WOOOOOOOOOOOOW the sauce is boss here! We are from New York and this is pizza is what I've been missing. Got the pepperoni it was delicious, thin, quality ingredients. Service was fast and the parking here is free. They have a good size lot. Would definitely come here again. Interior has a bunch of tables and it's clean

Iykyk. Slice of Italian heaven . Family owned . Employees are always very helpful . Salad portions are large . Better deal when you get the whole pie . Best pizza in our neighborhood .

Didn't get to take a pic of our food. Literally put the phone down to enjoy and savor every bite.

HOLY MOLY!!! My mouth was so happy here! My body did a happy dance with each bite. Dropped our daughter off to Barton's across the street with her friends for her birthday and didn't want to venture to far from them. Hubby and I decided to eat here and I'm so glad we did. I ordered THE BEST lasagna I've ever had in my life and hubby ordered THE BEST calzone he's ever had! OMG! We live 2 hours away but we will be back come hell or high water!!!! lol Staff was amazing! Although it's a tight eating space, we felt so welcomed, comfortable.

A small, no-nonsense pizza joint with some *really* tasty toppings. There's a few seats inside and a couple of tables outside if you want to eat in; we usually take food back home. There's usually parking in the attached lot, too. It's counter service, and the staff is pleasant. So far we've tried their Margherita, red meat, and white slices. They were delicious, especially the ricotta on the white slice, which was sweeter than we were expecting. The dough was also pleasantly chewy and toasty. We've also had their calzones, and dear lord, they are massive. Even with a big appetite, one is enough for two people/ two meals. The Mio Fratello calzone is typically the size of your entire forearm and legit *stuffed* full of aforementioned delicious ricotta, a bunch of other toppings, and honestly one of the best meatballs I've had in a while. Get some extra marinara with it, too.

Just an FYI, they're not closed. They're now on the left side, not front and center. I was dropping the wife off for some event in Hollywood and got a hankering for some slices of pizza. Of course Greco's is nearby, but I feel they haven't been doing a great job on the quality lately, and last time I was there I spent over $20 on just two slices. Nah, time to keep looking. That's when I saw a place pop up named Vito's. 1400+ reviews and they're rated 4 stars? I gotta check them out. And to cut to the chase... this place knows how to make a pie! Vito's has been around since '96, and they're still going strong. I spent 30 minutes in the restaurant eating and reading. In that time I overheard a lot of orders being placed and saw many people come in to grab to-go. So I'm happy their business seems healthy. I have had a hard time finding a good white pie in LA, especially one that's NY style. This place does it right. The dough was the perfect texture--balancing the tightrope between too crispy and too bready, with plenty of dollops of ricotta to add a nice creamy flavor. The Hawaiian slice was flavorful, having just enough tomato base to add to it without being watery or overbearingly acidic. The ham was excellent, and who can complain about pineapple? They also have a nice outdoor dining patio with plenty of tables, and the parking lot out front can fit around 20 or more cars. I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of space for my car. So I'm the end, the important question is, "Would you come back?", and that's a definite YES. No fancy gimmicks needed. Just good old fashioned pizza and friendly staff. Vito's does all the right things and checks all the right boxes.

Are they still in the same spot, or did they move next door? I recall there was a fire, but I don't know what happened afterwards

    How thin is it?

It is not the "paper thin" kind of pizza ! It is a perfectly beautiful and delicious New York style of pizza...

How much is a slice of pizza with one topping?

The list clearly favors organic and biodynamic producers, which I always appreciate--minimal intervention, letting the terroir and varietal speak without unnecessary manipulation. The flight format was flexible, offering around five selections with the option to choose three pours. I went with a sparkling red, an orange wine, and a white--each bringing its own personality to the table. The sparkling red was lively and slightly unconventional, the orange wine had that textured, skin-contact complexity, and the white rounded things out with a clean, expressive finish. Our server elevated the experience by guiding the tasting order, which made a noticeable difference in how each wine showed. It's always a good sign when the staff understands how to pace a flight rather than just drop it off and walk away. We didn't explore the food menu this time, so I can't speak to the full program, but purely from a wine perspective, it lands at a solid 4 stars for me. The space itself is ideal for a relaxed midday tasting--plenty of seating, with a great outdoor setup. The tall greenery creates a sense of privacy without feeling closed off, making it just as suitable for a casual date as it is for catching up with friends. Honestly, if you've got a flexible workday and don't need to be on camera, this is a pretty perfect spot to post up with a glass and ease into the afternoon.
