2 cheese enchiladas with red sauce sour cream and lettuce.

Order and pay at counter, self seating and self serve fountain drinks. Murals on walls. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Ordered 2 cheese enchiladas. With sour cream and black olives. They're very flavorful. Chips are home made and flavorful. Will return

Best burritos in town! I've been coming here since I was a kid and it still is the best burrito place ever. The tortillas are made fresh, they have the perfect ratio of beans and cheese, and the red salsa has the best flavor! Whenever I'm in town I try to get my fill of this place. I've personally always had a great experience with the staff.

A good break when driving to Phoenix. This place is bright and very clean. The food is good and it's a much needed break from a long drive. The Jamaica was good and not too sweet. Had the small taco salad with carne asada and the meat had a lot of flavor. Enchilada plate had 3 enchiladas and the sauce was good. We also had the beef taco and tamale. The beef had good flavor and the tamale masa was good and not dry. Beans and rice delicious. The service was good. Definitely will stop here when we drive to AZ.

Had a Machaca Bean Burrito and a Flan for dessert. Both was delish. The Flan was creamy and had the right amount of sweetness (it wasn't too sweet and had that distinct caramel taste). Service was friendly. It's not exactly a cozy place to sit and eat, but clean and modern. My coworker had a Carne Asada taco and the dulce the leche empanadas and enjoyed both. I'm on Yuma for work regularly and will be back.

Every time I go to this establishment I am happy. Not only Is the restaurant set up very well. But the food is reasonably priced and tastes amazing. Their menu definitely confuses me as it's scattered. So I usually just ask the person at the register to surprise me. Never ends up bad. Always, without a doubt I will order 4 bean and cheese burritos to go. Because if you know, you would know that Mr Gs has the BEST bean and cheese burritos. Tonight I tried their Elotes. It was hubbys first time having one. He was happy too.

I was in Yuma to get some dental work done at Los Algadones 'cause our dental care in the United States sucks and a rip off. My dentist in the U.S. quoted me over $8,000 for an implant and a crown while Mexico was only $1,300. So I drove down here to get it done. I stumbled upon Mr. G's, so I decided to check it out. First time here, and I liked what I ordered. I had one of their mango margaritas with candy and gummies, and a nice burrito. Vibe was on point, and the staff was friendly.

Stopped by this Mexican restaurant on our way to San Diego. This is a must try if you're in Yuma. Freshly made burritos and salsa were so yummy. You walk up and order and seat yourself. Loved the authentic flavors and large option of dishes.

Great food and even better prices! Service is quick. You may want to go inside instead of drive thru at certain hours because the drive thru lane can get long. Full bar available which is an extra bonus. The establishment is nice and clean.

My family and I traveled through Arizona last week, and Mr. G's was recommended by our friends as a "MUST" stop. So of course, I needed to check-it out. Being from San Diego, I consider myself a taco shop/Mexican food connoisseur, so I had high expectations for this spot. I arrived about 1130AM, and that appeared to be a great time. There was no line and the restaurant was not that busy. Fast forward 30 minutes, the place was very busy, including their drive-thru. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. There is a beautiful mural on the wall that illustrates Yuma's history. There are a ton of tables and a nicely themed side area that is like a little private dining area. The entire dining room is very clean and well-kept. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and they worked fast. Our food was brought out to us pretty quickly. When our food came out, my first thought was "wow...that's small". Compared to San Diego taco shops, the portion sizes are very small. The food tasted good, but was not much different from Mexican taco shop food I have had in the past. The only thing I noted was the flavor of the carne asada was very good. Other than that, it was just good. Nothing that made me feel like, this is a "MUST" stop. The other downside was the cost. Our family of 6 spent just over $100 for our order. We ordered the same things that we normally do at our regular shops, where we spend on average $50 to $60...so being over $100 with the portion size was a shock to me. While we enjoyed our food, I did not leave full. And I did not have the "Oh man we gotta come back" feeling.

Hello! Does anyone know if the beans and tortilla are vegetarian? Lard is commonly used for both of these.

I'm almost positive they use lard. I've seen them carry a large white brick to the kitchen that doesn't look like butter. However, I can't say I'm 100% sure.
