Service was very poor, I had to repeat my order 5/6 times to get it correct. Waited 30minutes for my tacos, asked for to-go cups for my salsa, worker gave attitude for no reason about. By the time I got home to eat my food, my order was completely wrong, like impressively wrong. Quality of food meats was also below average. My daughter got the Mexican hot dog and it was a grilled hotdog, with a cup of raw tomato's and raw onions on a non-toasted bun. I was craving some street tacos and I decided to stop at Tako Loko. My husband ordered three asada tacos. Nothing else. Just how it came. Asada, cilantro & onions. Got home to find little to no cilantro added in them! I'm extremely disappointed, as the cilantro is my favorite part of the taco. Best potato rolled tacos in the states. I eat them by the dozen as often as I can. Outdoor food truck, but amazing taste and quality. Unlimited salsa table including a nice guacamole salsa. This place has great prices and HUGE portions! I was not expecting how big the each order would be and we had left overs for days! We got nacho Lokos, French fry loko and two dozen rolled tacos. Everything was super good! They put so much meat on the nachos that you could use it to make tacos on the side. I love that they also give plenty of sauces, onions and extra cabbage. I went to check this place out one night, in hopes that it was good since im staying so close by. I ordered Beef taquitos and 2 chicken tacos. I was the only one there and it took 20 minutes to get the food ( maybe they had to go orders, idk). The chicken was bland and very dry, the tortillas were hard along the edges and I had to tear it off, I ate 1. Now the taquitos were even a bigger disappointment and being such an easy thing to make, well these came out of a box thats in the freezer section at the grocery store!!!!!!!. They have a lot Of variety of food but I don't recommend this place if you don't feel comfortable eating around cats. We order for dine in and we start eating and a few minutes after we saw a bunch of cats around us I feel so bad and uncomfortable they were pretty close to us and it makes me feel very nauseous and I thought it was just me but my boyfriend agree with me. This is the first place I have been with cats from the street around us. And it's pretty weird because they just go around this business but no to the next one Something makes me think that they're looking for something in there. In from out of town on business and noticed the tent / food trucks and was curious. Ordered the California burrito with steak and a large horchata. The burrito was massive and had a great flavor as did the horchata. The drink wasn't quite what I a used to but it was good. This place is fire! We expected a food stand, but we didn't expect a bunch of them together. We loved the variety! The super burro was amazing, and I highly recommend the limonaica! You can either walk up and order to go, or sit down and the awesome servers will take care of you. Super friendly staff, we wish they had a location in San Diego. My wife and I love this place. Specially because of the little girl that waits on you and helps you with your order. She pretty much runs the place with her positive attitude and great customer service. I love the baked potato with a mix of carne asada and chicken.
