If I could give them zero stars I would. They are awful- they took an hour and a half to deliver our order which was a sub, a burger and fries. I called twice and they assured me the driver was close. They did offer a 10$ discount, but only after I asked for compensation. Being a vegetarian I was thrilled to see more options for me other than just an extremely basic salad....They had salads, wraps and pizzas that were to my liking. I tried a greek roll up, and while it wasn't rolled in a nice way that i could eat it without it all falling out, it was delicious and hit the spot. NO NO NO. My roomate loves this place, i despise it! I orderd delivery asked for mac and cheese, wing dings, and i grilld chix dinner w ranch and rice pilaf. They gave me 2 honey bbq finger dinners w dried out chix that reminded me of the turkey on national lampoons xmas vacation. The rice was rice with butter and peas in it. My ranch was rotten blue cheese dressing ! I ate a pb&j for dinner. My 8 yr old got mac and cheese that was pasta in a tin that they dumped cheese on then baked in the oven. We did not dine in the restaurant, we had the food delivered to a nearby hotel where we are staying. The food itself was pretty good, I had a thin crust personal pizza and my husband had a regular crust. However, the problem was the delivery person. The food arrived over half an hour later than they told us. We had to call back the restaurant twice to see what was going on. They charge a $2 delivery charge. My husband gave a minimal tip (as there was already a delivery charge and they were late). The driver was very rude to him. We probably won't order from here again. There is just as good food around from places with nicer and more prompt delivery. read more

we were a grooup coming to lowell and i placed a large order to be delivered to our hotel. perfect. they delivered right on time. they gave us plenty of extra food. it was so much food and everybody loved it all. we had very few leftovers because it was so good, not becuase it was not enough. we had 38 people and we bought a full tray of salad, full tray of chicken with broccoli and full tray of pasta, plus a 40 boneless chicken tenders. they threw in a full tray of garlic bread and pita bread. perfect and the price was perfect. definitely a good idea and the food was great. all loved it. read more

Fast delivery and I like how you can do it online. Good variety and the pizza is quite tasty. I had buffalo chicken pizza one night and the spicy pizza the other night. Both were good. The size of the pizza is pretty small for how much you pay though. I'm used to college town prices for pizza and this was not that cheap. read more

We had Pizza Hazel delivered to our hotel room on Saturday night based on the recommendation of the desk manager. Unfortunately we were largely disappointed. On the positive side, the service on the phone was pleasant and quick. The delivery arrived within the window estimated when we placed the order. Unfortunately the food was some of the most bland italian food I have ever eaten. We had the antipasto salad, the Deluxe pizza, and the Meat Lover's pizza. The antipasto salad had a fair amount of meat and cheese, but it was lunch-meat quality at best. There was very little lettuce, which made it odd to eat a salad that was primarily lunch-meat pinwheels. However, this was the highlight of the meal. The pizza was unbelievably dry. It was almost like they forgot to put sauce on it. Even worse, none of the toppings had any flavor...I don't know how you get a deluxe pizza where you don't taste green peppers, onions, SOMETHING. And the meat lovers was just as bad--how does sausage and pepperoni have no flavor??? We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we see no reason to go back. read more

The food is great. I prefer their thin crust for pizza (you need to specify thin crust). They have a wide selection of toppings including some great vegetarian pizzas (the harvest pizza for example is amazing). Their chicken is the best in Lowell - they use actual tenders and they have a great selection of sauces. They have a big menu with options for everyone (great selection of salads and wraps with a lot of customization options). Their delivery is quick. The delivery drivers are pleasant and professional. No sketchy characters like some of the other places in the city. They have online ordering and are available on Grubhub. They have never messed up an order (I have been ordering from them for 10 years - probably 60 total orders in that time). I don't eat subs that often so I cant comment on those but I'm sure the quality of the ingredients and the consistency is similar to the rest of the menu. read more

This was the first time ordering from Hazel.I liked ordering on-line and delivery was prompt. We ordered the spicy Thai chicken wings which were delicious and cooked well. The pizza however could have just come out of the freezer. In fact i have had much better frozen pizza. I will give them another go at some point, but definitely will not order their pizza. i have ordered from pizza hazel quite a few times , there salads are great and large with their portions, had delivery tonight and online ordering was a breeze aside from the delivery guy who was hesitant about climbing the stairs to my 3rd floor apt not to mention who I tipped already from the online order slip .....ordered a pizza which was a small ... on the small side ... meatlovers with a tad bit too much dough making for a thick pizza ... sauce was a lil spicy as well as the meat toppings .... sauce was good and cheese was only motzarella so it was kind of bland ..... id say the delivery was quick and food was decent ... they need to add some flavor to the crust and shrink the thickness down and kick up the sauce then they'd have a boss pizza.. aside it was decent local and quick ! read more

The food is pretty good, I've ordered calzones, pizzas, salads, and different appetizers and never had a problem. I usually order online and you can get 2 one topping pizzas and 2 salads for $20, that's a bargain! The people there are usually friendly and I've never had a problem with any order. The only complaints I have are the cleanliness of the inside sometimes isn't up to par and another thing is that sometimes it takes a while for me to get my food. read more

Omg I never write reviews but I had to after having the worst meal ever.... I got chicken Alfredo/fettuccine and spring veggie rolls lol. I'm laughing bc the spring rolls only had one Little shred of carrot . Sad part is that was the only thing I ate. 2 of bc I was hungry. The pasta didn't even look like fettuccine it looked more like pasta hair. The Container had so much water in the bottom with a sad sauce they decided to call Alfredo. It was so disappointing !!!
