I've always stopped here when I'm in the area and I really like their pizzas. In fact, this is probably my favorite pizza chain. The pepperoni has a nice, smoky flavor which I really enjoy. The other parts of the pizza like the sauce, dough and cheese are good too. The service at this location has been good in my experience. Pretty fast and friendly. Pizza is cooked well. There are usually a couple of TV's to watch sports etc. while you eat. Nice pizzeria vibe. This is yet another place where I wish they opened a location closer to where I live, but for now I have years of great memories at this location. read more

The pizza here is nice and fresh, but our visit had a few hiccups. I specifically asked for no mushrooms, yet they were added to my pizza anyway. When I brought it to their attention, it took a while for the team to discuss and acknowledge the error. They did remake it, which was appreciated, but the delay pushed our meal well beyond what we expected. The staff is friendly, but they definitely need to be more attentive when taking and preparing orders. Overall, an average experience. read more

The pizza is delicious, they hand toss the crust and it tastes Great too. The toppings are fresh and natural not fake like so many other pizza parlors. Great salads too. Nice personel good service for dine in or take out too. Comfortable ambiance with big screen TV. All for a fair price so get your pizza at Pizza Factory. read more

gave us bread sticks that were still completely dough in the middle. we pulled them apart and the dough kept stretching out. NOT the cheese. i expected a nasty cheese pull NOT DOUGH. also they seemed really irritated read more

Stopped by on the way back from Tahoe for work. Service was wonderful and some of the best food we've had!

Came here after dropping our kid off at camp. It was so good and just what we needed. They were almost closing but still made us one of the best pizzas I've ever had. read more

Pretty good. Came here with the family as we charged our EV nearby. Pizza took about 40 min. They told us it would be a little bit of wait. We didn't mind. I will say that some of the reviews mentioned that they get orders incorrect. Unfortunately, this did happen to our pizza. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, half with added olive and the other half with added mushroom. They delivered a pizza with half pepperoni and the other half had the olive and mushroom. We did not call it out and just ate it. It was still yummy. My family had a suggestion to turn the arcade area into an ice cream parlor area. We searched for a nearby place to stop for ice cream and nothing exists in the area, at all. Which is kind of crazy. Overall 4/5. 5 - Yummy pizza. -1 - Slightly incorrect order. But we all left happy and full. read more

Back again for another try hardly any toppings on the pizza. I'm headed back to Pizza Plus in diamond Springs. Not sure what happened, but this place went downhill. read more

I would recommend this pizza factory. They are great. They're pretty fast and taste great.

Excellent wings! Every time I order their wings, they are plump and delicious - highly recommend! My husband says their pizzas and calzones are pretty great, too. read more

I ordered takeout boneless chicken wings, garlic bread, and a medium size cheese pizza for the family. The wings were soggy, the garlic bread was only half done meaning there was garlic on half and absolutely nothing on the other half. The pizza is what I usually get here but the pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way and the cheese just separated from it as well, It wasn't like a melted cheese separation either, just an all together worst experience here so far. read more

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food! If you use the app you get great deals also, can't beat it!!!

We went in today and ordered a small pizza and garlic bread twist. I asked for a large cup for a drink and then went over to the machine and saw that they only had one diet option. When I asked the owner behind the counter if I could get a bottle of soda instead she said absolutely and she gave me two instead of just one. That kind of kindness goes very very far and I am very very thankful that she treated me with such kindness and the pizza and the food was outstanding. I've had a very rough go of it and I'm down in the dumps and her little bit of kindness went a long way. If you're reading this and you're the owner thank you very much read more

Bummer. We just went to this empty restaurant, picked what we wanted to order and just stood at the counter for a couple of minutes. Girl behind us folding boxes, nothing. Guy back there making pizza to busy to even look up, nothing. We just walked out as the girl folding folding boxes checked her phone. Zero acknowledgment after saying hi when we walked in. read more

Fantastic spot and they have a salad bar!! Our family enjoyed our time here. Great service too~ We'll be back read more

Pizza Factory - Greek Pizza and Salad. - Italian Near Me - Pollock Pines, California

The food is always good but showed up a hour before close which I believe is plenty of time to order a pizza and was told I could not get a salad bar because they close the salad bar a hour before close. Very upsetting and they place had about 5 families in the restaurant and there was no music no tv. I really don't appreciate when a business says they are open till a certain time but shut almost everything down before close and I have worked in the restaurant business almost my adult life and get that things need to get done before close so the staff doesn't have to stay hours after close but I think not serving the salad bar a hour before close is just ridiculous I would of been more understanding if it was 15 minutes before.. read more

The worst ever!!! I keep trying to support my local businesses. But when they can't even put a simple pizza together and don't care about their customers, I'm done!!! Watched so many people get the wrong pizza while I was waiting. The owners didn't care! Didn't even offer a discount nor did they offer a drink. I'm a long time local who's been going there for years. If that were Dan I would have had a free pizza and a beer! This is the 3rd time this has happened!!! Last time I ordered a pizza here, the poor employees had to keep apologizing because they were out of most of the toppings!! I still tipped them, but I shouldn't have! GET YOUR PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE! Papa Murphy's might be a better choice for Pollock. read more

They salted my pizza. Gross. Go to papa murphys. Not pleased with this place. Been here two times. read more

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Factory Placerville. Actually pizza and soup. Was told delivery would be 30 min. I get a call about 20 minutes later telling me they can't deliver but will, cancel my order and then order it through door dash. I'm not a fan of door dash. This is the second time they have cancelled a delivery on me. Another time they left me on hold for 20 minutes. Finally when they came back the person said "please hold"!! Really. Pizza Factory you have lost a four year loyal customer. Your customer service stinks! I will now tell everyone who is looking for a good pizza to look elsewhere. read more

Ordered a few pizzas and got the wrong order. Different size and toppings. "Leanne" over the phone wouldn't refund or give me money back to even make me whole for not even receiving the correct sized order of food. Her "reasonable" request was to have me come back in, which I live far or have credit in my account. I don't even have an account with pizza factory, and don't really make it there often. Her tone and demeanor was as if she truly didn't care and was rude af. I honestly didn't care, was looking for a refund of the difference from an xl size pizza I ordered, to the medium jalapeño and pineapple that I didn't order, and didn't really want. Check your orders from this place! read more

We stopped here after a visit to Apple Hill and on our way up to Tahoe. Great pizza! We had a large group and everyone enjoyed their pizza. My sister-in-law and I shared the Cauliflower Pizza Crust option and had a salad. It was the perfect meal for us. They have a unlimited salad bar or a one visit option. read more

Pizza here tastes great. They get upgraded to 5 stars because of the way they dealt with an honest mistake they made with my order. I forgot the managers lady's name but she couldn't have been more helpful. She was so kind and apologetic and made a new order and offered me a beer while waiting. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to actually hear an apology for making a mistake and offering to make it right. This compared to the majority of establishments that get all defensive and deny stuff and don't make it right. I'll definitely be back. Thanks! read more

Order a large awesome Combo lite on the bell peppers. Got home, after realizing something was missing no sauce? This was my first time at this location. Not very happy. read more

Tonight I ordered a pizza over the phone the young lady said 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready! I drove to pizza factory 30 minutes later to pick up my pizza that had not been started! The young lady told me they would need another 10 minutes it took another 30 minutes to be ready! I don't mind waiting don't like being lied to on the phone about the wait! Terrible tonight ! Maybe have an adult manager run the restaurant will help! read more

We keep trying it over and over and over hoping maybe it will be better this time and it never is. It's the sauce for us, it just doesn't taste good. Have never eaten inside but service has always been good. Our pizza always ready as scheduled. If they could come up with a wonderful sauce it would be the bomb because all the veggies and meats are fresh. read more

The last few times I've been the service has not been what I've experienced in the past. We also ordered a Greek pizza which comes with feta cheese and tomato the pizza we got tonight did not come with either of those toppings and we weren't told that ahead. When I called I was on hold for 10 plus minutes with no apology or explanation. When we picked the pizza up the dining room was not busy and employees did not seem busy. It's really unfortunate for being the only pizza in pollock pines. read more

Picked up a couple pizzas to go from here and really enjoyed them. Loved the sweet BBQ sauce and don't forget to pick up an order of the garlic sticks! Super yummy. Ask for pizza sauce for dipping and you won't regret it! read more

Pizza Factory - All Meat Pizza - Italian Near Me - Pollock Pines, California

I wasn't expecting much from the Pizza Factory but wow! So glad we stopped in here. The food was good, very satisfying and a nice selection and the staff was incredible. They looked up ingredient and allergy information and went above and beyond to accommodate us with extra plates for our kids to share salad. When I brought a high chair to our table an employee rushed over to switch it out for a freshly sanitized one - so thoughtful! The food: Pizza - I had the veggie pizza with no cheese with cashews added. I'd never tried cashews on pizza but in my opinion 100x better than vegan cheese, this is going to be my new go to when I make pizza at home! The sauce was great and pizza crust was just the right thickness with a pleasant hint of sweetness. Salad bar - fresh, lots of great toppings including beans and sunflower seeds for veggie protein and tons of veggies like broccoli, cucumber, corn, beets, mushrooms - yum! And spring mix or spinach as a base. This place beats the other chains for sure on food alone and the friendly wonderful staff take it to the next level. If you're in the neighborhood it's worth a visit!! read more

Pizza Factory - Small Hawaiian pizza - Italian Near Me - Pollock Pines, California

The food is always great and the service is always quick and friendly. We eat here probably every other week!! Prices are fair as well!

Why have a sauce option on doordash if your going to forget the sauce 3 times in a row. This has been my second time calling pizza factory to please not forget my ranch and the girl on the phone promised they wouldn't forget it...And they forgot it. For as expensive as pizza factory is, you'd think they would take more care with their orders. Cheesy garlic bread was burnt too. Never ordering or going here again. read more
