I entered and it was kinda busy because there was an dinner for a youth sports team. Even if it was busy, the staff were super attentive and patient. Very disappointed with the customer service today. My dad called ahead to ask a simple, polite question: "Are there any promotions today?" He has a small accent, but I understood him perfectly on speaker. Instead of answering, the worker with the beanie hung up on him. When I walked in to confirm who it was, the two workers (one with gauges, one with a beanie) kept switching their stories. First they claimed my dad was being "disrespectful" which makes no sense. How is kindly asking about promotions disrespectful? Then they kept making excuses instead of owning up to hanging up the call. What really disappointed me is that even after this, I was still willing to clear things up and order a pizza. Instead, they argued with me about what we all had witnessed on speaker. That left me with no choice but to walk out. Hopefully management can provide better training in customer service. A simple apology and clear communication would have gone a long way. A classic, got this mostly for our kids, but note the pepperoni is a bit spicy! It's quite hard as well. Figgy Piggy - 3 stars. I tried the vegan Big Sur pizza and vegan Mount Diablo pizza. Both were delicious and chock full of vegetables. I couldn't believe how great the cheeze and veg meats were. They used the top ingredients like miyoko's brand cheeze. As someone who's lactose this is a great option. Highly recommend! 5/5 I'll be returning for the Mount Diablo.
