The loaf plate

I asked for steamed vegetables not just whatever this is and I paid $20 and some change for a full meal and this is unacceptable

I've always been one to taste my steak and if it doesn't have flavor, I drown it in A1 Sauce. But, that wasn't the case at The Crossing Bar and Grill, I ordered their ribeye medium-rare and it was cooked to perfection. I also added sauteed onions and mushrooms, which we cooked beautifully. I asked for a bottle of A1 just in case, but never used it. I ordered fried mushrooms as an appetizer and they were insanely good. As always service was top notch, our server Ashley was observant, attentive polite and friendly. The eatery is known for its wings, but they have so much more to offer.

Went for happy hour but by the time we finally get seated even though there was plenty of tables available it was almost over. Then the server said no we have to be seated on the other side of the restaurant for happy hour but they would serve us beer just not the specials. What a crock, last time I go there.horrible management.server was nice, food was ok.that was not why we went there. Asked about the happy hour specials before we were seated btw.

Huge mushrooms this time.

The food was good. The fried mushrooms are the best! But, their service really lacks. I had heard that before and experienced it this time. We ordered three appetizers and they were brought out at the same time as our meals. Like they don't understand what an appetizer is and to delay the meal for the appetizers to be enjoyed.

We stopped at the Texas Roadhouse for dinner in Yuma, AZ on our way home to San Diego…read more Out of all the Texas Roadhouse restaurants I've been to, this one had the friendliest and very attentive staff. Everyone was working together as a team helping each other out. Because it was Good Friday, I ordered the lemon pepper salmon and added a side of grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes and corn. Everything was delicious especially, their homemade biscuits. It was a very busy restaurant but they got us in and out pretty fast. Check it out when in the area! Happy Yelping :)

(3/5) We decided to…read moregive Texas Roadhouse a try. The atmosphere is very energetic, with a lot of music playing over the sound of people talking. It's just not the type of environment I personally prefer because it was difficult to have a conversation at the table, but we decided to try it anyway. Our server was friendly, although it took a while before we were able to order our drinks and appetizer. We ordered the fried mozzarella as an appetizer, and it was hot, crispy, and very tasty. For our meal, I ordered a medium steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, while my husband had steak with green beans. The mashed potatoes were enjoyable and had a homemade texture with chunks of potato. Unfortunately, my steak was the biggest disappointment. I ordered it medium, expecting it to be juicy and pink in the center. After eating a couple of pieces, I realized it wasn't cooked the way I ordered it. When I cut into the middle, the steak was well done all the way through. It was dry and not what I expected. Our server brought the issue to management, but after waiting quite a while, we were initially told nothing could be done. We requested to speak with the manager, and after another wait, he came to our table. He offered to remake the steak, but we declined because we personally do not send food back to be remade. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The manager explained that unfortunately things like this happen often and that they had recently remade another customer's meal without an issue. However, that wasn't really the point. We understand mistakes happen in restaurants. The issue is that the food should have been prepared the way it was ordered the first time. Hearing that mistakes happen "all the time" was not reassuring as a customer. It made the situation feel more like something to accept rather than an opportunity to acknowledge the mistake and make it right. We didn't ask for any type of discount, but when he asked, we showed our military ID and he gave us a military discount since they do offer that. We didn't want to ask for anything else, but he also gave us another five or ten percent, which we appreciated. The fried mozzarella appetizer was good, our server was polite, and some parts of the meal were enjoyable. However, the overcooked steak and the way the concern was handled left us disappointed. Overall, I'd give this visit 3 out of 5 stars. Mistakes happen, but how a restaurant responds makes a lasting impression. That stuff didn't really mean anything to us, and I don't think we'll be coming back.

Ok. As a native Nashvillian, I'm picky about my hot chicken. Especially any that claims to be…read moreNashville Hot. And living out here in Arizona right now, any sort of Nashville Hot style is hard to come by. (KFC ain't it, y'all.) This chicken is good. It's not exactly the taste of home, but it's close. They tried, so I'll give them credit for that, and the food was tasty even if the flavor isn't quite what I would equate to Nashville style hot. It definitely ain't 400 Degrees or Prince's or even Hattie's. And there was no bread served underneath to sop up all of the greasy, dripping spicy goodness like a true Nashville hot chicken would have... but it was closer than some other places that have tried to make a Nashville Hot. We got the tenders. Also fries, tots, and cole slaw. A THC slider, as well. The tenders were my favorite of the meal we had. The fries and tots were as expected- nothing extraordinary but not bad either. The cole slaw was only alright. The slider was good and came on Hawaiian style rolls. The miso ranch and garlic aioli were also good. The biggest thing I wanted to say about this restaurant... it's located INSIDE of Dog Haus. I had no idea until I was driving around trying to find it and had to call the business number to locate them... so if you do delivery, you'd never even know, but if you pick up like I did, be advised. I didn't see any signage in the parking lot, on the road, or on the building itself... or really even inside of Dog Haus except for the menu item they have that's also named the Bad Mutha Clucka. So it wasn't super easy to find. But now you know, so that should remedy any future confusion.
