallen in love with the Chicken Bacon Artichoke De Lite. I am NOT a fan of thin crusts but this pizza has won me over. Especially with the deals on De Lite pizzas, C.A.B. D.L. is a great deal. The stuffed pizzas are also a favorite of mine but can be a little tricky to cook. If you have a group of hungry people a stuffed Chicago style pizza will do the trick!
