I am a Del taco lover so for our mid way to the river stop we decided to come here. We came inside to order since we were stopping to use the restroom as well. It was pretty empty so we were able to walk up and order quickly and we got our order pretty fast as well. I always go for a red bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and then you have to order some of their crinkle cut fries as well! I ordered a number 7, and man did the food just tasted nasty as hell. The burrito had chicken inside that was just burnt. The fries were slightly warm not hot. I end up throwing the food away including the Del Taco I also purchased. This was like a little more than an hour before they close. This is unacceptable. The service was fast and friendly, but the food is terrible. I ordered a grilled chicken Queso buritto and there was no chicken in it that I could tell. It was just a tortilla filled with fries and cheese. If I wanted fries, I would have gone to McDonald's. It was the first and last time I'll ever eat there. read more

My daughters wanted to try the new Popper drinks on display here and so did I; at least a couple of sips. They were good! The bubble/Boba equivalent part of the drink fizzled in my mouth in a tasty way. The food we ordered was good too. Very unprofessional and super rude employee. Sirley was extremely rude and was being super obnoxious and immature. We came through the drive thru and sirley was being rude , mean, was not polite and so much attitude! After we payed for our food she came to deliver the food to my younger siblings ( we had went inside to get a refund ) and she was yelling at them with kids in the car!! So unprofessional and extremely frighting to the kids. Do not go to this place if sirley is on the clock! Manager did not care either he said he's talked to her before and he will talk to her but he seemed not to care at all. She had told us we are not allowed to make a big order through the drive thru and did not stop us or tell us so come in. They were also racist towards my dad and asking him to speak Spanish because they heard his accent and were telling him they couldn't understand him and assumed he spoke Spanish. My daughter and I ordered drive-thru, the nacho chips were stale,the cheese was rancid, cold. I ordered a snack taco. Shell was stale. The bean and cheese burrito had old cold beans like straight out of a can. Service was a drive-through. I don't recommend it. read more

First of all, when I walked in it smelled like rancid sewage. The floor was a mess & sticky every where you stepped. The ice machine was empty so I had to wait to ask someone to fill it from behind the counter. When waiting for about 5 minutes to get ice I noticed their work station was a complete mess. The lettuce, sauces & meat were all over the place. It almost made me want to decline the food we ordered. Not only was the ice empty but so were the napkins. I had to go back & wait to ask for napkins which took another 5 minutes because they were taking orders & only helping the drive thru customers. Stopped in at Del Taco on a road rip through Yuma. Been a while since I last went to one. Th signature crunchy taco, The Del, was delicious. The staff were super friendly. Love that they have the three levels of salsa packets at your table. Plenty of parking right outside. read more

Do Not Spend the time or money at this establishment! They did not take the drive through order accurately, the food was ice cold and not edible, I was also overcharged for this order because of the inaccuracy. When I reached out to the manager they were rude snd not helpful. We were in a trip and jumped off the freeway to grab a meal. Never again at this location! We threw the food in the trash and went next door to Carls Jr. This place and the management is a joke... Where do they get these people? Really? Next time I will just go up to the drive thru and throw my money out the window, LOL! read more

I am glad to see the old employees have either left or have been retrained. Before, this del taco was a shit hole. But now it has come a full 180. Employees are actually nice now, and very helpful. The place is actually clean now. And above all the food actually tastes better now. Good, filling food. Simple and cooked rather well. The Del Chicken burrito I ordered was a little cold on one end which I thought was odd. But the fries were good and hot. Pity when I ate there, much of the place was empty. Then again, it was 11am on the Monday following a holiday so it's not expected to be too crowded. Yesterday, I ordered a few classic tacos through the drive thru for my wife and myself. The drive thru staff were really nice and helpful, giving me extra sauce when I asked. When we got home and separated the order, we began to eat. I bit into the last taco I had and found a piece of wood. It is a rather big piece and both ends were pretty sharp. I was rather disgusted when I pulled it out of the taco, however I was relieved that I received it and not a child. They need to thoroughly check the food they send out or someone else may get seriously hurt. read more

I'm giving this 5 stars as it compare to other Del Tacos or other Mexican fast food. They have a new burrito that i thought was fantastic. The chicken avocado burrito caught my eye whilst in line at the drive through. The tortilla was nice and soft. It was filled with rice and beans and salsa fresca. The chicken was real chicken breast pieces with slices of creamy ripe avocado. Its almost six bucks but the quality makes it worth it. Plus you can get it in the drive through and smuggle it into the movie theater in your cargo shorts. I'm going out on a limb and saying it could be healthy since its ingredients are fresh. read more

Chicken tasted horrible, fries were cold and mushy, and the milkshake my sister got was watery, and not sweet. She said it tasted just like milk and made her want to vomit. So a buddy and I walked in there tonight and we were the only two orders that they had and it took them 20 minutes to get the food out and it was simple things. During that time I had to go to the bathroom, and I go inside the bathroom and the manager was in there and never once locked the door so I walked in on him pissing. Then he looks at me with a blank stare and not saying anything. He repeatedly kept walking in and out of the building grabbing napkins every time he came in.
