The moment I had a disgusting food was last night. It was Chick-fil-a sauce. The Chick-fil-a sauce was DISGUSTING! I do NOT reccomend the zesty buffalo. I was sitting on the counter around 9:15 last night. My mom told me to try a new sauce with her. Before I tried it, I smelt it. It smelled like ranch and vineger. But I still tried it. Place holds probably 120 sit down diners plus, take out and food delivery services. Bathrooms are so ridiculously inadequate. 1 person men's room and 1 person ladies room. Line for both was at least 10 people long. Insanity. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip entree. I got 3-1/2. Other person in my party got the 3 piece. I paid $2 more for 1/2 a strip. Talked to manager and was told that was perfectly OK and meets their standard. I told him that it did not meet mine. I paid for 4 strips, I want to be served 4 strips. This Chick-fil-A location served as one of my three fast food choices while I was in town for my Global Entry interview. When I came here, I had just checked into my hotel, and I was looking for a quick breakfast before hitting the hay for a few hours. I found this location, which sat 15 minutes away from my hotel. I hit up their drive-thru, which had a short line and an equally short wait. I decided on a chicken deluxe meal, which I then enjoyed in my car. I noticed this place was kept pretty clean, and the workers kept the drive-thru line moving efficiently. After getting done with my meal, I drove back to my hotel and got some shut-eye. Later on, I came back to this Chick-fil-A for another meal. And much like my first go, the second time provided great food and the same great service. I would be remiss not to review this CFA again for a follow up - my previous 4-stars just does not apply. This CFA has been wonderful! We have eaten here countless times over the last few years, but started bringing our toddler here to eat inside the dining area recently instead of only going through the drive thru. Even though the play area inside is still closed, he really enjoys the family friendly environment. He's made friends with many of the employees that work here, too! They often walk by the table to check on us and give him a high five or fist bump. They are also always refilling our drinks or bringing extra napkins and condiments over, which is so helpful! The food here is wonderful! You cannot go wrong with any of the nuggets or sandwiches. My current fav is to get the grilled chicken sandwich and add pickles and pepper Jack cheese... try it! And seriously. The mac and cheese. It tastes homemade! And we almost always get an ice dream cone. So much better than the cup of ice cream, ha! This restaurant is clean. When I go to, or through Yuma, this is a must stop. Unless it's Sunday of course. There are so many wonderful people working here. And they really work too. This store is always clean. They will pick up things at your table, kindly, even as you are eating, much like an eat-in restaurant. I am glad for the indoor playground, I'm sure it gets too hot to play outside this time of year, so the kids and get out a lot of energy safely. Parents can sit inside or outside the play area to watch. There are windows everywhere to keep an eye on the kids. I'm glad, because my niece is in the *watch me Auntie Diana* phase right now. I love the market salad. And the Greek yogurt. Hub enjoys the grilled chicken sandwich. Their lemonade is 10 out of 10. Nothing tops it. Very busy Chick-fil-A in Yuma but it's understandable since a lot of locals and travelers stop by for food. The great thing is that there customer service is amazing and they're fast! You may experience a longer wait if you visit during their lunch and dinner rush. Their dining room is open again and they have plenty of seating available! Bathrooms are small but clean which is always a plus! Playground is still closed but thankfully it's covered so kids don't see it, which as a parent I appreciate that! All I can say is STAY AWAY from this location. I purchased original chicken sandwiches for the baseball team so they could have lunch before their game. After eating 14 players were sick, a few vomiting and a few with diarrhea. Upon calling the restaurant I was essentially told okay thanks for calling and to call back in a few days. I also entered a complaint online and received a call 4 days later from a manager who essentially told me glad they are okay but no one else got sick. Again, 14 players out of 26 people who at were all sick. After complaining to Chick-fil-A again, I receive another call telling me since they are okay pretty much that all is fine and that is all they can do. Super frustrated with the LACK of any sort of customer service, 14 players got sick not 1 or 2; SOMETHING WAS WRONG with those sandwiches. They didn't eat anything else the same and everyone got 2 chicken sandwiches each...Chick-fil-A got them sick!
