Food: Craving pizza, I found Pizza Twist on Google and went with the some pizzaz. The garlic flavor was just right--not too overpowering--and the mild spice level added a nice touch. They offer conventional toppings, but the unique "twist" pizzas are worth trying! Service: While the food was great, the service could use a bit more attentiveness. The server was helpful with recommendations but seemed a little rushed. Ambiance: It's a quiet, laid-back spot, right across from the Ashburn Fire Station. Overall: A solid choice for creative pizza in Ashburn. I'll be back to try the wings, but hoping for a slightly better service experience next time. read more

Pizza Twist aka Chicago's Pizza with a Twist is a pizza place with unique flavors. We ordered takeout from here from the website, which was user friendly. The ranch costs extra, but was definitely worth it. The medium pizza fed our family of 4 perfectly. I wish there was some sort of spicy sauce or something that added flavor and moisture to the somewhat dry crust and toppings. However, in this area, this is my favorite Indian pizza. read more

Thought I would go with something new tonight, and the Chicken Tikka pizza piqued my interest, so I decided to try it. I was rather unimpressed. The "hand tossed" crust tasted like it was something previously frozen, and feel like Pizza Hut gives me better crust than that. The rest of the pizza was ok, but there was also something a touch off-putting about the taste. It was certaily was nothing special, but definitely not worth the $20 I paid for a medium. I can easily get much better quality at Ledos, or a better value at Papa John's, Pizza Hut or even Little Ceasars. read more

So....let's see! In my right mind I wouldn't sit there and eat because the store was a little dirty according to my bougie standards. BUT!! The last time I visited the store a few months ago it was the worst!!!!! So if we compare - the store has come a long ways thanks to the new manager. The food is on point!!!! I think every desis dream!!!! We had ordered achari pizza, Manchurian pizza, the cheese sticks and wings. If you haven't tried this place please go do so!!!! And even if you're not a Desi and just like flavorful spicy or hot Indian food - this place is a must try!!!!! I could eat their pizza errrday!!!! read more

The paneer tikka and spicy lamb kebob Detroit style pizzas were the best food I've had in a long time, so unique and full of flavor.

For a two topping pizza you can barely see anything beyond cheese. Service was quick but pizza tasted like cardboard avoid this and go to somewhere less stingy in toppings. read more

Pizza and service was great! veggies were fresh and their mango lassi drink was also freshly made! two thumbs up

Covid-19 addition: This is after my third visit. I was prepared to give a good review until this last order. We ordered 2 pizzas. One had a deep dish crust and one had traditional. The only difference was the price. Second, everyone said both pizzas were dry... very dry. Toping and flavor were good. This was not the pizza we have had in the past. I think we got them on a bad day. I also looked in on pickup and the cooking staff had a mask around the neck - not on. I liked these guys but now I think I'll move on. read more

Very good pizza with interesting flavors! Butter Chicken - obviously we had to get this after reading all of the reviews. This was very good! We were nervous to try Indian on a pizza, but it was the perfect blend of Indian and Italian flavors and it just worked! Bacon Chicken Ranch - very good! The cheese and sauce were creamy which paired nicely with the crispiness of the bacon. read more

The highlight of my short DC trip! CPWAT brings a variety of custom pizzas and what was unique is they make 'indian' style pizzas as well, with various Indian foods on top of the pizza. Walking in we were greeted promptly and seated. After telling the worker how we were out of town and found them on Yelp he gave us 50% of one of our pizzas, which was appreciated! He also let us get a pitcher of craft beer ( they usually only do that for domestic) so the extra attention was appreciated. So we had 2 pizzas, and the one I loved was the pizza with white sauce, chicken and cilantro- it was 10 stars. I want to look for a good pizza with that white sauce, I only seem to find it only when I'm back east. If you are in the area I strongly recommend giving CPWAT a shot. I had 2 New Yorkers with me who gave this place the thumbs up ( that is big considering they are from NY) so let's get on over there !!!!! I will definitely come back when I have to work out in the Ashburn/Leesburg area!!! Yum! read more

Nice twist to a pizza with a punch of indian curry sauce and spices! Home delivery pizza also tastes as good as dine in! Never disappointed!

+Excellent customer service. +Both, traditional and Indian-style pizzas, were okay. -No loyalty rewards program. -No itemized receipt system. -The pizzas were pretty salty; lots of sodium, if you're into salty flavors. Overall, my significant other foodie and I had a good customer experience. We will be ordering from this pizza joint to check out the other offerings, down the road. Check them out! read more

This place wins at experimental cuisine, and blends some of my favorite cuisine - famous Indian dishes with spices & herbs, clashed on the layout of a pizza. This concept seems delicious if you're good with imagery, it did for me. The parking here is also minimal though, so it's advised to order pick-up or delivery. I was personally more turned off with the price for the value you actually receive. Compared to competitors in the area, and I mean all pizza shops you're better off buying authentic Indian cuisine from another store, throwing it in a plate, and eloquently splattering it on top of a regular pizza purchased at a competitor. This way, you'll pay maybe $10 more, and get a lot more food. I love the concept guys, really and the food was above average. You'd have a 4-5* worthy restaurant if you lowered your prices by $4-$7. read more

Wow! Butter butter chicken, I love the pizza with a twist! Visited family in Ashburn, VA and after a long day at the National zoo & Lincoln Memorial we were starving! Our family orders at least once a week from chicago pizza, so we thought to give it a try. Placed the order online, which you get a 10 % discount and when you check in, you get a free canned soda! The manager was so nice and accommodating and the place was clean and also had a full bar. Our pizza was hot to go on a thin crust and had an indian Marsala curry chicken flair to it So yummy! I was not disappointed! Definitely check them out and try the butter chicken pizza! read more

Hands-down the greatest customer Service experience of my life. Wrote in the optional delivery instructions to write happy anniversary on the inside lid. They crafted happy anniversary out of GOL and baked it into the pizza, and also made a heartwarming cardboard paper message on the inside of the lid. A cute and creative solution to optional delivery instructions. What could've been just a regular nice gesture ended up being an absolutely wonderful experience for me and my girlfriend, and I absolutely will be coming to this restaurant again. Probably also worth mentioning that the pizza was totally awesome too read more

Uh-oh, they started out decent but now have slid into the abyss. Orders messed up last two times. Extended waiting. I was out and about and decided I needed pizza for dinner. It had to be between where I was and home. Enter Yelp, and I found this place. I got the Bombay Garlic vegetable pizza. There's no such thing as too much garlic in my book, but this doesn't overpower and I can taste it. I also went with mild on the spicy scale, just because. The server was really helpful in describing the pizza - the menu board didn't go into a lot of detail. Quiet place, just across from the Ashburn Fire Station. I see they have wings - I'll be back, and also to try more pizza. They also have conventional pizza toppings, but I would go for the twist. read more

The assistance from the gentlemen at the counter about the ingredients, and taste of several different pizzas was excellent, and the delivery was just a few minutes early; I would definitely recommend this store! read more

Fun menu for blend of pizza and Indian food! Appearance at first was not promising - looked like a sports bar, tons of screens with various games playing, utilitarian booths and tables. You go up to a counter to order and pay and they bring out your purchases, you get cups to fill your own soda fountain and ice teas. There was a large variety of Indian pizza flavors, many chicken and vegetarian options. You could also get vegan cheese and gluten free crusts. For people that want regular pizza toppings, they had those too. The pizzas came in size small/personal, to large/extra large for several people. I went with a group of friends, we got one large cheese pizza, a medium palak paneer pizza in medium spiciness, a small butter chicken pizza, and two small chicken tikka masala pizzas in mild and medium. The pizzas were all very bland and mild, toned down for American palettes, we were adding a lot of crushed red pepper to the medium pizzas to try and intensify the heat. Would say don't be afraid to order spicy, and don't get mild unless you like very mild. The cheese pizza guy said he thought it was very cheesy but was heavy on sauce, you may want to request less if you like a crispier crust. The paneer guy ate all his up. The chicken tikka and butter chicken pizzas had mostly meat and some green garnish on them, almost no veggies, I would get something else next time. One guy ordered curried chicken pasta. It came long after all the pizzas were delivered and half eaten, over 55 minutes after ordered. The kitchen had forgotten it. It was forgettable too - after half the pasta was consumed, it was more like noodle soup, just a meh dish, not recommended, and had a lot of red onions. We also had an appetizer of samosas - 4 small baked samosas served with bbq sauce, tangy and tasty. Overall, would say liked the samosas, and the pizzas. Would like to try some of the other flavors next time. There is a yelp check-in for a free fountain drink. They honored that okay, but we got mixed messages on many other discounts. There was a sign that said buy one and get one 50% off on the pizzas, but then when we were going to order they said it was for large pizzas only. Another friend had a % off coupon from social media that they were flaking on giving him the discount. Would say hit or miss depending on your cashier on how they interpret and honor discounts or coupons. Overall, food was tasty and different. Service was mixed, with ordering and forgetting to make/bring out a dish for our party of 6. Good options for people with dietary restrictions and easy for groups to order and then sit together. Recommended. read more

I have enjoyed this spot several times now, most recently getting takeout. I have always ordered their pizzas and really enjoy the Indian flavors. I did forget that I don't like the way they do deep dish and actually prefer their thin crust, so I have to remember that for next time.
