I would give a 1/2 star if I could. I ordered the Italian sub , they stated no aujus sauce. When the person picking up the food got there he had to ask for what was to be there already. other sandwich no cheese on the sandwich. No drink holder. We've been to the Arby's a couple of times already this winter season & both times have been perfectly delicious. We've used the drive through both times & the staff members working the window have been courteous & friendly. Our food (regular roast beef with curly fries) has been hot, freshly cooked & tasty absolutely what you want when going through the drive through. Only downside was no specials on the regular sandwich bring back the 5 for $5 or better yet 5 for $10 I'm sure fellow patrons won't be disappointed! Thanks Arby's see you next time. read more

Stopped by today on our way to San Diego like we do every month. I don't always YELP about my visit but I always enjoy it. Just know when someone doesn't yelp everything is still good. I'm on here today to send a message to CORPORATE. This one star review is focused on YOU, NOT this individual franchise. Arby's corporation has taken the crispy bib lettuce off of their menu and replaced it with Shredded lettuce. Not only is that a bad idea it's also VERY Messy to eat. It is a suicidal decision for any restaurant that makes sandwiches for a living to put shredded lettuce instead of bib lettuce. Unless I'm ordering an Italian sub on thick baguette bread there is NO PLACE for shredded lettuce on a sandwich! When I opened my turkey, bacon sandwich today there was one teeny tiny slice of turkey on it and a literal BED of Poofy shredded lettuce over an inch high. I walked back in the restaurant (we were driving away when I noticed it) walked up to the counter and inquired about the PILE of shredded lettuce and lack of turkey on my TURKEY BACON SANDWICH. Whoever hired the new person at corporate to make these changes to save money is going to kill this restaurant chain and especially franchise owners who have voiced that they have been getting alot of complaints over the new changes. Greedy corporations do not care about franchises owners if they are making these decisions without giving franchises owners a say in their decisions. We will no longer be spending money at Arby's with these new changes. You may save money at first but these decisions will end up costing you more in the grand scheme of things. How does that make you feel? I'm shocked they haven't switched back to Pepsis products yet. Because Pepsi is so cheap and disgusting and only cheap and disgusting restaurants serve Pepsi. But by the looks and direction that ARBY's is headed, I won't be shocked if they switch back to Pepsi. (Yes. I remember when you had Pepsi. I wouldn't eat there.) Stopped here on the way home yesterday around 1ish pm from California. Food was fine. Customer service was garbage. They weren't busy, only one other couple there. The guy at the counter very clearly hated his job... I get it, it's fast food but you don't have to be a shit human being. We got our food... went to take the kids to the bathroom and it was halfway being cleaned. We came in because of the fish sandwiches. Before we got our food , A young woman ( employee ) was asked to start mopping the dining room area. We asked if she could refrain until we could take our food outside. The floor was getting very slippery and we feared this could be a safety hazard, and that someone could fall. Everyone in the dining room at the time happened to be elderly. When we asked the shift leader, if we could just get our food and go outside and get out of the way of the young lady mopping. He told us he was going to refuse service, gave us back our money, and asked us to leave. This action was uncalled for, we weren't causing trouble we were expressing a safety concern, and for that we were thrown out. Great stopping for a quick bite to eat at Arby's. I have never been to Arby's before and was impressed with the sliders. Although they are small they held off my hunger on the road trip. The Buffalo Chicken Slider and the Jalapeño Roast Beef 'n Cheese Slider were great for the $1 that they are! So on my road trip on the 8 through Yuma I spotted this one we stopped for a treat and to take some home for dinner. We tried several specials starting with, The Arbys Cheesesteak. Not your conventional cheesesteak but not to bad. 3Stars The Arbys Brisket Sandwich. It was a bit dry and not a whole lot of extra flavor. 2 1/2 Stars The Arbys Double Ruben. Quite Disappointed. Me and my co worker from a government agency decided to go dine in for a lunch break. We noticed when picking up our order the employees communicating and looking at us strangely. When finishing up I noticed a funny taste in my turkey sandwich, so I spit it out. And when leaving we seen the workers communicating again and looking straight at us laughing. This Arby's is located right off the Interstate 8. We were new to town and very hungry so we stopped in for a bite. The building was newer and kept clean. They had decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The cashier was friendly and efficient. Our food came out fairly fast and was the typical Arby's fare. I saw that Arbys has a new Wagyu burger and I was so excited especially when I read they cook the burger using sous vide method. The burger was described as having a nice brown outer crust and slightly pink inside. As usual the picture is always overstating what you get in the box. The bun was perfect, the burger however was way overcooked and dry. Imagine a dry Wagyu burger. Gotta try hard to screw this up. The best part of my meal was the fries. I was so disappointed. Stopped by for a quick bite after a super long day of traveling. It was close to their closing hour, and the server was beyond amazing and helpful! Even though I'm sure he was ready to close everything out for the day. He made our food, which was fresh and didn't taste reheated. And with it being end of the day, he gave us milkshakes for the cherry on top, since he had to clean the machine and had some left, he offered it to us. Highly recommend this location. Now, I would consider myself somewhat of an Arby's connoisseur--and I've certainly eaten at some locations that were not up to the the Raffel Brothers standards.
