Yesterday we stopped at Taco Bell. We ordered a Chalupa Supreme Combo with a Root Beer. We asked for beef. We also ordered a second beef Chalupa, but with no sour cream; a Steak Quesadilla with no Jalapeno Sauce; and a water. Well, they got the drinks right! Our Chalupas were both made with Chicken, and Sour Cream was missing from both. And the Steak Quesadilla (yes, it was actually steak), came with sauce we asked them to hold. The update to the restaurant is very cool. The touchscreen service was interesting but very easy to use. The staff were very friendly and everything was cooked and seasoned great. I downloaded the Taco Bell app and wanted to use my free reward, but it was not working. I went to the restaurant and asked the lady at the counter if she could help me. She was very insistent on figuring out the app and helping me redeem the reward. Although the Taco Bell app has glitches, the workers are very helpful and want to get the customer the best deals! Eventually, she figured out a way for me to redeem it and was very kind the whole time. The food was ready within minutes after the order was placed. Although it took a while to get the app the work, the extremely fast service balanced it out! I ordered the crunchy cantina tacos which I definitely recommend trying! We have eaten at this Taco Bell numerous times lately! I've always gone through the drive thru so I can't speak to the inside of the restaurant, but the food is exactly what you'd expect from any Taco Bell. It's always been hot and fresh, and my order has always been accurate. My toddler really likes the cheesy roll up from the value menu, and only once did they seem to skimp on the cheese in the tortilla. And a couple of time the ground beef seemed extra greasy. BUT everything else we've gotten here has always been really good! We will continue to frequent this place for sure! read more

This place is kind of fun. They have the electronic ordering but I believe you can order from somebody at a register now. I also recently downloaded the app and you can get it in the drive through or pick it up at the counter. It's the Taco Bell closest to my house but it's right off the interstate so a lot of people stop and get gas at the Chevron next door and run in and get Taco Bell. That always makes for an interesting mix of people. read more

The food was really well made and our order was correct. The cashier, Esmeralda, however was very rude. She saw us when we walked in and stood to order and she didn't come over to help us even though she wasn't doing anything. Someone in our party went to the bathroom came out and she still hadn't helped us. When she finally deigned to come over she was rude and didn't apologize for the wait. She got the order wrong and when I asked her for a refund she acted like it was hilariously funny and rudely told me she didn't know how to do that. There was also no hot sauce out and when I asked her for some she rolled her eyes, walked over, replaced it and just walked away. I probably wouldn't stop here again after this experience because she caused a delay we didn't need on our trip. read more

Taco Bell is our last hope to keep Tex Mex style food nationwide and is great ! HOWEVER TB has now dropped the Mexican Pizza after dropping the great enchirito a couple of years ago. We fear that some smarty pants exec at TB corporate who knows nothing about consumers desires and just crunches numbers make decisions he/she is NOT qualified to make. Stopped here twice on my road trip to San Diego and they were super fast and the food was super fresh!! Very pleased.

We stopped here on a trip from Tucson to California, it was next to the gas station we fueled up at. The staff was very polite and our orders were made perfectly. The bathrooms were immaculate and a sign in there stated that the staff checks to make sure it's clean every half hour. We got our food to go so we didn't stay long, but I'll happily return here given the chance! read more

The new Taco Bell at I-8 exit Fortuna just opened a couple weeks ago. It's probably the nicest Taco Bell I've been to, so far. The food was okay, not remarkably good, but okay. It also has a drive-through which makes it nice and convinient if you're just getting off the Fwy for a quick snack. Be aware of the Princess Valium!! =) She does not only sound like, as if she's on it, but she sure does work like that. This was a fantastic treat! Taco Bell has been a standby to hungry drivers across the country for decades, and when I needed a pit stop on my roadtrip, this TB did me justice. The service was fast and friendly. The cashier didn't even flinch when another customer was perplexed that his name was Alejandro. Wow. Lots of cool stuff going on here. One time i sat in here for 3 hours straight and no one said a thing. The drive thru is always very much what i like to see, excellent way to do it right! It's next door to the greatest gas station around, which is always a nice plus for me. This place has the nicest Taco Bell staff I've ever encountered! We arrived two minutes before they closed (10:58 pm) and they insisted that we stay and dine in. As we were leaving, they smiled, thanked us for coming, and told us we could've stayed longer even though the doors had been locked. Then the cashier wished us a good night and we were on our way. Shout out to Alize at this location. First impressions are everything, and Alize hit the nail on the head from the very beginning. Greeted us from the moment we walked in with a warm welcome and great smile. Our food was great, but it was the service of Alize that made us take special notice. When we were done with our meal, she made her rounds and cleaned up after us and asked if there was anything we needed. We heard her greet other guests the same way too! Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant and this location performs adequate-good. My hang up is that you never know what you're going to get. I regularly order extra sauce on all of my items because there isn't enough moisture for my preference. At this location sometimes extra sauce is flooding the item (too much) and sometimes it's dry (too little). Now I order the bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese, red sauce, and beans. This location is the only one I've ever had to order more beans at, the burrito is regularly only half full. read more

Everyone said we had to get Mexican food in Arizona, so we made sure too!! we checked Yelp and saw this place had very high ratings. The staff was courteous and exceptionally friendly. My son accidentally ordered dine-in when we had to leave (whoops!!) and they didn't seem bothered at all when we had to ask them to change the order to a "to-go" order. My quesadilla (sp?) was PIPING hot and definitely had more than one type of cheese which is how you know it's authentic. At least that's what my sister said before!it was so good we finished before we left the parking lot! It would've been nice if they had trash cans more close to the cars but it was still great , would recommend to anyone read more
