But the sandwich was served up on fresh sourdough and the bacon was chopped up into tiny pieces so it was so easy to eat without tugging, and served with avocado slices, tomato, lettuce and the right amount of mayo ratio (which was important). The homemade lemonade was a treat. And I had the garlic fries--delicious! As mentioned, I'm still thinking about how good that sandwich was. The place isn't huge but they seat a lot of people. While I've never seen tomatoes on a Cuban before, they didn't add or detract from the sandwich itself. The concept on the fries is great! Hand cut, I'm pretty sure, thick wedge style fries. I tried the workmate upgraded truff/parmesan fries and they were good too but I'm not on the truffle bandwagon like everyone else so the $4 option doesn't make sense.
