Just went through the drive thru and ordered the special. The sign said and Robot order taker both mentioned $1 add for drink. The order came out more than expected and asked why. Learned was being charged $3 for the drink instead of a $1. Asked why and mentioned both things stated $1. The girl at the window just tells me, "I'm just the cashier, I don't know" I asked for the manager. She said no manager was on site. And proceeded to ask rudely if I wanted it or not. I said no, and she proceeded to tell me I was rude because I called her out for not knowing things and asking for a manager. It's been years since I've been to Rally's but I remembered it being really good and was nervous to try it again due to some of these reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I am from Tucson and typically only get to have Rallys when I visit San Diego. I did not know there was one in Yuma. On our way back to San Diego we were so happy to find out there was one in Yuma because we didn't get to have Rallys on our most recent visit to San Diego. We get to the drive thru, and get asked "is this for an online order" I say no and she says this is for online orders only, go to the next drive thru get asked the same thing and again I say no, we get told again, this is for online orders only. I ask them, so we can only get food if we order it online, she says yes. We drive into the parking lot confused as hell because Ive never heard of not being able to order food through a DRIVE THRU! We start our on line order, cant pay because the site isnt working, we ask a random customer if there is any way to order other than online and they direct us to the walk up window. We place the order only to hear the asshole in the drive thru taking drive thru orders from the car that was behind us. Customer service was shit, fries were shitty and salty and cold also. Cashier was rude and took her sweet time to help walk-up customers. After we got our order, we realized we were missing a burger and a chillie dog. We want back to the cashier, who claimed we had not ordered those items. We showed her the receipt, and she got mad. We had to wait for our missing items, which probably now would have extra spit. WOW great burger especially for the price. Found this place while visiting Yuma and needing a quick meal. First time we had 2 Mushroom Swiss double cheese burgers and 2 small fries for a grand total of $7.08. Next time was 2 bacon cheese burgers for $1.00 each. Pictured is the bacon cheese burger. The bacon was chopped and added to the top which made it a lot easier to eat without pulling the bacon out with the first bite. Very tasty sauce on both burgers and very juicy. Wish I could find these in Calgary. Drive through only, but plenty parking. read more

Fries are the bomb, even though they are a bit greasy. My wife ordered their Philly cheese sandwiches and their Parmesan stix, which she told me that she enjoyed very much. I ordered a big Buford (which when I looked in the bag I had a one patty sandwich not a two patty sandwich that I expected.) a XL order of fries and an order of cheese stix. Besides the upset of not recieving what I had ordered,everything tasted great. I will never give 5 stars to a fast food joint, but this one does deserve a whole 4 stars. read more

Food is usually pretty good for the price. The problem is the service. I have been there many times over the years and they get the order wrong over 75% of the time. As this is primarily a drive through it is very frustrating to check your order after leaving the window and find that once again they have gotten it wrong. read more

major delays with placing orders at the window and in the drive thru the staff clearly does not have it together. perhaps its a language barrier thing because sometimes I can barely understand what they say through the speaker. if your in a hurry this is not the place to get in and get out. I stopped in here because it was close to the hotel I was staying at. I decided to walk that night with my dog. When I got there to the window there where 4-5 young men standing at the window waiting to order, there where 4-5 people inside working and a few people in the drive thru, ok maybe I have to wait no big deal. Ya right more then 10 mins had passed and the boys that had not even ordered yet where still waiting to be help. The staff inside just kept on waiting on the drive thru customers and ignoring us. Once they had not only taken all the drive thru cust. orders and given them there food did they even bother to wait on these guys, then when they should have taken all their orders, they stopped and starting waiting on drive thru again, and again completed taking drive thru orders and giving them their food, they went back to the window. I waited at least 15 mins. to have my order taken. They did the same thing when I got to the window waited on all the drive thru first then came and took my order and if a drive thru cust. came up they stopped helping the window cust. and just waited on the drive up cust. really I always thought that a cust was a cust no matter if they walked in, drive thru or used the walk up window, I am a cust just like the drive up cust. but at this place you are not treated the same. really, really poor cust. service will not go back ever or refer any one ever! read more
