This location in Yuma is the furthest east that you can find a Round Table. I live in Phoenix(San Tan Valley to be exact), so I had to go west 200 miles to satisfy my craving. Don't laugh. Of course I made a day trip out of it. There some nice places in the area to visit so I made it worthwhile. The pizzas here are not like Pizza Hut, Domino's, or Papa John's. There is something about their traditional crust that makes me finish it. Their signature pizzas are all good. With names like King Arthur's Supreme, Montague's All Meat Marvel, and Guinevere's Garden Delight it makes sense since the theme is medieval. What I usually get most times is the Maui Zaui. It has ham, crispy bacon bits, pineapple, tomatoes, red and green onions. You can choose Polynesian or zesty red sauce. In my opinion, it's best with Polynesian sauce. I guarantee you will not find another pizza like this unless you go to another Round Table. The best way I can describe the taste is if all the Pacific islands got together foodwise, this pizza would be it. Service wise you order and pay at the counter, then they bring it out to you. They even give you bottles of grated parmesan cheese and chili flakes. They come by every so often to check up on you. In closing, we definitely need a Round Table in the Phoenix area. Great spot for pizza. The staff is extremely friendly! They did not have a poor attitude and seemed genuinely happy to help us even thought we were undecided when we arrived to the counter. We got King Arthur's supreme pizza and the Maui Zaui pizza. They were both perfect as far as the crust and had generous amounts of toppings. King Arthur's had a great flavor and was a classic supreme pizza. The Maui Zaui was a twist on the Hawaiian pizza with added Polynesian sauce green onions and bell peppers. Yuma traveling on business and not wanting to leave the room decided to order pizza. After looking online (at reviews and proximity to my hotel) the cost could not be beaten at Round Table! The other pizza places I looked at near me were pretty pricey. Round Table looks to be a chain but the Yuma location is the only one in AZ and decided to give it a try. I ordered a small garden salad and the small Guinevere's Garden Delight (fancy for veggie pizza). Here is the cool thing. You have choices on crust, cheese amount and sauce. Crust is original, pan or skinny. Another cool! I asked for skinny but was told it is crispy paper thin so I thanked her for info and opted for the original. Delivery came in record time! The small salad was good size (for only $4.59!) and had more extras on it for just a small garden salad coming with cucumbers, onions, broccoli and mushrooms. The pizza, salad, price and amount of food you get even when ordering smalls is well worth this place. Ordered a couple pizzas last night and had a pickup time of 8:08. We get there and we're waiting. It's around 8:15 when an employee comes over and tells us that they had to remake the pepperoni pizza as ours was accidentally placed for delivery. We waited 20 mins and finally the pepperoni pizza was done. The employee apologized which I appreciated. The last time I had round table pizza was in California and it was super tasty and fresh. For the price we paid, $37 with a $2 tip, it definitely isn't worth it. The crust was chewy and the sauce and cheese were not tasty. Yuma definitely is slim pickin's as far as pizza places go and this is just one more disappointing pizza place. read more

My eat-in experience here was not to any sort of a "decent level" of customer service. I ordered by pizza about 3 minutes after another family that decided to do multiple orders and multiple payments. After the employee struggled to accomplish the basic payment method down, she took my order and lied to me saying she would get my beverages (someone else got the order done). I watched as the family before me got their order and 15 minutes later decided to finally say something. By this time, we had waited over 30 minutes for a basic pizza. Nothing special. Nothing crazy. The clerk and her colleague had no words as to why my pizza took so long, nor did they make any attempt to appease my dissatisfaction with their slow service and inattentive employees. This is the first time I ever came here. It is also the last time I will come here. Go somewhere else. You deserve better than this terrible service, inattentive staff, and uncaring attitude that you will get coming here. We arrived around 7pm and there were employees standing around (4 in the kitchen, 2 waitresses and a manager) and the restaurant only had four tables. We haven't been in Round Table in about 10 year but we were in the area so we figured lets see if it's as good as it was before. Mistake.... The wife ordered a personal pizza (pan) and I ordered a small super thin crust (carbs) and I also got a trip to the salad bar. My wife's pizza arrived and the waitress left, we were expecting here to grab my pizza and return, after five minutes I told the wife to start since her pizza would get cold. After another five minutes I went and ask and she said it would be in a minute, after another five minutes I went back and ask again and she informed me that the cook forgot the red onions. I went back to the table irritated that this was taking so long and the wife was almost finished with her food. I went and told the waitress to please box it and I would take it to go. It seemed like they had no concern that this took over twenty minutes longer ten the wife's pizza. According to the wife the pizza was doughy but the toppings okay. Out of four slices the wife only ate two slices because of the dough. The salad bar was small, minimum items but okay and that is the reason that got the stars they received. For the most part the experience was not a favorable one and it might be a while before I return. There are other non-chain Pizza places would visit before returning. read more

This is our favorite pizza. After being in AZ for 2 months and no RTP we were excited to get into Yuma and have some great pizza. Well, disappointing that it took 45 min and crust was not cooked enough like we like it. Pretty white all on bottom. By the time we got it the place was full so we knew if we sent it back it would take forever again. Also eating in you'd think our drinks would be refilled even with bringing our pizza she didn't even take them to refill just hurried off. You need to hire more workers especially one or two for fine in areas to clean tables and check on diners. Oh and we ordered full pepperoni with olives one half and the other half with bell peppers and mushrooms. Instead one half had only mushrooms and other half black olives with bell pepper. Having grown up in Tucson, I miss Round Table Pizza so much. And I suspect Yuma's might be the last one in Arizona. I try to get some any time I am ever near one. There is something about RTP that just cannot be described, you just have to experience it. Maybe it is the crispiness of the pepperoni... Every time I manage to get to a Round Table I am happy I did. Some of the ones I California were nicer than this one (Yuma's location was a little dirty when I visited) but I will take what I can get an be happy about it. Their pricing though is a little out of whack. I won't say it isn't worth it, but $18+ for a 2 topping non-specialty Large (not even an XL) is pretty steep at the end of the day. I miss Round Table. Especially the dark cozy ones I remember as I kid with the stained glass lamps above each table and the faux suits of armor and shields around the walls. Good times. read more
