Simple very clean roadside food operation. Lots of parking and lots of seating. The real magic is the food and the great staff attending to your food order. From the friendly people in attendance eating some of the great food selections. By the way there is not a bad food selection on the menu, everything is top notch. WOW! By far the BEST tacos in Yuma. We've had Baja Blue two nights in a row and they did not disappoint. The first night my husband and I got carne asada tacos, shrimp tacos, birria tacos, and the pastor fries. Everything was absolutely delicious. I love how flavorful the meats are as well as their salsas. Second night we got more carne asada tacos, bean/cheese/rice burrito, and a carne asada quesadilla. AMAZING! Decided to give this place a try considering the reviews. Ordered 2 Macho shrimp tacos and some asada fries. I was expecting the Macho tacos to be bigger than the standard taco size but they were so small. I might of misunderstood what "macho" meant? The asada fries were the most disappointing. To my surprise I got home and realized I had to whip up my own guacamole + grab some sour cream as there were no toppings on the fries (sour cream, salsa, guacamole). I'm kinda stingy with 5 star reviews but this one's easy. The food here is so good! It's clean and delicious. My hubby's favorite is the Pastor taco and my favorite is the beans. They use Mayacoba (or Peruano) beans which, if you're not familiar, are similar to a pinto but so creamy and delightful. I don't eat meat but occasionally fish, so the fish tacos are Baja style and tasty. A new salsa bar addition is a plus.
