For sushi in Yuma, it's okay. For sushi literally anywhere else that's not a small desert town in the middle of nowhere? It's not really good lol. The taste is subpar...which I can live with, but my main gripe is the price for the amount of protein you receive in each roll. 12-14 dollars for a very basic roll, only for it to have barely any meat at all, and instead be what feels like 75% rice, isn't good. Again, if it were cheaper, considering the fact that rice is so cheap, I'd be more understanding. But this place charges LA/NYC prices for the type of roll. I expect less rice and more meat if I'm paying that. Aside from that, the staff is polite, the facility is clean. It's a quiet and calming environment. A few months ago, I moved from California to Yuma and have since visited Pacific Yogis twice and Yogis in Foothills twice as well. The interior boasts high ceilings and an open space with modern decor, making it bright and clean. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Son, are incredibly friendly and wonderful people. The food is generally delicious, with generous portions that are great value for the price. I ordered the Spicy Tuna Bowl, Shrimp Tempura Udon, and Yakisoba, and I was very satisfied. This might become my most frequented restaurant in Yuma. If you haven't visited Yogis yet, I highly recommend you give it a try. read more

Yogi's Grill is a Japanese restaurant. It is clean, the food is delicious and fresh, the staff is friendly, and they have an ample variety of traditional Japanese dishes; sushi, shrimp tempura, teriyaki bowls, etc. Their prices are just a little bit slightly higher than one would probably pay for a meal at lunch say at any fast food establishment, but one thing for sure is that your money is buying you fresh, healthy, and delicious food here. I've been to Yogi's Grill a couple of times by now, tried a few different menu items, and so far I've always left happy and content with both their food items and their service. I walked into Yogis for the first time just to experience the worst customer service I've ever had. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gal rolling her eyes. My wife ordered and I could tell the cashier had a long/bad day, because she was displaying "0" customer service skills. My wife was a server for many years so she is extremely polite and considerate with staff at restaurants--especially towards the end of someone's shift. The door says it is open until 9:00pm, however at 8:30pm the cashier asked us to leave as soon as our order came out--"There is no dining in after 8:30pm." I asked where it says that and looked around in case I missed it--nowhere does it state that. I asked to speak with the manager, just to be told he wasn't there. Another gal walked up, after putting her cell-phone down, to try and help explain to me their "policy" stating, "Management gets upset if we allow customers to dine in after 8:30pm." I live in the foothills and can confidently say that was the first and last time I walk into this place. My wife said she has been there a couple of times with friends, and every time it's poor service.
