Before making the trip, I double-checked the operating hours online and was all set for the 30-minute drive. However, upon arrival, I was quickly disappointed to find the food truck closed. The listed hours didn't match the actual times they were open, leading to unnecessary inconvenience and a missed opportunity to enjoy their dishes. It's frustrating when businesses don't maintain accurate information, especially for those who travel out of their way to visit. I hope "Chilaquiques" updates their hours to reflect their actual business schedule and prevents this kind of mishap for others in the future (2) Stars are based on the experience, yet looking forward to rating the food in the future.

I also picked up two meals to take home, and they were packed with flavor--definitely did not disappoint. I ordered the Los Chilaquiques with pork belly and the Quesabirria Torta (hope I got that right!). Next time, I'll take advantage of their picnic table or head across the street to the park for a picnic. Their location in the foothills of Yuma, AZ, right across from the Foothills Library and Community Park, is perfect. I'll definitely be back--especially on days I take my kids to the park, since I know they'll love the beverages too!

If it is hot (IT'S YUMA) then it will be a few degrees cooler under the canopy because they have large fan coolers, but it will not be enough to change the temp as it is outdoor seating. You can call ahead, but it was a slow Sunday and there was no wait for us. We were passing through from AZ to CA and this was highly rated. I use my debit card go home and eat. I just happened to go through my receipts and I noticed the extra charges for salsa $2 for 2 oz of salsa. I am tired of the handling fee for using a debit card. $1.12 Handling fee. As a business can't you write off your CC Service fee. How as a consumer can I write that off. I am used to Albertos from Cali and I have yet to find a place for quick delicious drive thru burritos. I settled for this place but I am done. I called and complained girl said we can refund you.
