So I've been coming here for a while but it's been some time since I last ate here. Today I was nearby and decided to walk in and eat there with a friend. One thing, staff has never really been friendly, yet I ordered a Margherita Pizza. When I got it, there were chopped cold Roma (!!!!) flavorless tomatoes, and room temperature basil cut and placed on the tomatoe sauce and cheese pizza. I was shocked to see how horrible the pizza got. Is there a new owner? Are they trying to save money on ingredients? Whatever it is...sucks. The Margherita Pizza was my fave. asked the cashier a young woman, if they had changed anything in the way they made their pizza. She didn't know but said she would tell the owner. My friend complained about the pizza, but I said I don't know why they changed it. Prior to today, the pizza was pipping hot with melted cheese cooked tomato and basil it was truly chefs kiss! . Pizza Mark is located on Robertson in a strip mall. They have lots of outdoor free parking which makes it easy to pick up your food. It's a very casual spot. Seating is indoor only. It looked very clean inside. Besides pizza they also carry pastas, salads, and even falafels and bourekas. Everything is vegetarian. No fake meat. Vegan and gluten free pizza options available. They are mostly a pick up place and judging by the amount of orders posted on the wall behind the cashier, they are doing a great pick up business. The cashier said they do deliver but mostly only big orders. Most people pick up. At first we were the only ones there but after we ordered customers kept coming in to pick up their pizzas to-go. I already had pizza this week but my family really wanted a pizza so I decided it was time to give this place a try as I have passed by it many times. I walked in and ordered 3 slices of cheese pizza to go. The pizza is very basic pizza (not fancy or gourmet but still good) which is exactly what I was expecting from this place. Pizza dough did have some bubbles but that didn't affect the taste. Soft crust. Sauce to cheese ratio was on point. Portions were generous. A real perk about coming here is the price. The pizza was only $3.50 a slice which is very affordable. The pizza also came out fast and was warm when we brought it home. The young cashier was very friendly and helpful. However, next time I would probably just order a whole pizza instead of 3 slices because when I looked at the menu after I came home, I realized that for a dollar more I could have had an entire pizza and thrifty me thinks that would have been a better way to go. Although I didn't quite feel like eating more than 1/2 a slice of pizza tonight I'm perfectly happy with having leftover pizza in my fridge. Lesson learned for next time I order pizza from here. Really good simple cheese pizza for me! It's wild that I have lived 3 blocks away from this place, I constantly drove past it and never got food here. I'm honestly a pepperoni pizza type of person but I will not knock them for not having it because it is Jewish owned. I ordered half cheese and half Margherita pizza when I went in and could not believe how good it was. The Margherita was ok but the cheese pizza was one of the best slices of cheese pizza I've had in a while. I had no idea a plain cheese slice could taste that good. Pretty small inside but never anybody eating inside when I go since people are usually picking up their food to go. If you do eat inside, they have chili flakes but no Parmesan cheese to add to your pizza. I still really enjoy the pizza and will definitely be coming back here. read more

For kosher pizza, it's worth the money. I got the Family Special 1 for pick up $36.08 after tax. The XL cheese pizza and Caesar salad were good. Fries were OK. The garlic knots were tiny and tasteless. Will come back mainly for the pizza. read more

After telling myself I was not going to try them after taking over the location of Dough and Joe. But one day during laundry across the street my family and i were in the mood for pizza. So I gave in. Customer service was good and friendly. I order their extra large cheese pie and their margherita pie. Both were very good. Being an part Italian from New York pizza is in my blood. We used to frequent this place as we live close by and it was our preferred place to order for birthday parties. I called in advance to find out whether they could accommodate an 11:30 pickup. Because of a party start time, we couldn't do it any later. I even gave the woman who took my order the chance to back out if they couldn't do it, as we would order from someone else. She told me it was going to be ready. I arrive at 11:30 to pickup my order as promised and the owner Mark starts yelling at me that I should never expect pizza at 11:30 and that i should only expect pizza at 11:45 or later. I tried calmly to explain that I cleared it in advance with the woman who took my order but he just wanted to yell over me and proceeded to tell me that if I had a problem with it he didn't need my business. Honestly I have never encountered such awful customer service in my life. Turns out the pizza was ready as promised and the owner had a terrible attitude for no reason. I had checked online before ordering the pizza and when I went to pick it up, it was $6 more expensive than the website advertised. I told the young lady behind the counter that she might want to let her boss know this and I paid my bill. She told me here he comes now if you want to speak to him. With a smile on my face and a calm demeanor I wished him a happy Hanukkah, and I let him know that there's a discrepancy between the website and the actual charge. At that point, the man went crazy on me; he yelled at me, he accused me of trying to take advantage of him -- he was out of control. At that point, I just wished him a happy Hanukkah and left the store and got into my car; as I closed the door he approached me and continued to yell at me, at which point I told him, he really needed to relax and take a "chill pill "and that's when he grabbed the car door and started shaking my car, again screaming that "I don't even care if you don't like the pizza and you are banned for life." They put Shirazi salad inside of the falafel pita, along with hummus and I don't know maybe tahini. Or maybe it is just tahini and not hummus. Anyways, the falafel pita here is excellent. It is the best I have had, except for this one other israeli place which was on third Street just briefly during the pandemic and then folded because of the pandemic. Anyways, I very recommend that falafel pita here . I have more to say however . The guys in the kitchen here are the same guys who used to work at Marcellos, on Robertson Boulevard. I loved Marcellos and so did my kids. I think these guys do very high-quality work. I love the house salad here. The house salad has some hard-boiled egg and a lot of really deep green lettuce, and some tuna . The tuna is excellent, and I don't know how they did that. It must come from a kin, right? But it doesn't taste like it comes from a can. The dressing is some kind of vinaigrette with lemon juice, I'm sure, but I don't know any of the particulars. I just dump it all in and mix it around and eat it. My kids love the cheese pizza here . They say it is on a par with the pizza from the very fancy Pizzeria Sei. read more

Bought the pizza for employees who are not kosher and asked how does it compare to nonkosher pizza? They liked it!!! They said it was pretty good! And liked it more than the brand names!! So I Mark to mark my calendar for Pizza Mark! It loses one-star bc toppings are inconsistent! Sometimes my one slice has as much topping as the entire pie. I think I just have to pay for extra topping next time. Which is fine considering this place is still $10-12 cheaper than competition. The bread is really good! Very airy and not wet doughy. I am Currently sick and asked a friend to bring me pizza since I'm stuck at home. She bought a pie and asked for a small side box to put a couple slices for me. She asked the owner for a small box and he said " no" he was so rude to her and asked her to leave the store. My friend even offered to pay for the box. My friend was trying to do a mitzvah and the owner was so rude. She couldn't believe he wouldnt give a small box. This is why people stay away from you store. I ordered a baked ziti from here. Because Doordash doesn't allow special instructions I called and specifically asked that they only put mozzarella cheese on it as I am allergic to other cheeses. The person on the phone (who I find out later is the OWNER) swears up and down that there is only mozzarella. I get the doordash and there is ricotta that I am ALLERGIC to on it. When I called he didn't even know how his own food is made. Instead of apologizing he goes "so what do you want me to do?" in a way as if was my fault. I had to go pick up another one myself. When I got there he hadn't even told his workers to make it and was extremely harsh. I was talking to some people on how frustrated I am that restaraunts in general tend to make the same error, and he started screaming - and I mean screaming - for me to get out of the store not hearing the entirety of what I was sharing. This idea of the "make-up" ziti after his own error was noodles in tomato sauce with literally a sprinkle of cheese. Do you see any cheese? (uploaded photo) - neither do I. As someone who can't take any responsibility for himself and instead of being apologetic because he didn't know what was in his OWN food scream, yells and interrupted me and be extremely hostile, I will never again eat food made here. The Pizza tastes great and the price can't be beat (especially for kosher pizza). Unfortunately, quality control is not the best. Many of my pies have had numerous bubbles and sometimes the slicing is very pathetic (see photo). I've also had a few burned pizzas. By the way, I love the Greek salad.
