Our new favorite taco truck or taco place for that matter in Yuma, Arizona is now Pancho's Tacos! We had surf and turf burritos which we chose the carne asada and oh man were they ever delicious. Their pineapple salsa and other salsa selections are really good too. They had pickled peppers and carrots and fresh cucumbers to cool your palate. Super appreciate that our friend Chad posted about this wonderful place on Facebook so we could find Pancho's Tacos truck. Oh and they had bottles of the Mexican Coca~Cola that use real sugar cane, which was ice cold and to open it they had a bear bottle opener attached onto a pole near the counter which just added to the enjoyment of their cool little sit down area. Also, this guy (my husband) was impressed and that says a whole heck of a lot!He is an amazing cook so sometimes when we go out to eat somewhere besides home, we are many times disappointed. Not this time: Pancho's Tacos food was delicious! Exactly as we were told so we were very pleasantly surprised. Plus the woman who waited on us and took our order was super nice. Found this place by accident last tome going through town. Was so hungry forgot to review then forgot the name. Fortunately we found it again. The tacos are fantastic highly recommend. I tour Yuma at least once or twice per week to have Tacos. This place has never disappointed me.

This place is conveniently located right behind the Homewood Suites, so it's a quick walk for dinner. The ordering process was simple and the staff were friendly. I ordered the homemade nachos with carne asada and added grilled chicken. The nachos took a bit to come out because they were busy and the food was fresh. The nachos were delicious! Had a wonderful flavor. Don't forget to add some sauces from the sauce bar! The ambiance is very casual and it was nice sitting outside on a March evening. read more

This is a food truck in an area that has been converted to semi permanent businesses. All the other businesses next to it are the same. It seems like a bit of a dive, but it's not. Casual, comfortable and clean. Service is friendly and they are bilingual. They are a little bit more expensive than the other food trucks around them, but the quality is also better. I have been several times and have enjoyed their food. They have a decent selection of meats and their tortas are quite tasty. I've also enjoyed their sopes and of course their tacos. They have a good toppings bar with several different types of hot sauces. Definitely worth a visit. read more

All the tacos we ordered were excellent. I had one each of the carne asada, al pastor, chicken, and birria tacos. They were so freshly made the tortillas were almost too hot to pick up. These tacos were as good as an I've had in Mexico. The staff was all super friendly too. Just make sure you go in the afternoon when the shade covers the outdoor seating area. read more

The birra tacos where good but bro.. you're getting 3 starts bc how you gonna leave out the consume in my bag after I specifically asked about it before leaving. And then you gonna act like you're not trying to spill something in the bag when handing it to me only to get home and realize it's not in there. The food here was excellent. For those looking for an authentic tasting Al Pastor taco this is the spot. We had various options off the menu (tacos, birria, quesadilla, vampiro) and nothing disappointed. Fast friendly service, with a nice selection of salsas and guacamole. Very affordable as well. Always great food! I think sometimes they open at 5 or 5:30 on weekdays. This little spot is clean and enjoyable.

OK so we ordered three different items Birria tacos. Those were good. Carne asada burrito. This was a little different as it had rice and beans which was a huge plus so I thought it was good. Andy Carne Asada quesadilla, brew nothing crazy but still good. I guess they're doing a sort of Tex-Mex style not sure but I liked it.
