We stopped by here on a Friday night on our way into Tahoe. The place was pretty empty but clean. We ordered a xl pepperoni pizza and some drinks. The pizza was your standard fare and if you like a saucey pizza, you will love this place. I prefer less marinara sauce so I just thought the pizza was okay. The rest of the people in our group however really loved the pizza. If you are looking for a place to eat a meal on your way into Tahoe this would be a great stop for a family. read more

came in with my daughter ordered personal pizza with salad bar and drink. It was $16.99 proceeded to salad bar. Everything looked pretty fresh. Tried one of their peaches and it was fermented. They also have pineapple, but I didn't dare try one of those I let the lady know upfront. She gave me a new salad plate and didn't take the peaches out. I advised her that the peaches are fermented, and they are turning into alcohol, which she smiled and walked away. I did try the pizza and it is very good. Nice people as well read more

My kids call this place the "best pizza in the world" place. The flavor is on point. They are generous with their toppings. The crust is exceptional. The customer service is always friendly. They have a great section of games for kids to kill time. Bathrooms are clean. There's plenty of space for dining in. Good for large parties too. We always stop here on our way either up to Tahoe or back because of the Tesla charger. It's a perfect pit stop. One time we stopped they had karaoke night! What a fun time. read more

My first time I went I asked to add chicken to my pizza. Cashier asked me 2xs that I wanted to add chicken. Got home paid for the chicken. I went back today because they do have a great crust! Although I asked if was possible to add artichokes in replace of mushrooms. I received 1 artichoke on my medium size pizza. Let alone I paid $31.39, for a medium pizza that was $18.00, 1 beer $5.00. Don't go on a Sunday night! Waited half an hour in the store for a PRE-ORDERED pizza that was cold!

First time trying this place. Ordered two pizzas online. Was told they would be ready in 25 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes later and they hadn't even started them yet. Employee at the counter told me "We don't have any control over that." I get the front line restaurant workers aren't responsible for the online ordering system, but the restaurant management and ownership 100% is responsible for allowing this in a customer facing system. If their vendor can't handle calculating a time, they need to find a new vendor. If they do their web development in house they need a new web developer. Either way, the "well shucks, it's not my fault" thing is really pathetic. Another 35 minutes later I did eventually get pizzas, but I wouldn't have placed the order if they'd been up front about needing an hour instead of 25 minutes. Being dishonest to make a sale is not ok in any business. Won't be back, wouldn't recommend you go either. Wish I'd read the yelp reviews first, it looks like disrespecting other people's time is a pretty common theme. read more

First time at this place. I don't get the negative reviews because my experience was exceptional. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and food was really good. We ordered a custom calzone and an antipasto salad. That Calzone was huge and packed with filling, and there was no skipping on meat for the salad. Very satisfying. I decided to give Pizza Factory on Broadway in Placerville another chance. This time I went in to order. Person who took my order was very pleasant. Told me it would be about 15 min. After 30 min. I asked about my order. Same person. She said that they were short handed and were waiting for more crew. She didn't even check to see if my order was ready. She was just snippy. After another 35 min I went back and asked another person to check to see if my order was ready. I saw her take it off the top of the oven. When I got home my pizza was only Luke warm and the spaghetti was cold, cheer was hard and meatballs were like golf balls. I should have know better. I will not be back and will make sure to spread word that Pizza Factory on Broadway in Placerville is incompetent and their help is less than friendly. read more

Regular here and notice if the owners are not in attendance than no one seems to be working, tables are not clean, if owners are here our dinner salad arrives promptly, we have been here 15 minutes and no salads yet. Not very busy so no excuses for the wait. When the salad did arrive it was great, no complaints there. Pizza arrived within a few minutes of the salad and it was good also. My wife and I just feel the service was lacking when owners are not present. read more

The pizza here (at the Placerville location) is always consistent and tasty. The prices are good compared to other chain pizza restaurants. The owners seem to really care. The restaurant area can be a little dirty most of the time, but I imagine it is hard to keep up with the constant flow of messy kids. If the could get the workers to wipe down the tables and surfaces more frequently, it would be a 5 star review. read more

We came here for a quick lunch before hitting the road back from Tahoe. We ordered their chicken bbq medium size pizza which came with chicken, bell peppers, and tomatoes with a drizzle of bbq sauce. When we ordered, we were told the wait will be 10-15 minutes. Our wait for this one pizza ended up to be 35 minutes. The staff at the register was very nice and apologized profusely. One of them even gave us some chocolate chip cookies for our long wait time. The staff member explained that their usual pizza tosser was out and the manager is subbing as pizza tosser and that they are also training two new staff. I understand training new staff is important but there needs to be some balance... We got to our car, opened the box to our much anticipated chicken bbq pizza only to find it sparsely topped with chicken, bell peppers, and tomatoes. We had to really search for the small pieces of chicken and didn't even taste any chicken when we are our pizza. On the plus side, their dough was pretty good and crust was crunchy. Even though the staff members were really nice, I don't think I'll be coming back to this pizza place due to the long wait time and sparsely topped pizza. read more

Worse place to take a family! We went in and most tables were reserved. Ask the front if a table was open for us and was told yes. We sit down get our pizza and as we were half way through our meal, told we had to move for a group that was coming in. No manager on site and a bunch of kids running it. Bread sticks are amazing, the pizza isn't soggy with grease, and the general atmosphere is so bright and enjoyable. Every now and then I catch a paint nite or "yay maker" and it's always fun. I absolutely love coming here. My daughter get to play games while the hubby and i can relax and enjoy our lunch. The food is always fresh. They hand toss their dough for every pizza. My daughter and husband love watching them make the pizzas. You dont see to many places actually hand toss the dough anymore. I feel like this makes their pizzas super delicious! Worst service ever!! Last two- three times I have been there our order has been skipped or forgotten. Went there tonight to enjoy Karaoke and ordered our food. Other people came after us and got their food before us. We went and asked where our order was. They said it was coming out. Really hope there was confusion with the cashier. Came in for lunch, ordered a salad, twisted breadsticks and a salad. $30.47. Jaw drop. Repeat "$30.47 for salad, breadsticks and soda?" Cashier confirmed yes. Post COVID and inflation is definitely a thing. But as I stated while leaving... THAT IS INSANE.
