There's a lot of pizza in the box for the price and a good place to feed a family, but if you're looking for a quality pie this is not the spot to go. The exterior and indoor interior indicate it's on the more moderate scale of restaurants, but the quality of the pizza gives a mass-produced, quick pizza vibe. A pretty good dine in experience. Pros: decent prices and good customer service. There were two young guys who were very respectful and accommodating. The food also came out quickly and was hot. The place too is clean. Cons: I wouldn't say there are any "cons" per se. The veggie pizza could have been better; I feel the dough had some sweetness in it which dampened the flavor. We always get spicy toasted ravioli and the fried chicken salad is good too with crispy fried chicken. I've been a Ledo's Pizza fan for over 20 years. However, if the order I picked up today was my first time there, I would never go again. The pizza was so soggy it was almost inedible. I've never seen anything like it. We literally had to peal the thin soggy crust off the paper was under the pizza in the box. The cheese and toppings completely falls off when doing this. It was an utter mess. I was embarrassed to serve it. Ordinarily, I'm excited to freeze the left overs to enjoy another day. Today, everything went into the trash. Let me start off with the service, it was great. There was a fair amount of people in the restaurant but my five friends and I never had to wave anyone down to help us. For the table we ordered two appetizers: Buffalo Chicken Baked Cheese Fries-- think that sounds awesome? The fries were waffle fries and out of this world. Definitely something I am going to try to make at home. Margherita Bruschetta-- I wish the bread was toasted a little bit longer but the mozzarella tasted fresh so it made up for the bread. Everyone ordered pizza so I ordered the Chicken & Broccoli Fettuccini Alfredo, I could have fed half of the table with the amount of pasta and chicken I received in the over sized bowl. The alfredo sauce was light and creamy. There were three pizzas on the table: The Cannonball, Ledo Delux sans bacon (I know, he's weird), and Hawaiian. All of them were good!!!!! TIP: The pizzas are huge, a large is not your typical large but a little bigger. Make sure to ask your server before ordering way too much food like we did. I ordered a steak and cheese sub on Friday, December 10th and it was made so sloppy and soggy. I called the store to tell the staff. My call was then transferred to someone (I assume the manager). I explained to the person that my sub was very sloppy and soggy. The person literally went back and forth with me and said that I didn't come exactly when the sub was ready. Then, he said well the ingredients that I ordered on the sub would make a soggy sub. Who would want a soggy sub?! He didn't want to replace the sub and instead was very defensive. Sunday night is typically pizza and movie night for my girlfriend and I. Since she has recently been diagnosed a Celiac, she can no longer order pizza from wherever she wants. Recently we found that Naked Pizza was the best option for her. Unfortunately, last Sunday night we ordered Ledo for myself and Naked Pizza's gluten-free pizza, but Naked was out of their gluten-free pizza. She was so disappointed because we found this out as we were driving to pick up my delicious Ledo. We went into Ledo and asked if they had a gluten-free pizza. We were speaking to the owner. He said that they didn't yet, but they were rolling out one the very next day. He saw that she was kind of discouraged and immediately offered her the opportunity to be the first to try their version of their gluten-free pie. She was so excited and happy! Of course she said yes! He kept apologizing because he's not familiar with protocol of gluten-free cooking, but we worked together to educate him. We were so grateful that he did this for us. Heck, this is the first review I've ever written because of his kindness and generosity! In general, I'm not a big fan of pizza chain restaurants. But every so often, a pizza chain seems to be the easiest way to feed my family (usually when we're running from one soccer game to another). Ledo Pizza is just a few minutes from my house, and I always like their pizza. It's got a thin crust and crispy cheese. Best of all, they slice the pizza into little squares; for the pepperoni pizza, each and every slice gets a nice thick piece of pepperoni placed on it. There's a bunch of other stuff on the menu (sandwiches, salads, pasta, etc.), but I usually only get their pizza. Sometimes I also split a hot grilled chicken salad with my wife. Anyway, despite the decent food, reasonable prices, good location, AND pleasant serving staff, I do have a gripe to share about the local Ledo franchise. It seems that every time I go into this place (which is only about once a year), I pick a table situated between families who can NOT control their kids. So it ends up feeling like I am eating at a daycare center. Don't get me wrong. I like kids. I've got two of my own--a 15 year old and an 11 year old. But I have always made sure that they behaved well in public--particularly in restaurants. But Ledo's Pizza seems to attract parents who think otherwise. I suppose it's my fault that I keep forgetting this. I'm sure about a year from now, I'll go back to Ledo's! I love great pizza. Ledo did not disappoint. Lately I have been searching for something other than the standard floppy, undercooked, reheated from under a heat lamp pizza that seems to be the norm around this area. I had almost given up hope of finding something different. Then, I tried Ledo! I was certainly surprised and impressed. The pizza here is square. The crust is light and flakey. Reminds me a bit like Pizza Hut thin crust. However this has a much better consistency. The sauce they use has great tangy tomato and strong spiced flavor. You can taste the oregano, garlic and other favors come through. The topping are plentiful, fresh and tastes. It came out piping hot from the oven! So far this is one of the best pizzas I have eaten in this area. I will certainly be back and often. Admittedly though, I have not explored all the pizza places around here, but certainly have explored more than my fair share. This place will certainly we hard to beat. The waitstaff are generally teen girls, but I have never experienced any with attitude (I think folks who have never worked food service or have long been removed from such roles can underestimate how much they bring into the equation). Sounds like many of the gripes people have had are their own foibles: if you hate other people's kids, get your food to go... fresh pepperoni will contain grease... etc. As for the food they have recently incorporated there are plenty of healthy options to pick from, even on little things (I got apple pieces instead of french fries on a recent visit). Ordered a gluten free pizza with Feta cheese. I arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up and was told that they don't have feta cheese and they just went with provolone instead. They then asked if that was ok! Seriously, no. Wife can't eat provolone cheese. Then I asked for a chicken chop salad without Parmesan and croutons instead. The guy asks me if I want both in a hopeful manner. Nope, just the salad please while my other pizza gets cold. No surprise, but salad comes out with Parmesan cheese and croutons. After a huff and puff from the cook, they go back to remake it. 10 minutes later, it all comes out and the guy rings me up. No discount offered for any of the order which surprised me, coming from a sales background. Obviously didn't add any tip. Icing on the cake was the previously talkative cashier gives me a pissed off look and stops talking. Pretty bad experience all around. Bumping back up. Flippin has been majorly letting me down on all fronts as of late (pizza quality, customer service, etc.) and I've started going back to Ledo's as my go-to pizza place. One of the girls who used to know me back when I ordered from here primarily, recognized me instantly and asked how me and my dog were doing--amazing she would remember details like that for one customer after all this time. My pizzas have been reliably awesome every time I've gone in recent weeks and I actually questioned why I ever went elsewhere (but remembered it's because Ledo's doesn't deliver...still hoping they change this soon!!). My review below references a bad customer service experience with one of their employees, however, I haven't had one since and hadn't had one prior--so this is clearly a case of "one bad apple."
