It's so hard to find fast food where the employees are kind and the food actually tastes good. Definitely give it a try if you haven't ! I'm into the mozz sticks of course but also the philly cheese steak is fire. Good food, clean bathroom we would come back. read more

We've been to the Arby's a couple of times already this winter season & both times have been perfectly delicious. We've used the drive through both times & the staff members working the window have been courteous & friendly. Our food (regular roast beef with curly fries) has been hot, freshly cooked & tasty absolutely what you want when going through the drive through. Only downside was no specials on the regular sandwich bring back the 5 for $5 or better yet 5 for $10 I'm sure fellow patrons won't be disappointed! Thanks Arby's see you next time. read more

I would give a 1/2 star if I could. I ordered the Italian sub , they stated no aujus sauce. When the person picking up the food got there he had to ask for what was to be there already. other sandwich no cheese on the sandwich. No drink holder. The person behind the counter was rude, skipping over people in line. I know why Arby went from a main street setting and area where it's off the main streets. read more

Stopped by today on our way to San Diego like we do every month. I don't always YELP about my visit but I always enjoy it. Just know when someone doesn't yelp everything is still good. I'm on here today to send a message to CORPORATE. This one star review is focused on YOU, NOT this individual franchise. Arby's corporation has taken the crispy bib lettuce off of their menu and replaced it with Shredded lettuce. Not only is that a bad idea it's also VERY Messy to eat. It is a suicidal decision for any restaurant that makes sandwiches for a living to put shredded lettuce instead of bib lettuce. Unless I'm ordering an Italian sub on thick baguette bread there is NO PLACE for shredded lettuce on a sandwich! When I opened my turkey, bacon sandwich today there was one teeny tiny slice of turkey on it and a literal BED of Poofy shredded lettuce over an inch high. I walked back in the restaurant (we were driving away when I noticed it) walked up to the counter and inquired about the PILE of shredded lettuce and lack of turkey on my TURKEY BACON SANDWICH. Whoever hired the new person at corporate to make these changes to save money is going to kill this restaurant chain and especially franchise owners who have voiced that they have been getting alot of complaints over the new changes. Greedy corporations do not care about franchises owners if they are making these decisions without giving franchises owners a say in their decisions. We will no longer be spending money at Arby's with these new changes. You may save money at first but these decisions will end up costing you more in the grand scheme of things. Posting a photo of my sandwich today. PS- they changed the lettuce because they also Lowered the portion of turkey on their sandwiches and, as you can imagine, a turkey sandwich with one, small sliver of turkey on it doesn't look delicious or presentable with simple bib lettuce so they changed it to a PILE of shredded lettuce to give us, the customer, the illusion that we are still getting a good, quantity sandwich when in fact they are scamming us. How does that make you feel? I'm shocked they haven't switched back to Pepsis products yet. Because Pepsi is so cheap and disgusting and only cheap and disgusting restaurants serve Pepsi. But by the looks and direction that ARBY's is headed, I won't be shocked if they switch back to Pepsi. (Yes. I remember when you had Pepsi. I wouldn't eat there.) Corporate do better for your employees, your franchises and their customers. Yuma lost a customer today and it's not even their fault. read more

Clean bathrooms, great cheesesteaks, even better service. First time at Arby's and was not disappointed. Had to ring the bell

They have improved their menu and everything is more delicious.Try the Rueben or the chicken salad both delicious.

Stopped here on the way home yesterday around 1ish pm from California. Food was fine. Customer service was garbage. They weren't busy, only one other couple there. The guy at the counter very clearly hated his job... I get it, it's fast food but you don't have to be a shit human being. We got our food... went to take the kids to the bathroom and it was halfway being cleaned. The same guy taking/prepping orders was also cleaning the bathrooms and USING THE SAME GLOVES and then gave us a dirty look for walking by the bathrooms?! read more

Food and service was good. $5 for 5 was a good deal But didn't realize they shrunk the sandwiches. I thought they were Jr. Roast Beef. I'll never pay full price. Bring back the Potato Cakes read more

We came in because of the fish sandwiches. Before we got our food , A young woman ( employee ) was asked to start mopping the dining room area. We asked if she could refrain until we could take our food outside. The floor was getting very slippery and we feared this could be a safety hazard, and that someone could fall. Everyone in the dining room at the time happened to be elderly. When we asked the shift leader, if we could just get our food and go outside and get out of the way of the young lady mopping. He told us he was going to refuse service, gave us back our money, and asked us to leave. This action was uncalled for, we weren't causing trouble we were expressing a safety concern, and for that we were thrown out. Not going back, and I'm telling as many people as possible about what happened. read more

Ordered online for pick up and still had to wait 30 mins for food that was cold!! I will never return again.

Horrible they must have nothing but idiots that work there !!! I ordered through door dash so obviously I wanted to eat at home , first they forget my jalapeno poppers and I also ordered extra berry sauce I didn't get that and they still charged me for it and then I ordered a coke and I get diet coke I then tried calling the store and it don't ring and disconnects right away. There prices are outrageous and These people can't do there job right at all I will never go back to this location read more

Food was made fresh and tasted good. Service from cashier was awesome, she was so nice and patient. Ambiance was terrible...UM, 85°+ temperature in the restaurant is awful! Awful for your customers and awful for your workers. You need to get that fixed because no one should have to work in that temperature ESPECIALLY around kitchen equipment. As the customer, the heat in the restaurant made it awful to sit in. It was very warm in there. Beware future customers! read more

Great stopping for a quick bite to eat at Arby's. I have never been to Arby's before and was impressed with the sliders. Although they are small they held off my hunger on the road trip. The Buffalo Chicken Slider and the Jalapeño Roast Beef 'n Cheese Slider were great for the $1 that they are! Were very friendly and gave us a free drink because our food wasn't ready for a little while! Arby's! read more

I had a birthday coupon left over last from month that was still good to use; free small curly fries and a shake with a purchase of a sandwich. I went with the Roast Beef and upgraded the shake with the Orange flavor. Saddled with the top shelf customer service it was a win for everyone involved. read more

Always great and employee's are amazing.. Plus, nice and clean inside. Love the fries and milkshakes.

Visited 2/25/2019 Arbys is a old standby sandwich place I remember so much as a young man. So on my road trip on the 8 through Yuma I spotted this one we stopped for a treat and to take some home for dinner. We tried several specials starting with, The Arbys Cheesesteak. Not your conventional cheesesteak but not to bad. 3Stars The Arbys Brisket Sandwich. It was a bit dry and not a whole lot of extra flavor. 2 1/2 Stars The Arbys Double Ruben. Quite Disappointed. Very dry meat, not much sauerkraut and very little flavor. The Original Beef and Cheddar Sandwich's. 5 Stars. Delicious just as we remember them. Very tasty and would definitely have them again. Arby's has a new Wagyu Steakhouse burger,it is extremely delicious and well worth the price. The meat was juicy and the tomatoes, purple onions, pickles, plus chopped iceberg lettuce was fresh. They use a special sauce, and it has a slice of American cheese all put together with a fluffy bun. Price = $7.99 There is a secret sandwich that is not on the menu. It is called: Meat Mountain Sandwich The sandwich is about 6" high, This is the lists of meats in the sandwich: * two chicken tenders *roast turkey *smoked ham * corned beef * smoked brisket * Angus steak *roast beef *slices of pepper bacon * slice of America and Swiss cheese Price: $10.99 It is huge!!!!!! You can eat for the week. The service was friendly, professional, and the hospitality was amazing. The shift Manager Robert was polite and said it would take a few minutes to finish up my order and he offered me ice water. I highly recommend Arby's on 3E, Thank you to all the staff at Arby's, Nisa Bottone-Sutton read more

Excellent service! Clean restrooms and dining area. Employees appear to take pride in their work and are happy to serve. Food was amazing! Manager on duty today was super nice and working the counter. Very impressed, thank you! read more

This Arby's is located right off the Interstate 8. We were new to town and very hungry so we stopped in for a bite. The building was newer and kept clean. They had decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The cashier was friendly and efficient. Our food came out fairly fast and was the typical Arby's fare. If you are looking for a quick stop, this is your place. There is nothing else nearby to compete right now. read more

Me and my co worker from a government agency decided to go dine in for a lunch break. We noticed when picking up our order the employees communicating and looking at us strangely. When finishing up I noticed a funny taste in my turkey sandwich, so I spit it out. And when leaving we seen the workers communicating again and looking straight at us laughing. So I'm not 100% sure ,but this should be looked into by the management. Maybe looking at the videos. read more

Horrible, sat in drive thru for an eternity and of course they screwed up our order. Never leave the drive thru window without double checking everything. read more

Food was great, location was clean and convenient. Unfortunately the person at the register refused to make my order the way I want. Never had a problem before, for some reason this location has no care for guest service, their way or the highway. Unfortunate. read more

This is one of the most service friendly Arby's I've been to! No really Robert was great and the food was fresh and delicious. I left very satisfied and pleased with my meal. Btw, don't forget to ring the bell on your way out! read more

Stopped for lunch , wife wanted chicken pecan market fresh , was ok . I ordered turkey swiss market fresh sandwich . Mistake , turkey was soaking wet , very small portion of lettuce and tomato , massive amount of mayo and mustard. Totally crap ! Was asked if I wanted them to make me another. Why would I want another terrible sandwich . Pass read more

The guy working the drive through was especially nice and happy! Unfortunately when I got home, I realized all the roast beef on both sandwiches was varying degrees of pink. I just cant risk eating undercooked beef, and since I live about 30 minutes away, I couldn't just go back and get new sandwiches. Had to throw them away, super disappointed. read more

Victor and his team were great. if you are ever in Yuma at exit 3, go visit this Arby's.

The Food and service here was A1! Normally I don't leave reviews... let alone about fast food.... however Robert at this store went above and beyond to ensure we were more than welcomed. Food was hot and fresh! I loved that I stopped by here on my way home to SD! read more

Amazing Service and food quality. This is my go-to restaurant for lunch. Go Jamocha Shakes!!!

Stopped by the drive thru today and Burt the shift leader was so great to have helping us today. Just the sound of his voice on the speaker was very kind and uplifting. You can tell he truly enjoys his job. Wish every fast food place had people like Burt. read more

Was driving through town in a road trip. Burt provides amazing customer service and is extremely friendly!

I come here for lunch at least twice a week and the service has gone down tonight I tried to get a meal through the drive through and it literally took over 20 mins to got 2 cars through and it was dead inside and top of that they didn't even have what I wanted and my sandwich was cold and I've burnt my mouth before with that same sandwich when it's fresh read more

After a rough roadtrip through rain we stopped into this location and could really use some hospitality. Robert (the night shift manager) went above and beyond. He had no idea how much his kindness meant to my family after what we had just went through on the highway. People like this definitely restore faith in humanity in today's world. Thank you Robert read more

I saw that Arbys has a new Wagyu burger and I was so excited especially when I read they cook the burger using sous vide method. The burger was described as having a nice brown outer crust and slightly pink inside. As usual the picture is always overstating what you get in the box. The bun was perfect, the burger however was way overcooked and dry. Imagine a dry Wagyu burger. Gotta try hard to screw this up. The best part of my meal was the fries. I was so disappointed. YMMV read more

This location is trash based on the customer service alone. Rude rude rude. I asked for no cheese because I'm lactose Intolerant and I get extra cheese. I called to let them know about so hopefully they don't make someone else sick and I was yelled at by an employing asking "WHO IS THIS" and then hanging up on me. So yea, super trash service read more

Stopped by for a quick bite after a super long day of traveling. It was close to their closing hour, and the server was beyond amazing and helpful! Even though I'm sure he was ready to close everything out for the day. He made our food, which was fresh and didn't taste reheated. And with it being end of the day, he gave us milkshakes for the cherry on top, since he had to clean the machine and had some left, he offered it to us. Highly recommend this location. We will definitely be going back! read more

I have been here dozens of times and my orders are always correct and the kids love ringing the great service bell on the way out.

This is the best Arby's I have ever been to. Ever. Now, I would consider myself somewhat of an Arby's connoisseur--and I've certainly eaten at some locations that were not up to the the Raffel Brothers standards. This Arby's is the benchmark that all other locations should aspire towards. My roast beef sandwich was a picture of perfection and the curly fries were fresh and not stale. The Mountain Dew was exquisite. The next time I am in Yuma, I will be back! read more
