Blown away by the professionalism of the young waitress who guided us to our table, and she continued to be polite, and amazing throughout our lunch. Store was nice and clean and the manager was also very professional. Food was amazing! Must try their fried pickles! Will go back. 4.4/5 read more

Great pizza. Highly recommend it. We greatly enjoyed it. Service was very good too. It's our go to pizza.

This kind of reminds me of if Little Caesars and &Pizza had a baby... it's not high end, not spectacular, but the pizza is good. Just good. There's a lot of pizza in the box for the price and a good place to feed a family, but if you're looking for a quality pie this is not the spot to go. The exterior and indoor interior indicate it's on the more moderate scale of restaurants, but the quality of the pizza gives a mass-produced, quick pizza vibe. The pizza was on the greasy side and seemed cheap. The pizza is cut into very small squares, again, fun for kids. The mozarella sticks were bland and rather flavorless, but overall ok. Actually, that's how I'd describe this place... "just ok." If you need fast and cheap this is a decent spot. read more

Don't forget to eat the crust the thin crust veggie pizza is my fav , this is my favorite, very thin crust.

I stopped in because I saw the photo of a 1/2 pound meatball sandwich and I figured I would try it. The young man working named Marc is a treasure and they're lucky to have this guy. I noticed he had learned to speak some Spanish and he was so friendly. The food was very good. Keep up the good work. read more

A pretty good dine in experience. Pros: decent prices and good customer service. There were two young guys who were very respectful and accommodating. The food also came out quickly and was hot. The place too is clean. Cons: I wouldn't say there are any "cons" per se. The veggie pizza could have been better; I feel the dough had some sweetness in it which dampened the flavor. Also, the atmosphere could be bettered; maybe adding some more lights and or playing music; something about the place was missing in terms of its vibe. Overall, though, it was a good place. read more

So glad that Ledo's has online ordering!!! I used to have to call ahead but now online ordering is convenient. Orders are always correct and the pizza is hot. I like the different sides available. We always get spicy toasted ravioli and the fried chicken salad is good too with crispy fried chicken. The boneless buffalo chicken bites are good and I like that they have different sauces to choose from. The counter staff are always pleasant. The pizza is rectangle shaped, on the thinner side and different from Pizza Hut or Dominos. The pepperoni can be on the greasy side but it's pizza!!! Pros: Ease of online ordering location is easy to find, free parking price is reasonable you can tip on online read more

I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I asked for double sausage and complained to them that the last time I asked for double sausage I did not see it so this time I get home my pizza has 1 round sausage on top of each slice which once again did not look like double sausage. The slicing of the pizza was terrible also. I want ever go there again. read more

I ordered a cheese pizza and it was good! The staff were nice when I arrived to pick it up. I'm not sure how I feel about the little square cut. Other than the square cut it was good. The sauce was a little too sweet in my opinion read more

By far our favorite pizza place in Reston. They don't deliver so even without the convenience factor we still pick them every time. The service is always great, pizza ready in 15 minutes and the order has never been wrong. The pizza is delicious, another level above other pizza. Generous toppings on not too thick or thin, perfectly cooked crust of course all on their signature square shape. Sausage, mushroom, jalapeño and cheese...it will change your life read more

I've been a Ledo's Pizza fan for over 20 years. However, if the order I picked up today was my first time there, I would never go again. The pizza was so soggy it was almost inedible. I've never seen anything like it. We literally had to peal the thin soggy crust off the paper was under the pizza in the box. The cheese and toppings completely falls off when doing this. It was an utter mess. I was embarrassed to serve it. Ordinarily, I'm excited to freeze the left overs to enjoy another day. Today, everything went into the trash. It's going to take me a long time to get over this experience and return to Ledo's if ever. This was simply terrible. So disappointing! read more

Let me start off with the service, it was great. There was a fair amount of people in the restaurant but my five friends and I never had to wave anyone down to help us. For the table we ordered two appetizers: Buffalo Chicken Baked Cheese Fries-- think that sounds awesome? The fries were waffle fries and out of this world. Definitely something I am going to try to make at home. Margherita Bruschetta-- I wish the bread was toasted a little bit longer but the mozzarella tasted fresh so it made up for the bread. Everyone ordered pizza so I ordered the Chicken & Broccoli Fettuccini Alfredo, I could have fed half of the table with the amount of pasta and chicken I received in the over sized bowl. The alfredo sauce was light and creamy. There were three pizzas on the table: The Cannonball, Ledo Delux sans bacon (I know, he's weird), and Hawaiian. All of them were good!!!!! TIP: The pizzas are huge, a large is not your typical large but a little bigger. Make sure to ask your server before ordering way too much food like we did. We ended up taking three boxes home and most of my pasta. read more

We really wanted to like this place. Convenient location and relatively good pricing. Staff was really nice. Our issue was that the sauce was so wildly sweet that none of my family liked the pizza. I ordered a steak and cheese sub on Friday, December 10th and it was made so sloppy and soggy. I called the store to tell the staff. My call was then transferred to someone (I assume the manager). I explained to the person that my sub was very sloppy and soggy. The person literally went back and forth with me and said that I didn't come exactly when the sub was ready. Then, he said well the ingredients that I ordered on the sub would make a soggy sub. Who would want a soggy sub?! He didn't want to replace the sub and instead was very defensive. I ended the call and said that I'm not going back and forth, and will write a comment about the store. This is not only poor customer service, but terrible leadership and food. Poor Ledo's Pizza. I will definitely never come back to Ledo's Pizza. Hire better folks! read more

I remember going to eat there so much when I use to live I'm VA, but you can never get enough of that buttery and flaky crust and that sweet and smooth sauce like ion Ledo pizza. Ledo Pizza - 8'' create your own with spinach and bacon - Pizza Near Me - Reston, Virginia

Ledo Pizza Reston- Let me just say this place the pizza is excellent and I have been a customer over 15 years in the Reston Store. I know it's a expensive pizza joint and the prices have gone up so much over the years. However, I See the owner is getting greedier, at least from my experiences. Just last time, I ordered some pizza's ( Mine you they are expensive) however since the quality is good, we pay more. It was a small experience over time that left a bad taste. I had a order over $48 and i asked for ranch. I was told that the owner doesn't like it if you give ranch so I was charged for getting a side or ranch?? which I find crazy in these times. I think it's just an excuse to rip- off customers. We are already paying top $$ and increase on your product. The owner is trying to squeeze everything out of the customer. read more

Sunday night is typically pizza and movie night for my girlfriend and I. Since she has recently been diagnosed a Celiac, she can no longer order pizza from wherever she wants. Recently we found that Naked Pizza was the best option for her. Unfortunately, last Sunday night we ordered Ledo for myself and Naked Pizza's gluten-free pizza, but Naked was out of their gluten-free pizza. She was so disappointed because we found this out as we were driving to pick up my delicious Ledo. We went into Ledo and asked if they had a gluten-free pizza. We were speaking to the owner. He said that they didn't yet, but they were rolling out one the very next day. He saw that she was kind of discouraged and immediately offered her the opportunity to be the first to try their version of their gluten-free pie. She was so excited and happy! Of course she said yes! He kept apologizing because he's not familiar with protocol of gluten-free cooking, but we worked together to educate him. We were so grateful that he did this for us. Heck, this is the first review I've ever written because of his kindness and generosity! Needless to say, both of our pizza's were delicious and she even stated that Ledo's gluten-free pizza is better than Naked's. Mr. Owner, keep up the great work! We will be back! read more

In general, I'm not a big fan of pizza chain restaurants. But every so often, a pizza chain seems to be the easiest way to feed my family (usually when we're running from one soccer game to another). Ledo Pizza is just a few minutes from my house, and I always like their pizza. It's got a thin crust and crispy cheese. Best of all, they slice the pizza into little squares; for the pepperoni pizza, each and every slice gets a nice thick piece of pepperoni placed on it. There's a bunch of other stuff on the menu (sandwiches, salads, pasta, etc.), but I usually only get their pizza. Sometimes I also split a hot grilled chicken salad with my wife. Anyway, despite the decent food, reasonable prices, good location, AND pleasant serving staff, I do have a gripe to share about the local Ledo franchise. It seems that every time I go into this place (which is only about once a year), I pick a table situated between families who can NOT control their kids. So it ends up feeling like I am eating at a daycare center. Don't get me wrong. I like kids. I've got two of my own--a 15 year old and an 11 year old. But I have always made sure that they behaved well in public--particularly in restaurants. But Ledo's Pizza seems to attract parents who think otherwise. I suppose it's my fault that I keep forgetting this. I'm sure about a year from now, I'll go back to Ledo's! The pizza will taste great, but then some little kid behind me will shriek in my ear and I'll quickly remember why I don't like the place. read more

I love great pizza. Ledo did not disappoint. Lately I have been searching for something other than the standard floppy, undercooked, reheated from under a heat lamp pizza that seems to be the norm around this area. I had almost given up hope of finding something different. Then, I tried Ledo! I was certainly surprised and impressed. The pizza here is square. The crust is light and flakey. Reminds me a bit like Pizza Hut thin crust. However this has a much better consistency. The sauce they use has great tangy tomato and strong spiced flavor. You can taste the oregano, garlic and other favors come through. The topping are plentiful, fresh and tastes. It came out piping hot from the oven! So far this is one of the best pizzas I have eaten in this area. I will certainly be back and often. Admittedly though, I have not explored all the pizza places around here, but certainly have explored more than my fair share. This place will certainly we hard to beat. Also, we did order their wings. I highly recommend, they were very interestingly they were a little crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Very flavorful throughout! My hats off to the chef. Well done! read more

Perhaps not THE best pizza on the planet, but the best in the Reston, Oakton, Vienna, and Herndon areas. The crust is light and thin, the sauce tastes fresh, and there is a wide variety of fresh toppings to choose from. Within my local area, this is the closest in taste and texture to the pizza I had as a child. Ledo Pizza is in a category well above that of Dominos, Pizza Hut, or Papa Johns. read more

I have eaten here many times, and never had a poor experience with service or atmosphere. The waitstaff are generally teen girls, but I have never experienced any with attitude (I think folks who have never worked food service or have long been removed from such roles can underestimate how much they bring into the equation). Sounds like many of the gripes people have had are their own foibles: if you hate other people's kids, get your food to go... fresh pepperoni will contain grease... etc. As for the food they have recently incorporated there are plenty of healthy options to pick from, even on little things (I got apple pieces instead of french fries on a recent visit). I have found that your best bet is sticking to menu options that incorporate the "famous" sauce. read more

I historically love this place and their pizza. Unfortunately the customer service and the general ability to get an order right has clearly been lost somewhere along the way. Ordered a gluten free pizza with Feta cheese. I arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up and was told that they don't have feta cheese and they just went with provolone instead. They then asked if that was ok! Seriously, no. Wife can't eat provolone cheese. Then I asked for a chicken chop salad without Parmesan and croutons instead. The guy asks me if I want both in a hopeful manner. Nope, just the salad please while my other pizza gets cold. No surprise, but salad comes out with Parmesan cheese and croutons. After a huff and puff from the cook, they go back to remake it. 10 minutes later, it all comes out and the guy rings me up. No discount offered for any of the order which surprised me, coming from a sales background. Obviously didn't add any tip. Icing on the cake was the previously talkative cashier gives me a pissed off look and stops talking. Pretty bad experience all around. Hope the pizza never goes downhill, because the service is pathetic. read more

I love ledo pizza, their dough is thin and yeasty and delicious. The toppings are always fresh and perfectly portioned per slice. If that's not enough, they have awesome other menu options, they're always quick, well priced for gourmet pizza ingredients, and their customer service is above and beyond. Any time I order carryout from here they ask if I'd like a glass of ice water while I wait...just one small example of how they go above and beyond to set themselves apart from other pizza places. read more

Ledo's pizza is pretty much the greatest thing and it's location is very close to Dairy Queen which I also completely enjoy. I worked at Ledo pizza for about a year and a half and I still can't get enough of it. SO many good choices but go for Chicken and precooked bacon. Wait staff and management in Reston are friendly. Food is good. Love their Pizza, Calzones, and Strombolis. Their salads are good and they have some good values at lunch.
