The meat lovers sandwich had a noticeable sweet flavor I'm assuming from the spaghetti sauce but it really lacked depth. It honestly reminded me of canned spaghetti and a sloppy joe. It also seemed like there was no ranch dressing even though it's part of the sandwiches name. I appreciate the creativity and whimsy they've put into their menu. I just don't think the execution and flavor profiles are where they should be.

How do you mess up a sandwich?! Every single sandwich in our order was made wrong, every single one. The 2 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch Wraps in which I substituted Pepper Jack for the Monterey Cheddar, added BBQ sauce, and added avocados at extra cost had no cheese at all, no avocados, no Ranch, no BBQ sauce, and no flavor. One sandwich only had turkey and lettuce, that's it. No cheese, no onion, no oil, vinegar, or salt. We had to fix all of our sandwiches the best we could at home. If we wanted to make our own sandwiches, we would've done so and saved ourselves $90. When placing the same exact order at the El Dorado Hills Subway, everything was made perfectly and it tasted great. The difference and taste between the two locations means they are not making the sandwiches according to company standards. And of course, when we called the "manager" was the one who personally made our sandwiches and insists that everything was made correctly. I guess whoever picks up the phone is a "manager". And she couldn't even take off the tip that we gave, which is just insult upon injury. read more

As I'm coming to write a excellent review of this establishment, i can't help but read the most current reviews. Looks like some gentleman from Somerset left unhappy. Maybe he was already unhappy when he entered. I can tell you first hand I'm in this location and many others owned and managed by the same team. I know the owner and manager by name! I have never left unsatisfied with service or my sandwich! I'm always greeted by warm and kind people. The best part about yelp is people can read between the lines and get the truth.
