Ordered online for drive thru pick up. Online app limited my order due to availability. No problem. On arrival order was incomplete. Panera manager lied about app letting people order unavailable entees. They did offer to substitute something for missing food... if I waited 20 minutes. Took my partial refund and ran.​ read more

For lunch was went and ordered 2 strawberry poppy 1/2 salads with different sides! I picked the corn chowder soup, apple and the large bubbler of a pomegranate hibiscus tea! The worker Victoria not only helped with our orders, she seated us and kept us in a good mood throughout the meal by checking in with us and others with smiles and good vibes. The 1/2 salad and the soup was just enough to fill me up; the freshness of the salad matched the beautiful day outside. The lobby looked clean as well. I'm thinking about joining the Panera Club for extra points and special deals. My wife said Panera's one of the few places that doesn't upset her stomach after a meal while taking medications. Dined in and had the Croque formage sandwich. It was different. The texture is perhaps not quite what General American public might be drawn to. Beverages are always spot on. This place is clean, inviting and staff is always accomidating. We utilize the drive through several times a week when out and about! What a great time am the drive through staff is! Friendly, and they make an effort to remember your usual order! What a sweet effort on their part to remind me that I had a free baguette coming when I was ready for it! A good stop when traveling. Food is fresh and well prepared and presented. Bread is obviously a draw.

Ouch. Pains me to leave this review, as Panera is usually on point and well organized. Hey Panera Management: training opportunity here. Issue correct timing for your online orders and have a manager or staff member available to issue refunds when food isn't ready 30 minutes past waiting 45 minutes for scheduled pick up time. Still waiting to cancel my order and process a refund here. Serious bummer as we love Panera. Hopefully this location can recover and train up the staff when it gets busy on a weekend. read more

My first time at the location and drive through took forever. This isn't a steak house it's literally soup, salads and sandwich's. We asked for butter for the bread and of course wasn't in the bag. I've heard that even pick up order and dinning in are the same. Not sure if they a short staffed but I rather drive down a few miles to Kneaders. Soup was okay and Sammy as well. read more

Service at this Panera is top notch. Driving through Yuma from San Diego to Tucson and needed something healthier besides fast food stops. Panera never disappoints and this location is exceptional for kind, efficient employees. The place is super clean and seems very well managed. I had Mediterranean grain salad and capresse sandwich. Very very yummy. While I waited for my order I was offered a free beverage while I waited. The wait wasn't even long but I appreciate them going above and beyond for customer satisfaction!! read more

Used app... still trapped in drive thru for an hour. No escape lane once you are parked in. French Onion Soup (large) came with 5 croutons and dome sad grated cheese at bottom of cup. Drive thru guy was very nice though. read more

I was so excited to get a Panera here in Yuma. One of my "go to's" when I travel. What a disappointment. We ordered a whole Chicken Ranch sandwich and a whole Green Goddess Cobb salad with water. $28! Ouch!! The sandwich was lack luster. Maybe four ounces of chicken. Definitely not a good value. Taste was okay. My salad was a huge disappointment. Not very cold. Not crisp. Not a COBB. No care whatsoever in putting this salad together. Nothing was chopped. Big chunky pieces of everything. The avocado was not ripe. The two small ramekins barely contained a tablespoon each of dressing. The worst part of this visit was the water. Unfiltered tap water. It was disgusting. Talk about leaving a bad taste in your mouth! From price to taste to quality! read more

I've dined in at Panera twice this week (breakfast recently and lunch today), and both days the service has been exemplary. They are quick, incredibly friendly, proactive in making sure everyone in the lobby is having a great experience, and genuinely happy responding to requests. (Special shoutout to Sergio and Victoria.) The food is fresh, and the bottomless Papaya Green Tea alone is worth the visit. My dislikes are probably just Panera in general, not so much just this location. Portion sizes are tiny. A half sandwich is like 1/4 or 1/8 of a sandwich anywhere else. Prices are really high for the amount and quality of food you get. Like $20 for a couple bites of a sandwich and a small amount of soup. The drink cups are small too. This location isn't as nice as others I've been to. The dining area is really plain and definitely feels like cheap fast food dining. Hard seats, bright lights, no ambiance at all. The soups are ok although the portions are small for those too. read more

I was so excited to get a Panera in Yuma but today was such a huge let down. Bread was so hard I couldn't eat it and I asked for dressing on the side and got no dressing. So salad and sandwich nothing to put on it.. all of it went into the trash. horrible experience today don't know if I will return the biggest waste of $16. read more
