    Menu 10/2023

The shop is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We walked in to order pizza. This was my first ever visit to this Papa Murphy's. The ordering was easy and we were in and out in under 18 minutes for two pizzas even with two customers ahead of us. The shop is in a plaza with plenty of easily accessible parking spaces. A 12 inch medium cheese is $15, a 14 inch large is $16, and 16 inch family is $18. It is $1.50 for each additional topping. Yup, prices have totally increased but that seems to be typical of all businesses. The menu states the large size can serve 2-3 people. We ordered two. From my experience, the estimated serving size was about right. And they did have actual size pizza pans on the wall, I found that to be a helpful visual. The pizzas are plastic wrapped securely. The toppings were tidily placed on top of the pizza. Each pizza is packaged with baking instructions. I followed those directions. I threw the pizzas in the oven with the provided disposable baking sheet right into the baking racks. So no additional pan needed. The pizzas are not precut, you can cut them however you want. They came out beautifully baked. Soft crust with an outer crisp bake. Cooked through from the edges to the center. (I do not have photos of the baked pizzas... folks tore into these before I could take pics). The pizzas were not bad tasting and also not destination driving worthy tasting either. But I do like the concept of ready bake pizzas, it gives me the flexibility to bake when it is convenient versus ordering one cooked and having to reheat to serve if not eaten right away.

Ordered online and used one of their "specials" coupon. (I add the olives because I like a rediculous amount, but isnt that the best part of a take and bake; to add your own toppings too) my pizza was ready and waiting on a clean rack with my name displayed easy to see. The guy working there was very polite and cleanly dressed. We will be buying from them again. Great service

Sometimes you are just tired and want a quick and easy pizza that won't break the bank for a large size. Been coming here for over 5 years and can't complain with the food or service. Ingredients for a fast service place are usually on point. Never had any problems cooking the pizza nor having a foul tasting pizza.

Chicken garlic and supposed to be regular crust

To the owner: whoever worked here on 5/13/2023 around 8pm messed up our order. I did not realize it until we got home. We asked for regular crust and they gave us think crust. And I am attaching the pictures. The ingredient was not evenly distributed and a whole amount of dough was showing. It is the first time I am getting this quality from this location i am putting this review so hopefully the owner will know who they hired on this day

Their dough is VEGAN! YAYYYYY!!! Pizza is always on point. Order with garlic infused olive oil sauce, lots of veggies, add my own cheese and mock meat at home and bake! DELISH!

Well, that being said we stumbled on Ciros Pizza Cafe. When we first approached the door, we were not sure on if we were able to sit down and eat but after walking inside there was not alot of places to sit, but there was a table that we found that we could sit at. After we looked over the menu several times, we finally decided to order Calzones. I got a customize your own Calzone with Portugese Linguica, Mushrooms and Black Olives and my wife got the Calzone Classic. For our appetizer we ordered the Goofy Stix. Let me tell you, the service at the restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, asking as we sat at our table if we needed anything. We walked to their Soda Fountain and got ourselves drinks. We sat at our table for maybe 5 minutes when they brought out the Goofy Stix. Let me tell you, those were wonderful, Cheesey, Garlicy sticks that when paired with a dipping sauce of your choice, is very delicious. After about 10 minutes they brought out our Calzones and they were hot, and cheesy and as my wife said last night "Not alot of bread but alot more toppings inside" Which was true. Most calzones you eat have way too much breading and not alot of toppings. But in this case it was the other way around. Way more toppings inside the calzone and not alot of bread. The environment of this place is your usual Pizza Parlor and while they did have Tv's on for us to watch, we normally kept to our usual conversations just because we really enjoy each others company. Yeah we did peep out the tv's every now and then just because we were curious what was on their Tv's but after having of visited this place, we told the Staff that we would be back. Thanks Ciros Pizza Cafe for a wonderful experience, great food and very delicious Goofy Stix.

I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best I've ever had. The chicken was perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside--smothered in a rich, flavorful marinara and topped with just the right amount of melted cheese. Every bite was incredible and packed with comfort and flavor. It truly set a new standard. The Penne Chicken was another standout dish. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the Homemade Pink Sauce had an incredible balance--creamy, savory, and well-seasoned without being heavy. The chicken was flavorful and complemented the dish perfectly along with the Sun Dried Tomatos and the Shave Parmesan. It's the kind of meal you don't want to end. And the San Danielle pizza was Incredible! The crust was spot-on--crispy but still soft, --and the toppings tasted fresh, high quality, and thoughtfully paired. Every slice was bursting with flavor. The service was absolutely on point--from the warm greeting when we walked in, to our attentive waiter, everything ran smoothly. The timing was incredible too; from placing our order to having the food at our table took no more than 20 minutes. Overall, Fiori Italian Pizzeria exceeded every expectation. The food, the presentation, and the consistency were all top-tier. If you're in Folsom and looking for authentic, high-quality Italian food, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back again and again.

Dishes ordered: Insalta FIORI salad,Burratta,Pizza Margarite,Panzarotti,Gnocchi,Pappardelle and dessert (forgot the name) Only the appetizers, pappardelle and dessert was good. My Panzarotti was very disappointing. The menu failed to mention it has a lot of rosemary-so much that it overwhelmed the dish. The portion size was very small too. We all agreed our server was fantastic and it's a really nice restaurant.I don't think we'd be back unless meeting friends for drinks and appetizers.

We ate outdoors on a beautiful evening. Service was very good. We had linguini with white clam sauce and chicken parmesan. Both meals came with a nice salad and very tasty garlic bread. The 4 shrimp appetizer was excellent. The jumbo shrimp was not overcooked and succulent. It was probably grilled and had a smoky grilled char on it. Our server was good too. The caesar salad was good and the garlic bread was very good as usual. That's where the goodness stopped. Our dinners were not up to par. Not even close. My chicken marsala was unedible. I posted a picture of it here. Chicken pieces were either too thin or way too thick (rounded thick left over pieces). So the chicken was way overcooked, dry, and tough as I'm sure the cook didn't want to serve the larger pieces undercooked. Any chef knows that chicken has to be cut with the same thickness for consistency. I struggled cutting the thin leather like chicken with the supplied butter knife. When tried eating a couple of pieces, it was dry and tough to chew. My wife's Angel Hair with Scallops was no better. The scallops were not properly seared and tasted over cooked. Scallops need to be seared in a pan quickly and not cooked with pasta in the same pan or they will end up without the fresh seafood taste and overcooked. We asked if they could replace the scallops with just 3 of the grilled jumbo shrimp that we had for our appetizer. They did but this time, the shrimp were overcooked and chewy. That tells me there is inconsistency in the kitchen. We will not be coming back as there are plenty of other restaurants with consistently great food. There's another 1 star Yelp review here in June 2026 by someone else that said the chicken marsala was unedible with overcooked leather like chicken. The quality of this restaurant has gone downhill and the owner's need to hear this. I'm not the only one.
