Pretty good. Came here with the family as we charged our EV nearby. Pizza took about 40 min. They told us it would be a little bit of wait. We didn't mind. I will say that some of the reviews mentioned that they get orders incorrect. Unfortunately, this did happen to our pizza. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, half with added olive and the other half with added mushroom. They delivered a pizza with half pepperoni and the other half had the olive and mushroom. We did not call it out and just ate it. It was still yummy. My family had a suggestion to turn the arcade area into an ice cream parlor area. We searched for a nearby place to stop for ice cream and nothing exists in the area, at all. Which is kind of crazy. Overall 4/5. 5 - Yummy pizza. -1 - Slightly incorrect order. We went in today and ordered a small pizza and garlic bread twist. I asked for a large cup for a drink and then went over to the machine and saw that they only had one diet option. When I asked the owner behind the counter if I could get a bottle of soda instead she said absolutely and she gave me two instead of just one. That kind of kindness goes very very far and I am very very thankful that she treated me with such kindness and the pizza and the food was outstanding. I ordered takeout boneless chicken wings, garlic bread, and a medium size cheese pizza for the family. The wings were soggy, the garlic bread was only half done meaning there was garlic on half and absolutely nothing on the other half. The pizza is what I usually get here but the pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way and the cheese just separated from it as well, It wasn't like a melted cheese separation either, just an all together worst experience here so far. read more

The food is always good but showed up a hour before close which I believe is plenty of time to order a pizza and was told I could not get a salad bar because they close the salad bar a hour before close. Very upsetting and they place had about 5 families in the restaurant and there was no music no tv. I really don't appreciate when a business says they are open till a certain time but shut almost everything down before close and I have worked in the restaurant business almost my adult life and get that things need to get done before close so the staff doesn't have to stay hours after close but I think not serving the salad bar a hour before close is just ridiculous I would of been more understanding if it was 15 minutes before.. read more

Watched so many people get the wrong pizza while I was waiting. The owners didn't care! Didn't even offer a discount nor did they offer a drink. I ordered a pizza from Pizza Factory Placerville. Actually pizza and soup. Was told delivery would be 30 min. I get a call about 20 minutes later telling me they can't deliver but will,cancel my order and then order it through door dash. I'm not a fan of door dash. This is the second time they have cancelled a delivery on me. Another time they left me on hold for 20 minutes. Finally when they came back the person said "please hold"!! Really. "Leanne" over the phone wouldn't refund or give me money back to even make me whole for not even receiving the correct sized order of food. Her "reasonable" request was to have me come back in, which I live far or have credit in my account. I don't even have an account with pizza factory, and don't really make it there often. Her tone and demeanor was as if she truly didn't care and was rude af. I honestly didn't care, was looking for a refund of the difference from an xl size pizza I ordered, to the medium jalapeño and pineapple that I didn't order, and didn't really want. Pizza here tastes great. They get upgraded to 5 stars because of the way they dealt with an honest mistake they made with my order. I forgot the managers lady's name but she couldn't have been more helpful. She was so kind and apologetic and made a new order and offered me a beer while waiting. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to actually hear an apology for making a mistake and offering to make it right. We stopped here after a visit to Apple Hill and on our way up to Tahoe. Great pizza! We had a large group and everyone enjoyed their pizza. Tonight I ordered a pizza over the phone the young lady said 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready! I drove to pizza factory 30 minutes later to pick up my pizza that had not been started! The young lady told me they would need another 10 minutes it took another 30 minutes to be ready! I don't mind waiting don't like being lied to on the phone about the wait! Terrible tonight ! The last few times I've been the service has not been what I've experienced in the past. We also ordered a Greek pizza which comes with feta cheese and tomato the pizza we got tonight did not come with either of those toppings and we weren't told that ahead. When I called I was on hold for 10 plus minutes with no apology or explanation. When we picked the pizza up the dining room was not busy and employees did not seem busy. Pizza was excellent. Very crisp and crunchy crust. Toppings very good. Large was enough for 2 people 2 meals.

We keep trying it over and over and over hoping maybe it will be better this time and it never is. It's the sauce for us, it just doesn't taste good. This has been my second time calling pizza factory to please not forget my ranch and the girl on the phone promised they wouldn't forget it...And they forgot it. Came to this pizza place by luck just grab the exit because of the road conditions but anyways we where hungry saw the sign we stop here and we glad we did we order medium pepperoni and wings and they're amazing. I had a horrible experience at the pizza factory last Sunday. I emailed the pizza factory through their website Liam know about my experience. Trying to avoid giving him a bad review on yelp, but they decided not to respond to my email so here I go. I called and places to go order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Not a big deal, I got there about 15 minutes after the phone call paid for my order I was told it wasn't ready yet. No problem they told me 25 minutes so I sit down waiting for my name to be called. After waiting 55 minutes after I called in the order, I went up to the counter and asked what was the status of my order. at that point, the girl at the counter, went and got my order and I've been apparently sitting around getting cold. I asked how long my order that had been ready the girl, the counter just shrugged her shoulders and gave me no answer. And also no apology. When I got home, I found that the blue cheese I requested for my wings wasn't even included in my order and they didn't even include ranch. A terrible experience, and again my poor yelp review could've been avoided if the pizza company had bothered to respond to my email. I don't know if I'll ever be back. read more

It's OK. Not a lot of flavor in anything they cook, but works in a pinch. I bring it home and add to it since is pretty bland. The salad bar, is weak with selection and plain frankly gross! The restaurant it's self is FLITHY! Tables unwired, everything from the soda machine to the tables and the door are dirty and unwiped. Our problem, if the filth exists that you can see think about what's behind the counter with your food. The owner sits in a table in the corner and does nothing. Why is he not instructing his employees that are standing around to start scrubbing the tables inside and out? This place could be so good because people do not want to travel down the hill a lot of times for a pizza. We've lived here for over 10 years and have only been here twice. I wasn't expecting much from the Pizza Factory but wow! So glad we stopped in here. The food was good, very satisfying and a nice selection and the staff was incredible. They looked up ingredient and allergy information and went above and beyond to accommodate us with extra plates for our kids to share salad. When I brought a high chair to our table an employee rushed over to switch it out for a freshly sanitized one - so thoughtful! The food: Pizza - I had the veggie pizza with no cheese with cashews added. I'd never tried cashews on pizza but in my opinion 100x better than vegan cheese, this is going to be my new go to when I make pizza at home! The sauce was great and pizza crust was just the right thickness with a pleasant hint of sweetness. Salad bar - fresh, lots of great toppings including beans and sunflower seeds for veggie protein and tons of veggies like broccoli, cucumber, corn, beets, mushrooms - yum! And spring mix or spinach as a base. This place beats the other chains for sure on food alone and the friendly wonderful staff take it to the next level. Their pizza is as good than other Pizza Factory chains. Their service isn't. In case one of the main reasons you come to Pizza Factory is getting salad you should know that they shut down their salad bar 30 minutes prior to closing to put stuff away. Ok, that is 100% acceptable. BUT what isn't acceptable is to then refuse to make a simple side salad and instead trying to force you to buy an entire entree-size salad because they "can't" make it? So, you can make the full size salads but can't make a simple side salad. Hmmm. This location seems to be an exception to the rule of Pizza Factory's, which in general are very fine franchises with good service. read more

Pizza was pretty good - we also got the boneless wings and they were pretty dry. We arrived around 8:45pm and they closed at 10pm. We wanted a salad but they said it was all put away for the night? Seemed a little early considering closing time was more than 1 hr away? We also asked for blue cheese dressing for the wings and were told it was also put away.
