Visiting the area and wanted some grilled chicken. Kabobs sounded great. And they were great here! The rice was seasoned very nicely and was delicious. Also tried the baba ganoush which was good, and the deep fried cauliflower which was amazing! The cauliflower also came with a delicious dipping sauce. Oh, also the grilled onion that comes with the kabob platter was perfection! I usually can't eat much onion but I ate the whole thing here. Mmmmmmmm. Service was very good and the ambiance is nice. Looking forward to our next visit in October. read more

Everything we ate was so good. They are exceptional at using spices to create flavor that is both unique and delicious. The front of house staff person(who had great colors in her hair) was so attentive and personable. She gave really service and was very attentive. The decor is well thought out and fun. This made the place feel very comfortable and welcoming. Relaxed, homey , great service, tasty menu; some people just do it right. Absolutely would eat here again next time I am in town Yummy !!!!!!! read more

Coming from San Diego, I was hoping for something similar to Luna Grill. Unfortunately, this place wasn't quite what I expected. The meat isn't grilled or marinated--just heavily dry-seasoned. The chicken was tender, but it lacked the flavor and depth I was hoping for. If you're looking for the classic Luna Grill-style taste--marinated, grilled meats with rich seasoning--this isn't it. Maybe it's more traditional, but it didn't work for me. read more

The sampler plate as well as the stuffed grape leaves were amazing. Incredible mint lemonade was super tasty as well. The ambiance was high tops and low tops so it works with everyone. The service was impecable, such a sweet staff, and cooks pumped out the food quickly. Love this place!!! I highly recommend this place. read more

The chicken shawarma had this odd sweet sauce that wasn't appetizing at all. It also had mushrooms which I thought was also not great. The servers were really friendly, but I don't think I'll come back for the food. read more

I stopped by for their lunch special (which to my surprise, is a big portion!). The flavors surprised me as well. The seasonings are authentic and just perfect. The person at the front is the nicest person you are going to meet in Yuma. With that said, I highly recommend this restaurant for their food and service (10/10) read more

Two things got me interested In a wider taste of food: port visits overseas in the military and Avengers movies (Falafels from Batman Begins and Shawarmas from The Avengers). So I was all for it when we decided on lunch here! The Turkish coffee: was great; and gave me flashbacks to overseas port calls in different countries drinking it. I didn't feel the need to add anything like cream or sugar to it as well! The meals were equally as good. From the sampler appetizer, to the main course of the Chicken Shawarma plate...just an assortment if jubilant flavors both tasty and fresh! The Dark Chocolate was epic too! The customer service and the easy ambience made for a comfortable experience. Pricey BUT worth every penny! read more

Service was good there was a cute little girl helping out. I couldn't have the lentil soup because I don't eat chicken bullion but they were nice enough to give me some hummus instead. The hummus was very good. I had the falafel wrap and it was above average in my opinion. Very flavorful and nice and crispy. The hummus went really well with it. My son enjoyed his beef shawarma, my wife loved her gyro, my daughter didn't really care for her burger but who orders a burger from a Lebanese place? It wasn't cheap but I feel the flavor and quality justified the price. It did take a while but we were just hanging out so it was no problem. I would say this is a great place if you want made to order tasty Lebanese food maybe don't come if you want fast. I would definitely return. read more

This was a random stop on a road trip and what an unexpected surprise. It was very very good! The owner was super friendly, almost to a fault haha he gave an incredibly thorough rundown of the menu and definitely a rehearsed sales pitch on their homemade lemonades. But it worked I guess, since I bought one haha gotta respect the passion! Keep in mind their savings are GENEROUS. Including the lemonade - it was huge! That being said, size did not forgo quality. The food was awesome. All my proteins were perfectly tender and juicy, and the rice was comforting and savory. Ironically the only negative item was the complimentary lentil soup. It was a little watery for my taste. The menu items were awesome though! read more

Lentil Soup for the Win! It wakes up your tastebuds!!! We split a Gyro for lunch. Partner commented on the 'different' "pita" and the sparse fillings comparative to others we've enjoyed. Extra sauce is always good to ask for. Dipping the seasoned fries in taziki is yummy! Be ready for a punch of Yummy flavor with an appetizer of fried Cauliflower! What IF a trio of sauces was served alongside? Fantasmagorical! I'd say. Baklava has been Yummy during prior visits! The viral sensation Dubai Chocolate was ordered to arrive with our appetizer! Without others to compare it to! Dozens of photos I've seen reveal a filling with a pistachio colored filling. When the hard exterior gave way the whole thing nearly slid off the flat white serving dish. The filling was unlike anything I was prepared to expect! Imagine Elphabas cosmetic make-up in "Wicked" but darker and somehow more vibrant! Interesting to say the least! Hmmmm! Refills were gladly taken care of! Waitstaff were friendly and attentive! Recommending options for our next visit. read more

We stopped in for an early dinner on a weekday. They weren't busy, there was one table with one person seated when we arrived. The gal behind the counter was very nice and told us to sit wherever. She turned the AC on when we arrived (which was good timing, you could tell that it was getting ready to get warm, especially with the sun on that side of the building). Our drink order was simple - water and soda. They do have a bar, I didn't look at it closely or even notice if they listed adult beverages on the menu. You get complimentary Lentil Soup which was quite good. I can't remember the last time I had Lentil Soup, so it was extra special. The menu has lots to choose from. I love a good Gyro meat, so started with that and then decided to have it on a salad, I chose the Tabbouleh. The salad was obviously fresh but it hit my bitter taste buds pretty hard - do not judge it by me, because the hubs really liked it. I am assume it's made to order so they likely can give me less lemon next time, or I'll try a Greek Salad. But, the Gyro meat was quite good (and, yes, we will be going back). The hubs ordered Chicken Shwarma with fries and really enjoyed it.Serving size was plentiful. He brought home fries and half the shwarma and I brought home half of the gyro meat (it's what we'll be having for lunch today!).They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. They offer online ordering and catering, too. A few folks came in to pick up their orders while we were there. The tables were clean, wooden tables with a plastic topper and paper slid underneath - I believe that one of the pieces of paper may have been happy hour specials (that's what I read in another review) but the font was a little small and the document wasn't placed well for all 4 seats at the table. I'm not a fan of the paper notes under the plastic. It cheapens the experience; they offer proper silverware and cloth napkins, then notes under that plastic table topper. The experience was overall a good one. We will definitely be back.Thank you for reading my review! read more

First of all, I want to start this review by saying that the food was delicious. My boyfriend and I were out running errands and he'd just gotten his shot at CVS and asked me how Mediterranean food sounded for lunch. Yum. We come in and the lunch specials are on the table. When I say that, I mean they are literally ON the table. There's a glass top and it's on a piece of paper underneath. Chicken shawarma, falafel, burger, a burger, etc with your choice of fries, rice, or hummus. I order chicken shawarma with fries. He gets falafel with fries. Also we both get a lemonade. I order blackberry mint (and she hears watermelon - what?!?) so I correct her. Cucumber mint for Mr. Boyfriend. She comes back out with our lunch and I'm a little confused by the pile of fries with chicken on top. I didn't order shawarma fries, but okay. He gets a very ordinary looking falafel pita. Not falafel piled on fries. Makes sense. The fries are Parmesan with about seventy five pounds of Parmesan on them. I like Parmesan but this is obscene. And to be fair the shawarma was good. The waitress meanders over towards the table and we ask for boxes. The gentlemen near us get their bill. The waitress seats someone else. Talks to the couple watching speed skating with their cute baby. She takes a couple's order and they get their food BEFORE we get the boxes. Mr. Boyfriend goes up to pay and get the boxes, and figured that he might as well pay while he's at the counter. The total is consuderablt higher than it should be. Why is that? Because the waitress, who is obviously hard of hearing, did not hear "chicken shawarma AND fries", has a bee in her bonnet about not mentioning the lunch special. Maybe it's just me, but I would think that if you have the lunch special advertised and folks are dining with you between 11 and 2, the wait staff would ask if you want the lunch special. That's been the experience that I've had in multiple places. We ended up paying considerably more than we should have *because* the waitress did not do the things that wait staff should have. The food was very good but the experience was *extremely* frustrating. Also, who makes shawarma fries with Parmesan? I mean, really. I doubt we'll be back. read more

Food is Amazing! We got their lentil soup and it was great (I asked for seconds). I ordered the Gyro with fried, it's rich in flavor and well portioned. Definitely liked how the meat was cut nice and thin. My husband got the shwarmaholic platter, he was fascinated by it. We also shared some Hummus with Pita Bread, the olive oil gives it a great flavor and texture. The family that runs this restaurant is very sweet and kind. We will definitely be coming back. The place is so nice as a visual and they have great music, you don't have to understand it to know that it's a great vibe and that you're having a good time. Thank you! read more

This is the best meal I've had in maybe 3 years. I travel full time in a van and always look at reviews before I eat somewhere but sometimes they say it's good and it's not. It's relative to the location. But this place is not one of them! I'd give it 10 stars not 5! First the baba ganoosh is the best I've ever had in the US and the olive oil on top was such high quality you can taste how high quality it is. The chicken schwarma plate came out looking like a piece of art. As if the chef really cares about the person being served the food, like he was serving his mother, not some stranger. The taste of EVERYTHING was SOO GOOD and listen, I don't say that lightly, I am a food snob and if I eat somewhere I'm not wasting my money or calories on junk. I ate so much i feel like it's Thanksgiving! Big thanks to the owner Rachel who was outside eating with her family and stopped to ask me if I was doing okay and told me she marinates everything herself. Thanks als to Stephanie for the excellent service on the patio and always checking on my. Excellent food, excellent service, great atmosphere! Highly recommend! read more

The food is 100% worth the wait. The staff is very friendly. The hummus and the gyro fries are 10/10

I really enjoyed the food and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The manager was incredibly attentive, hardworking, and quick to help, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, another guest nearby was coughing repeatedly without covering their mouth, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. I didn't want to make a big issue because the staff handled everything professionally. Overall, it's a clean place with great food--just one of those situations where guest etiquette can affect the experience read more

Went out with the wife just to have some baklava and Turkish coffee. Which were great. But decided to have a couple of plates as well. Everything was great. Just a hint. Excellent shawarma, gyro, and other specialties PLUS chargrilled burgers and Philly cheese steaks and wings ... lots of choices on the menu and an AMAZING lunch special (menu attached). We were traveling from San Diego to Phoenix so a food stop was required. I sorta hate "fast food"and was hoping to find an alternative. I love Mediterranean thought I'd give it a try. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a falafel and a wrap which came with fries. Sounded like a good travel meal. 1. Everything was overcooked and dry. 2.Even the French fries were bad. So I paid $30 for absolutely inedible falafel, no pita, watery tahini, and split the wrap with my husband. Haven't found any good alternatives in Yuma yet and it's a shame, they could be an oasis for weary travelers. I would like my money back!! My suggestion is to stick with a chain. So sad. read more

We have been here many times before it was sold. This place is under new ownership and it is evident in the food. Ordered a small Caesar salad with fried pita chips and a side of kofta. Pita chips were burnt. The side of Kofta was maybe a quarter pound. My husband ordered the kofta wrap with fries. Same small piece of meat. Served in a grilled tortilla. Server was nice and friendly. Me and my Wife have went for our very first visit after dying to try it out, since we are from Cali and had endless options for where to go to get our Mediterranean Fix. The Food here is Amazing!! My Wife and I had our taste buds blown away. She ordered the Platter that had the Lamb, Shawarma and Chicken, and it tasted Amazing, I ordered the Shawarma wrap, and it tasted just as good. Hummus was also on point along with the rice. The service was also really good, we went during Lunch hours , not a lot of people, so everything came at a timely manner and the waitress was super tentative! Both of them actually. Ambiance was also very chill and exactly what you'd expect from a Mediterranean place, very cultured. All In All Knockout experience... My only 2 Gripes.. which aren't even that bad are.. The Turkish Coffee, is really just burnt coffee, and Idk if its because I regularly drink coffee, did not affect me at all, as a matter of fact, I felt sleepy on the drive home lol... and the cucumber mint lemonade was waaaaay to sweet, however my Wife added water and made it perfect. read more

Loved it! I'm always on the lookout for a place that offers good vegan/ vegetarian options and this place came up a few times in passing. The famous lentil soup, served up with a type of chip is a great intro to the meal. We ordered the dolmas, something you don't see very often on a menu. New to me, but my brother suggested them and we really enjoyed it as a tangy and healthy appetizer. Next, my veggie falafel wrap appeared, with the standard fries, well seasoned. My brother and I agreed the texture was on par, just enough sauce and some pickles to give it a great crunch. Chill atmosphere inside, and I didn't notice at first that they have a great patio, but would definitely sit out there next time. Between the chicken wrap, gyro, and falafel wrap, everyone was quite surprised and impressed with their food! Service was great, we were the first ones in on a Saturday morning when they opened. I'm exited to try some of the other exciting drink options (even Italian soda) next time. And the baklava! read more
