I love Pizzaoki so much. I use postmates to order my pizzas and I love being able to track it and see it come to me.  It always gets to me so fast even when it is late at night.  Pizzaoki is able to get the pizza to me quickly and I love the way it tastes.  In my opinion, Pizzaoki pizzas taste how all pizzas should taste! Everything on it is great from the crust to the sauce to the cheese.  I last ordered the Steveroni Pizza, amazing! Terrible pizza, terrible customer service. Wrote a review basically saying: This ain't pizza. It arrived cold, congealed and mushy from some flavorless substance that was passed off as sauce. Customer service person got in touch. Offered a full refund and a new pizza. I said yes, of course, thank you. That pizza was missing one key ingredient and I'd give it a marginally better meh. Good enough to eat because we were hungry; not nearly good enough to save the leftovers for later. Decidedly not worth $27 with tip. Refund never came. Contacted the rep. She gave me a date. No refund. Contacted the rep. Her email bounced back as undeliverable. Emailed the company. Never heard back. Bad pizza, bad faith. This place had almost 4 stars on DoorDash and I'm not sure how. I ordered it for myself and my nanny kids and all three of us didn't eat much because it was that gross; and we all were sick with upset stomachs for 3 days afterwards. Stay away! read more

Pizzaoki is Steve Aoki affiliated pizza shop chain that is popular on food delivery apps and this location may operate out of the prior Slicetruck storefront in the 7-Eleven pizza. At least on the app, you're forced to choose between Small and XL which was a bit annoying but manageable. We went with a two-topping pizza and delivery was pretty quick. The pizza itself however was somewhat undercooked - it was overall a very doughy consistency through and through and difficult to pick up a slice without a good amount of droopage and a slight crunch at best for the crust. The flavoring was okay and they were also pretty stingy on the fixins (perhaps I could have requested more), but we got 1 packet of parm cheese and chili flakes for an XL pizza. read more

Original Review: No one would think to themselves, "How can I mess up cheese + bread?" But I have to congratulate Pizzaoki. They have successfully impressed me. I ordered one pizza. Pepperoni and pineapple (and I know pineapple isn't everyone's favorite, but it's the popular topping in our house). The extra soggy pizza had half cheese and half pepperoni. That's it. Ok, so delivery, tax, etc. One 18" pizza cost me $36 and was completely inedible. Edit (07/19/20): Maria from their customer service reached out to me and offered to deliver another pizza to make up for the inedible soggy one. This one was absolutely delicious!! Lots of pepperoni, lots of pineapple, perfect amount of cheese and sauce. I really appreciated their willingness to make our experience great, and we all know everyone has an off day. Who knows what happened the last time, but this pizza more than made up for it! My boyfriend and I will definitely be ordering from Pizzaoki again! So tasty in every bite. I am a fan of this place! First off, I love Steve Aoki as a DJ, so to order pizza from this establishment is an honor. I always get the meat lovers' pizza since the toppings, which include sausage and pepperoni are perfect. I've also once got the mint chocolate chip ice cream from here when I had a dessert craving. So this happened on 20th March 1.45am People who work here are very unprofessional staff. At the end of working hours they just lie to the pickup driver that someone had already picked up the food order, you can mark as delivered. They did this to me , I have called the customer and checked, he says he never received it and then I called customer service to check if this was assigned to any other driver and they say it was only assigned to one person and that is for me. I was the only driver to pick up the order. It clearly looks like They try to escape work at end of there time or very carelessin handing over food delivery orders.. owner should look for this kind of work escapism it's bad for the business and wasting resources like 3rd party delivery service. No body would prefer to come pick up the order if this continues Also not to mention They don't even answer phones, extremely loud music, no one attends customers at front and even if you call they can't here you because of loud music. the service here is so bad i definitely would not recommend anyone who appreciates customer service to come here the workers are extremely slow and are on their phones more than they are actually working. Very overpriced for mediocre pizza i paid $18.00 for a regular sized pizza. after waiting 10 minutes i asked roughly how much longer till my pizza was ready and the register lady looked to the back and yelled have y'all started the pizza yet and heard them say no not yet but we will get started on that. I used to order pizzaoki a lot. It was my go to place. Last couple times I've ordered though there's been like no crust. Just sauce and toppings. You can't pick it up at all and need to use a fork to even try to eat it. I don't know what happened but pizza without the crust is not tasty. One time I get it, might have been an accident but two times feels like they're slipping. The Neon Future (white pizza) was DELISH & you can customize too, so we added jalapeño and some chicken for the meat eaters too! Another favorite was the Boneless (BBQ chicken) - it's totally Instagramable too - such a pretty pizza! Overall, impressed with the look & taste of all the pizzas we tried. If you are only getting one & are open to something without red sauce, definitely get the Neon Future white pizza & add whatever your heart desires to customize to your liking! Sorry, but one of the worst pizzas I ever had. How do they even have a pizza business. It was late night and we just got back from the bar and food after drinking is usually good. But to even notice how bad the pizza was after a night of drinking is a problem. Everything about it was wrong, the dough, the heavy cheese, it just tasted like cafeteria pizza. Ok so my original review wasn't that great and was pretty flustered that I couldn't get a hold of anyone to fix my order. 1st thing in the morning the day after my review I was contacted by a member of management via email. They were very responsive and apologetic. They corrected the problem and sent me a new pizza and it was great. Came here on a late night... the pizza was BOMB.com... it's not often you find a well balanced pie with a nice mild sauce accompanied by classic stretchy cheese. They threw on some basil to our pepperoni just for the hell of it. This place is strange. If you go to order via Postmates it's actually Gio's NYC Pizza. I found that to be a little sketchy/scam-like. The pizza was ok but took forever. The cheese was very odd and tasted more like a vegan cheese. Just know they go by many names and are overpriced! read more

I come from an area of Pennsylvania with a large Italian community. Pizza there is amazing. When I order pizza in southern California I usually expect it to be terrible. Pizzaoki's 'Stevearoni' damn, good pie. Tangy, tasty we ate the whole damn thing. Really good work. I'll order again. read more
