Instead, I got a greasy, salty mess and some of the worst service I've ever experienced. Staff clearly didn't care. When I raised my concerns, the person in charge laughed and refused a refund. That tells you everything about how they treat customers. This place doesn't deserve your time or your money. I won't be back--and I don't recommend anyone else go either. --Jordan

* We usually use the drive-thru, but the line was especially long around lunchtime (close to noon),…read moreso we decided to go inside this time. * The restaurant has a modern Mexican vibe with colorful Hispanic-inspired décor. When you walk in, there's a larger main dining area, a quieter room off to the right with additional seating, and even a sunroom-style seating area. * The menu is pretty straightforward. We typically stick with what we know because we're usually in a hurry. * Our favorites are the protein bowls, especially the carne asada and pollo (chicken) options. They come with rice, beans, and vegetables, and they're always satisfying. * The chicken quesadilla is another go-to item for us. We haven't ventured much beyond these menu items because they're quick, reliable, and consistently good. * They usually have drink specials posted near the cash register, so it's worth taking a look before ordering. * The restaurant was relatively clean overall, although a few tables could have used a quick wipe-down. The table I sat at while waiting for my to-go order had a little debris on it. * The music playing in the background was upbeat but a bit loud for my preference. * Pricing is fair but leans slightly on the expensive side. For two protein bowls and a chicken quesadilla, the total came to around $40. * I didn't have a chance to check out the restrooms during this visit. Overall, this is a solid spot for a quick Mexican meal. The food we keep coming back for is consistently good, the atmosphere is modern and inviting, and despite a few minor cleanliness issues and the busy rush-hour crowds, I'd still rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Service was good / friendly / prompt. Restaurant was clean,…read moretables / chairs in good shape, and at 4:30 was not busy. The muzak music was too loud just as it was our previous visit here a couple years ago. Order of 3 rolled tacos was good. Several salsa accompanied them. Love having salsa options. Cheese enchiladas combo dinner not so good. The thing is -- everything (rice / beans / cheese inside the tortilla, bag of tortilla chips) was good, but the red enchilada sauce wasn't good. The red sauce is the heart of the meal, isn't it? This sauce had a bitter bite to it that even sour cream didn't mitigate. So, thumbs down on the cheese enchiladas. Sprinkings of cotijo cheese (I think) on pretty much everything, which is probably a good thing. Made the meals look nice, all in all. Needs Improvement: Red enchilada sauce as mentioned above. Less bitter, please. Reduce plastic / paper waste: Our two orders -- dine in orders -- came on an actual dinner plate situated on (2) 12" x 12" sheets of paper (function as a placement? not sure why it was there) atop a metal tray. Chips were served in a paper bag and we got 6 single serving plastic container of condiments. These usages of paper and plastic represent nice touches as far as serving goes -- lets us customize our choices and have a tidy meal. But that's just a lot of paper and plastic waste for 2 meals. Cost is probably not inconsequential (adds to meal cost which wasn't outrageous but not cheap, either) and it's just more stuff that goes to the landfill kind of unnecessarily. I probably would lean toward dropping the sheets and switching single serve paper cups for the plastic. Or maybe do a salsa bar and skip the single servings. Bottom Line -- we'll probably be back next trip to Yuma and try something different (maybe tacos or a burrito, definitely something with beans and rice) but if I lived there it wouldn't be my go-to Mexican food joint.

This time we both got the Hawaiian BBQ Beef, and THIS TIME we received a little container of teriyaki sauce along with their hot and soy sauces. The hubs like his hot sauce, but I don't need it - or the soy sauce. All I cared about was the teriyaki sauce and I was happy. In reading my previous review, I noticed: .I mentioned lettuce under the serving of meat - honestly, I think it's cabbage. I realize there's a difference. Really I do. :) .I see that the hubs liked his beef more than the chicken I ordered. He did feel like he liked his beef better this time than last time (was it mood, was it prepared better, or maybe we timed our food order better? who knows) .Last review, he did not like the mac salad. He said this time it was 'good' (he's not really a man of many words, but last time he said it had a fishy taste - so I'll take 'good' over that). .We had the same cashier we had last time. And, again, I thought he was terrific. SO glad we went back. Next time I'll tell them they can hold onto their soy/hot sauces and give me an extra teriyaki instead. I may even try the chicken again. But honestly, the beef was so good that I might not venture away from it. The place was clean, tables cleared. I'm bumping this up to 5 stars. Please realize that's compared to other fast-food style restaurants, please. We'll definitely be back. I like having something like this so close to the movie theater. As always, thank you for reading my review. I know the Yelp folks appreciate it, too!

They not only have their own food truck, but they will cater a buffet style fare or bring their trailer to your event! The first time I tasted one of their tacos was at a vendor event. I ordered a beef brisket taco. OMG was it ever tasty!!! Although their sauce was somewhat spicy for me, I went back for seconds because it was so darned good! Don't hold that against them though, cuz I am a wuss when it comes to spicy! It wasn't your typical Mexican taco either! My son-in-law described it best when he said the tacos had a Caribbean Flare. I was so impressed with their food that I had them cater my New Years Eve party. I chose two meats for the tacos (chicken and pork) and a corn creation as a side. They also provide the cheese, corn tortillas, salsa and a curry sauce that are all homemade too. LaShelle arrived on time. She's the sweetest! She provided me with disposable forks, serving utensils, plates and napkins. The containers of cheese and sauces were glass and reusable hard plastic which I was told I could keep! I felt that $10 a person was well worth what we received! If I am in need of their services again, I think I might pay the extra $2 per person to have them serve out of their trailer! I suspect that once Yuma discovers their delicious food, the prices may increase, but I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again! I give them 5 YUMMMMS up!!
