I used to go here when it was a little taco cart only to rediscover it last weekend. Imagine my surprise when I find a full fledge restaurant when I go there. Food is even better than i remember. We had the pastor and it was delicious. Had a nice crisp to it, nice thick corn tortillas. Service was on point and the young lady who took our order did a great job. This is a hidden gem. Very nice place with friendly service and very clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable and the food is plentiful and on point. Cabeza was outstanding along with the carne and pastor. The chicharron was different from traditional. It's more crunchy opposed to the traditional softer texture but, still good. The taco San Pedro definitely stills the show. A chile with cheese and you pick the protein. A must order! I would say this is one of the top 5 in this area. If you are looking for classic traditional tacos, this is the place to go! Taco San Pedro is a very humble taco shop located in an open area of what seems to be a former home. It can be difficult to miss, especially since there isn't a large sign or some sort of advertising. There is a huge dirt parking lot, and you can see the mean cooking area outside. There is no central air conditioning, but when we went there in the summer months, they had a large fan. They have a great variety of sides and sauces that come with your tacos. You can order to go or dine in. Beware, it is cash only! You cannot go wrong with any of the food options. I highly recommend getting the taco that is named after this restaurant, as well as the tostada. They have some drinks available for purchase as well, including Coke from a bottle! The owner is very friendly and the food is delicious. For the average person, I would recommend about three tacos. Everything is delicious, the tortillas are made fresh, and everything is grilled right behind the counter. read more

I've been coming to this taco stand for as long as I can remember. This is my go to spot when I visit my family in Yuma. Everything is authentic and you'll receive service from the owners themselves. Of all the taco stands I've ever been to, this is my favorite. I always order horchata, beans, and carne asada tacos. However, there are other drinks, tacos, and even quesadillas to choose from. The menu is small but in this case, it is quality over quantity. I love how they offer different types of salsas to choose from to add to the beans and tacos. I highly recommend! The taco stand is on a Main Street but can blend into the areas next to it. It can be easy to miss if it is your first time. Look for the "open" sign to be guided into their parking. It can be really busy on Friday and Saturday nights so you may have to park at another business nearby but this has only happened to me about two times out of the millions of times that I've gone. read more

The best tacos in Arizona. We live out of town in the suburbs of Phoenix and have yet to find anything that comes close. Whenever we visit our family in Yuma, we HAVE to stop at San Pedro's Tacos. The only down side is that they don't open until 6PM, but they are worth the wait. Order the Al Pastor San Pedro tacos. They have Green Chile in them and the tortillas are amazing as well. Best taco I have had in Yuma! This is a hard to find Tijuana Style taco Shop. It has a outdoor/indoor seating area that is a little on the humble side. All the tacos are grilled in the outside area under a tarp while the seating is indoors. The staff is extremely friendly and very informative about the items on the menu. I had to Cabeza tacos, San Pedro and a carne asada quesadilla. The the quesadilla was my favorite while the Cabeza tacos and San Pedro very good as well.
