The atmosphere is always welcoming, and they truly make you feel like family the moment you walk in. We recently came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we've had yet. Our server, Delora, was absolutely amazing! So attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. Ms. Angie at the host stand was so sweet and welcoming as always, and I also have to mention Gaby, who is usually at the bar and is always so friendly and wonderful every time we visit. The food was incredible, especially the wings! They were SO good! Fresh, flavorful, and definitely a must-try. Thank you to the entire staff for always making us feel so appreciated and cared for. That's exactly why we continue coming back year after year. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing service and amazing food!

I look forward to being back in the area again!

I think the spicy chicken was a little bit better, but I think going half and half is the way to go. I liked alternating between flavors. The meat was well cooked and easily fell off the bone. The cashier even gave us an extra small cup of radish which was very kind! The chicken was ordered to go, and it took about 15 minutes for it to be ready to go.

We didn't find anyone after a while, so we sat ourselves in the bar area, and waited a bit longer until someone noticed us. Surprising for noon on a weekday, it was almost empty, and we thought it might have been closed at first. Once we got someone's attention things proceeded better. The chilli was fantastic. Tomatoey, not too spicy, thick and hearty. The North Philly Cheese steak was interesting. Lots of meat, not a lot of cheese, large serving. Forgot to order mayo so it was a little dry for me. Wings were good, nothing special to write home about. Overall, it's a nice place to get lunch. The food is good. Would like to see what it's like with more people and staff sometime.

It honestly looked like there was only one poor waitress running around the entire restaurant trying to handle every table by herself. The food was also very disappointing. Everything tasted low quality, barely warm, and definitely not worth the wait. I understand being understaffed, but if service is this slow and the food is this bad, something is seriously wrong with management here. Probably one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experiences I've had.

The Bungalow Lakehouse has something for everyone with their separate dining area, dining area…read moreinside the bar area, a separate bar with a variety of high tops, and a deck bar with limited seating around the bar which serves the customers outside smoking cigars. Food is OK quality and prices are reasonable if not inexpensive on their specials, like the steak and ribs for only $25. Good flavor and cooked ok but a nice combo for the price. Service is OK with some wait staff being more efficient than others. There were some who knew their customers by name and took time out to talk with them but that slowed down service a little for the rest of us. Nothing too bad but you might wait a bit for refills or something you need after your food or drinks arrive. We had cool fries and it took a bit for the staff to come back to our table to check in the dining room. Similar response time for wait staff outside when we needed condiments that were ordered but didn't come out with our entrees. Cigar menu is an ok selection where there is something for everyone; however, our experience was the place ran out of the first four cigars we selected and each time the wait staff had to come back to our table to tell us they were out of that cigar. Wait staff didn't know what cigars were in stock and which they were out of. Overall, very good experience for both inside the dining area and outside where you can smoke. Recommend The Bungalow Lakehouse as it is a good experience and has a variety of experience options.

The choices were: outside, the sports bar, or the dining room. We chose the dining room. A large group of people was sitting at a table. We were given a booth by the window and right by the server's station. Looking over the menu at home, we both decided that we would get a bacon cheeseburger. The entrees seemed, to us, to be too filling. The bacon cheeseburger consists of: "100% angus burger, apple-wood smoked bacon, vermont white cheddar, canadian cheddar, sliced tomato, and crispy leaf lettuce". We both ordered it cooked medium. The dish comes with fries. To drink, I had ginger ale while my husband had a Heineken 00. Our server was friendly and efficient. He made a mistake, bringing my husband a Coke instead of the beer. My husband corrected him. He apologized and retrieved the correct drink. The burger was dry and overcooked. It was more on the medium well side. In one way, I didn't mind that as I didn't end up with greasy hands or a burger that falls apart. The bacon and the cheese provided some relief from the dryness. The fries came out hot, which we appreciated. All in all, it was an OK experience; we would consider going again sometime.

Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. There was a tomato dipping sauce on the plate which was very tasty. My only criticism is that the Mac and Cheese needed some salt. The Brussel sprouts were cooked in balsamic vinegar. They were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The onions were a nice addition to the plate. We both had smash burgers. Mine had the fried egg on it and my wife's had BBQ sauce. The burgers were wonderful. Very tasty. Possibly the best smash burgers in Loudoun County. My only critique is that the meat itself needs more seasoning. My tater tots were nice and crispy, although they weren't hot, only warm when our plates came out. Our server was wonderful. She came by our table often to check on us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I highly recommend the Smash burgers.
