When it decided we were going to eat this for dinner, I knew it'd be a 35 minute wait in drive thru, or a 15 minute wait ordering inside. Once inside, it was the usual controlled chaos; workers going hard to get the orders right as expediously as possible. I went through the drive thru some hours later on (only a 10 minute wait). It's your run of the mill In-N-Out. Not as clean as most but it was very busy. One of the soda dispensers was out of ice and the straws in the dispensers were soaking wet which was weird. The food came out fairly quickly with how busy they were. The outside tables were super dirty. Not sure we will be back. read more

Normally tremendous. But this location? A complete catastrophe! They forgot my fries not once, but TWICE - first at the drive-thru, then again when I walked inside and politely advised them. I offered to show my receipt - I had it right there - but they said it wasn't needed. I told them clearly: I ordered TWO, and they gave me ONE! Unbelievable incompetence! I will NOT be returning to this location, and frankly, I may never frequent In-N-Out again. When you mess up that badly, you lose a loyal customer. Today was the first time I've ever been to an In-N-Out Burger. I was out with some friends when they recommended it & it surprised them I'd never been. Hubby has severe allergies so this is not a place we can go to. The counter employee was extremely friendly & welcoming to us. It was lunchtime & the place was packed & the drive through extremely busy. There was standing room only for an awhile but we were fortunate to get seated quickly thanks to having an extra people to find a seat when we arrived. The restaurant was clean & orderly with staff keeping the tables cleaned off. Management kept everything moving & were very efficient at their job. I was surprised the food came out quicker than I expected & it was hot & delicious. I ordered the single cheeseburger easy on the onions & a drink. Others at the table ordered the double cheeseburger with fries & drinks so that gave me the opportunity to try the fries too. My first experience did not disappoint & I have a better understanding of the cult following regarding their food. Would I recommend it? Yes. This place is busy!!! Food came out and was good as always. The place was turning over quickly but Jovony (I think that was his name) was working the lobby. He quickly cleaned up the lobby and kept the tables clean, opened doors for people, offered to throw away trash and was a smiling happy young man. So nice to see employees like that! In this post covid era, it is hard finding great service & quality product when the job pool is thin & everything expensive making it hard for any place to stay in business, and I truly appreciate places like In-N-Out and their staff putting it out there above it all. After a 2 1/2 day drive down here to Yuma, I needed one last chill out before visiting my mom, & the double double, fries, & chocolate shake hit the spot. The young hard working staff were very pleasant, enthusiastic, & very customer oriented; everything fresh & popping with flavor taking me back to my teen years, the fries were perfection, even taking the time to come in & sit down to dine was pleasant watching the staff go thru the line of customers quickly with families, groups of kids, & even business people waiting then enjoying their meals. My only complaint, which is trivial, is I wish they had tarter sauce with their condiments, which I love with my fries, you should try it, these fries would taste even more amazing dipped in tarter sauce instead of ketchup, but that is my PNW thing & they don't serve fish & chips, lol... I've never had a bad experience at any In-N-Out I've been to, they are friendly, efficient, & fast. I complimented the food & service to one of the young kids standing outside taking orders for the drive thru and he was very appreciative that I enjoyed my meal, his attitude & response telling me how great this young generation working here is going to be towards their future. read more

I came to this In N Out location while I was in town for my Global Entry interview. I wanted a quick solution to my mealtimes, so I decided to get two burgers. One I ate on the spot, while the other I took back to my hotel room to reheat later. I came to the drive-thru. The line was long, but that is expected at any In N Out location The workers here were pretty efficient at getting the line moving, and the wait was no more than 15-20 minutes long. The burgers were just as delicious as I expected them to be, and the iced tea was a perfect complement to them. The parking lot was pretty busy, but granted I came here in the evening, so that was also expected. I was able to find a spot, nonetheless, and I ate the first burger while parked on the premises. The other burger I reheated later. It was ok reheated, but I'll just trek back to In N Out or another food place instead of reheat food next time. All in all, this location provided the great service that most other In N Out locations provide. Five stars. read more

Stopped here to get lunch while on the way to Phoenix. The drive-thru line was pretty long. Ordered via drive-thru and parked near the sam's club parking lot to eat in the car. The order was correct. However, the fries were sooooo greasy! With every fry, all you could taste was oil. Ate about 5 fries and didn't finish them. Used the restroom inside - it was decent; not super clean, but not filthy dirty either. Would return here again if in Yuma, but would not order the fries. read more

An update, 13 years later! lol Stopped here on the way home from CA. Typical In N Out. My 3x3 with regular and grilled onions only was bomb. Fries were a bit limp...sometimes that happens with In N Out, but these were almost cooked "light". Still fine when dipped in some ketchup. Service was great in the drive thru with the guy that took our order, and the lady at the window who handed us our food. She got us extra boxes, napkins, ketchups etc. The kids always love In N Out and its one of the few restaurants the family can agree on and all be happy. Plus, its never too expensive. 4 burgers, 2 fries and an extra large Coke was only about $25.00. Very reasonable! Will definitely be back on our trips between AZ and San Diego. read more

I enjoyed that the menu is super simple with pretty much three options to choose from. I got my burger and fries animal style, to get the full experience. This location was packed and a bit overwhelming with groups of kids. You can tell this is a popular hangout spot and easy place to grab a bite to eat after dark. I waited about ten minutes for my meal, which felt slow for a fast food joint, but again they were insanely busy. I was surprised that a lot of the ingredients they use were fresh and made at the restaurant. The potatoes are sliced, fried, and served to the customers within minutes. The burger had a great flavor and the animal style was a perfect addition. It was a clean burger and easy to eat with equal distribution of flavors in every bite. In-N-Out to me is an affordable alternative to Five Guys, minus the fries. Overall, I would eat here again as the staff was friendly and the food was great for fast food. read more
