Seemed like a night club, but during the day. Dark walls and an alcohol/tequila bar in the back. Food was prepared quick. Lots of locals which is always a good sign. Biria tacos were well done. Son had bean and cheese flatbread. Was like a pizza. Flatbread was interesting. Dense yet flaky and layered like a croissant. Good place for food.

Their pineapple salsa and other salsa selections are really good too. They had pickled peppers and carrots and fresh cucumbers to cool your palate. Super appreciate that our friend Chad posted about this wonderful place on Facebook so we could find Pancho's Tacos truck. Oh and they had bottles of the Mexican Coca~Cola that use real sugar cane, which was ice cold and to open it they had a bear bottle opener attached onto a pole near the counter which just added to the enjoyment of their cool little sit down area. Also, this guy (my husband) was impressed and that says a whole heck of a lot!He is an amazing cook so sometimes when we go out to eat somewhere besides home, we are many times disappointed. Not this time: Pancho's Tacos food was delicious! Exactly as we were told so we were very pleasantly surprised. Plus the woman who waited on us and took our order was super nice. Seen previously on 32nd st by Vertical Church but never had a chance to try. It was around late 11ish when we got there and thought he was closing down but he said they were still open and only had carnitas, al pastor and beef cheek left. So I ordered 10 al pastor tacos to try it out. They were sooo good! Kids were scarfing it down, hubie was makin a mess. There salsa was full of flavor and perfectly spicy. Throughout the whole chowdown the tortilla and meat stayed HOT HOT. I looked at them and we all nodded in agreement, time to order more! I ordered 4 more al pastor and 1 of each of the other meats to taste. Carnitas was crispy and had perfect texture. Beef cheek was tender. We also got 7up and Dr Pepper. Everyone was perfectly satisfied. Guy had great customer service, was friendly and answered all my questions. Super chill. Would definitely come here again. Can't wait to try their other menu items.
