We placed an online order, and my girlfriend drove all the way from the Foothills to pick it up. When she got back to my office and we opened the food, the bowl we ordered had little to nothing inside. We were supposed to be sharing that one bowl, so she drove all the way back to have the order remade. When she got there, the person making the bowls was rude for no reason, even though the issue was clearly that the order wasn't made correctly the first time. My girlfriend was still polite about it and even apologized, but the employee completely disregarded her and just said, "What do you want?" I'm really not the type of person to complain. I usually just let things go, but this was honestly baffling. The food issue was frustrating enough, but the attitude and lack of customer service made it worse. Floors weee dirty and they had just opened, staff wasn't very friendly at all. The inside looked like it was in the middle of a remodel, not sure if all the plywood around the drink station was permanent or temporary. The chairs were so uncomfortable I chose to stand. After complaining about other Chipotles skimping on meat portions over several years at different locations we have finally had enough. We came in after a long day of driving expecting a nice, big burrito. We get in--uh oh. The tortilla machine is down (they couldn't make our burrito). We were feeling down, but a lovely employee--Jordan--uplifted us; he was the wind beneath our wings. Jordan changed our entire experience. We could've sulked in the sorrow of not getting our burrito, but because of Jordan, all was well. He was super apologetic and understanding. I've been ordering Chipotle bowls from this location repeatedly, but I've noticed that they're often barely filled with food. The bowls I receive are barely filled with ingredients, which doesn't justify the price of around $19. When in for dinner and ask for 3 meats the manager Carla said we could not do that. We got the same order for the past few years there every time she was rude we ended up just leaving saying forget it. It wasn't very clean at all inside. I walked in and ordered a quesadilla and I got 3 sides rice, beans and sour cream and the worker put not even half full and told me they were completely out of sour cream so I said it was fine. The next customer comes along and they ask for sour cream and he pulls a whole tub out of the fridge??? It was 8:45 pm at night and they do not close until 10 pm and the very annoyed worker was putting chairs up on the table as I am trying to eat on top of that they made me wait over 10 minutes to check out because the cashier was "too busy" although I could see her in the back and there was only 1 other person in line. Chipotle gets a bad rap, in my humble opinion. Hey, it's a fast-food place, and the owners make the effort to source the best stuff they can. For that reason alone, the value can't be beat. Sure, there is always Del Taco and Jack in the Box tacos for less money, but are they really good for you? I always order the Salad. Piled high with Pollo Asado, it is a delight with all the fixins! Every time I have this, I feel full but not stuffed, and good in the knowledge that it is a healthy alternative to so many worse choices. The workers are efficient, and, given that they live in Yuma, generally in good spirits! Is this gourmet? No, but for a few bucks, you can get a healthy meal made with fresh ingredients that you point out to the workers. "A little more chicken? Sure, sir. No problem." I am definitely a fan, and will be stopping by here every time I am passing through the Yuma area. read more

Two of our kids had a school fundraiser here, so that's what's for dinner...and it wasn't a bad time at all. Walking in, we were met by stainless steel tabletops, circular bar-style seating in an open loft-like atmosphere, and a busy but attentive staff. We ordered a kid's meal, a steak and a chicken bowl with sides of guacamole and a steak burrito. Also, an order of large chips and two cup-things of queso (chip dip). I ordered everything in my chicken bowl (because why not?) and it looked and tasted like a hot mess, which I didn't mind. The queso dip was both zingy and tangy and warm, everything else tasted fresh as it all was made in front of us. Of course, leftovers... Chipotle's app makes it easy and safe to get healthier food fast when on a road trip in this age of Covid. Eating in a dining room was not an option. As we approached Yuma, my family used the app to pick our food and choose a pick up time. My husband went inside to fetch the order. It was a good thing he checked the bag while inside because our chips had been left out, but that was quickly remedied. The order was otherwise fine, the ingredients tasty and fresh. read more

This is my go to Chipotle in Yuma. Consistent, good flavor, good service. I've never had to wait too long to pick up a carryout order and the food has always been good. If you get the employee with a heavier hand you'll find yourself with a very nice bowl. They recently rolled out the riced cauliflower which is a nice change from the normal rice but it is on the softer side. They might want to think about adding it on top of the bowl rather than on the bottom or on the side so people can appreciate the taste. Overall this is a solid location. They've got some indoor seating that is spaced out although not my thing, for those who want to dine in, the option is there. read more

So I've been here quite a bit. While going inside is okay, if you do a take out order you are 100% guaranteed to have your order wrong. Also the chip are stale about 50% of the time. I don't know if shorting people on their orders is part of their cost saving program but it's lame to order and pay extra and not get it. Normally I love chipotle and I come here when i'm driving back to Cali from Yuma. Portions are typically large with full scoops all the time but NOT HERE There was a good two inches on both sides of my bowl where they weren't filled???? I typically get a bowl so full with toppings they have to squeeze the lid on top. I get everything from rice beans meat veggies salsa corn sour cream avocado lettuce and cheese!!! how is the bowl NOT full after that? are you kidding me. I haven't had any bad service from employees here but i wouldn't say it's typically good either. But this isn't a place where i come for customer service but for a nice hearty bowl but I felt like I was felt a kids bowl so dissapointing TT I'm sure I could've asked for more rice etc when she placed them but I don't doubt they would've charged me for extra. Normally places pack on the rice etc so they have less space to put meat etc which i don't mind but this place gave me a scoop that didn't even fill the bottom of the bowl. Also why do I pay for adding guacamole when you give me a table spoon of it on top of my bowl???????? oh and to the other reviewers complaining about people not wearing masks while eating at the table of course how are they supposed to eat with a mask on? leave your mask on until you start eating stop being so picky. read more

If I can rate this with no stars I would! This was my second time coming to this location. My first time was amazing! My second time was so awful! I took my food to go and ate in my car. When I opened the the bag the red salsa was spilt all over. I ordered a quesadilla with three sides. The quesadilla was so sloppy made that I cutting even brake it apart and when I did it all collapsed into mush. I was beyond irritated. I took it back inside and expressed my frustration and the manager Estaban was empathetic and said he will re- do my order. The girls who originally made my food Christine, Danielle, Alyssa asked what was the order. All of the walked away, huddled. and made smart remark in a different language Spanish to be exact and said "it's just food". I said excuse me out loud! Very unprofessional! Disrespectful! I paid almost $20 for my order and for them to have the audacity to make such remark. I called corporate and reported this issue! Manners or respect don't exist at this location.
