Extremely Concerning Incident -- Reckless Driver Representing Pizza Hut On Saturday night, November 1st, I had a very alarming and dangerous encounter with a vehicle displaying a Pizza Hut delivery hood sign. While driving home, this car almost hits me multiple times, flashed its high beams, raced alongside me, and repeatedly tried to cut me off. When I finally turned toward my home on base, the driver cut me off again and blocked me from entering my street. I immediately called Pizza Hut that night to report the incident since the vehicle was clearly marked with their delivery sign. The employee I spoke to said a manager was on vacation and that I'd receive a callback in two days. Unfortunately, I never received a call. When I followed up myself, the manager told me they hadn't heard anything about my report. I had to explain the entire situation again, and the manager mentioned it might have been a DoorDash driver, but there was no follow-up or real concern shown. I'm writing this review because this was not a minor issue -- it was a serious safety concern. A driver representing Pizza Hut was recklessly endangering others on the road, and the lack of accountability or urgency from management is extremely disappointing. Even if it was a third-party driver, the fact that someone can use a Pizza Hut hood sign while driving dangerously should concern the company. I truly hope Pizza Hut takes this matter seriously and ensures better oversight of anyone representing their brand on the road. read more

My first time here. I like how there is plenty of parking and the fact that it is easy to order your food and getting it in a reasonable time. The decor is subtle and clean and you feel welcomed here. I will try the buffet next time I come. read more

I ordered two pizzas last night and picked them up as they came out of the oven - great timing and actually the best part of dinner! This was by far the worst pizza I have ever received. I ordered traditional and thin crust with spicy marinara. The sauce was VERY SWEET and instead of the cup pepperoni the regular was used, the traditional had no coloring on the crust and was also doughy! One piece was tried from each pie, with the traditional piece not being finished as it was just not good. You could buy the cheapest frozen pizza and get a better taste! Bottom line - not good pizza. I ordered online delivery. The delivery was fast and the driver was kind but the quality of the pizza is one star. I know I shouldn't expect too much from chain pizza place but....... at least they should bake the pizza fully. My pizza looks cooked outside but inside is not cooked. This is my favorite pizza place to go to and it's not that expensive so if you have a family or kids or need to have a birthday go there or pick it up you will love it . Also they don't have games like Chuck .E. Cheese but that is good because you will have more bonding time with however you are with. This was the worst. Had two kids with me three people totalAnd they only allowed us to menus like the kids can't read. We ordered the cheese sticks appetizer I said the mozzarella sticks, she looked at me I said you know the mozzarella stick appetizer. She brings out the most burnt bread sticks I ever saw and said cheese sticks I said no I asked for mozzarella sticks she just looked at me. Usually good pizza and service at pick up window. Ordered the "300 Calorie" crust won't make that mistake again - not cooked all the way and greasy greasy. I can't argue with that [: The pizzas aren't as big as I thought they would be but I guess the standard sizes changes.. In town on 19-20 February 2016. The surprise of the evening was when we searched for a restaurant with no crowds. Since the ARRL convention was in town, all the visitors flocked to the "more exotic" dining places and the waits were incompatible with my dietetic patience. Exercising what we initially thought as an act of desperation, we traipsed into a Pizza Hut expecting to be greeted by a fast-food, TV blaring, serve-yourself crap hole. Instead, it was a really nice sit-down diner with very friendly waitresses, an expanded menu, and draft Bock beer! Two pitchers of that and two medium pizzas and two hours later, we were excruciatingly contented and sauntered off to our hotel to sleep it off. But, I gotta tell you this, I am still impressed by the layout and motif change. It was clean, bright, and two old farts could engage in a pleasant evening's conversation without jackhammer disco or rap or servers with tattoos and pierced appendages. Hope to God that it's not only in Yuma because that's an awfully long drive to get an anchovy, black olive, mushroom pan crust pizza. read more
