Friday, 3/8/2024 visit. 2nd time getting the Carolina Pork sandwich for a friend. The 1st time they had it, no barbeque sauce. This visit I told the staff about it and she the sauce is mixed in, maybe they needed more. I said yes, add extra. Nope, same as before. I saw the pork, minimal sauce, def no extra, and not an enjoyable sandwich. Romanian Twist was a twist, of stringy corned beef and pastrami, was the comment from the person wanting to enjoy it. A family member got the warrior. It is hard to make an error with simple deli ingredients stacked together. I love the combination of Chicken salad, apple, candied walnuts & cranberry. But 3xs wasn't a charm. Something is always off. Twice the sandwich was overpowered by lettuce that tasted old, and a wrap with minimal filling.. Apples, walnuts & cranberries, where?? So the 3rd time I left off the lettuce&tomato. Didn't matter. Still a disappointing, not satisfying sandwich. So on this 4th visit I said "no way", when the staff suggested I try it. She asked me what was off about it in response to my outburst. Well what I just wrote is it. This time I ordered the Omaha Reuben. Good flavor profile but enough very inedible stringy corned beef to ruin it. Plus, I made a point of asking it to be nicely grilled. Wasn't even close. Plain, not toasty sourdough bread, another ruin to the sandwich. So much for making it clear what I wanted. 4th visit, still disappointed and decided the 50$+ for sandwiches is a stupid waste of money for inferior sandwiches. Wrap City is a new fast food restaurant for us, and we will look for more locations in our travels! It was 30 minutes from closing and we were the only customers, but the two employees working were friendly and on top of our order. The restaurant was clean and neat. There were quite a variety of subs, panini's and wraps, all served with their homemade potato chips. My husband ordered today's special, a meatball sub with cheese and marinara sauce. He said it was tasty and served hot. I had their Bangkok Nights Wrap with Thai chicken, spicy peanut sauce, carrot sticks, lettuce, tomato, toasted tomato basil wrap. This place should be called MARTHAS, we came in and started to look at the menu and instantly was greeted by the sweetest most amazing person A.K.A Martha. She came over to our table and hung out with us the whole time, gave us a bag of chips and made us a "Martha's Fav" the way that she likes it. We got 2 sandwiches and a wrap, all blew us away, the chipotle aioli on the Martha's fav was incredible and the chips were very unique and also delicious. This very popular Southern NH sandwich chain serves up a great variety of made to order wraps, subs, flatbreads, homemade potato chips, salads, cookies, brownies, and cold drinks. I've been to the Londonderry location close to my home, which was the Wrap Shack (different owners) over five years ago before Wrap City was born. I stopped in at the Concord Wrap City for lunch takeout, which is located about five minutes from my office. I was greeted by the very charismatic staff as I entered the store. I already knew what I wanted to order, my favorite Cape Codder Wrap ($6.99 plus tax) served with homemade potato chips, which I recommend highly My wrap order was ready very quickly in about 3 minutes. The Cape Codder was filled with chicken salad, apples, walnuts (candied), cranberries, lettuce, tomatoes in a flour tortilla wrap. The homemade potato chips were crunchy and not overly salted either. If i could give a negative rating it would be -3 stars. First and Last time ordering from here. I know this is fast food and I wasn't expecting anything magnificent. The bread was GREASY, WET, and UNDERCOOKED. The ORDER itself, from the meat, swiss and sauerkraut were exactly what I expected. What was terrible was the amount of meat, cheese and sauerkraut! It was stacked extremely thin and only covered half of the edible bread. I took all the meat from one side and piled it on the other just so I could actually taste it. I ended up discarding at least 2/3 of the sandwich. I'll stick with any company other than Wrap City. Even the homemade chips that they included with the sandwich were stale. Now I will admit this was a spur of the moment purchase and said why not the pictures looked great but that was clearly false advertisement. I am going to be honest I feed 2/3 of it to the dogs. On a rainy, boring, COVID18 Concord day, nothing has gone my way today and then I decided to go to wrap city where a cute and strapping young guy named Noah took our order. He was super friendly and the girl that made our wraps is Martha and she was also friendly from a distance. If you are In the mood for a wrap this place you can blink and miss is in a little plaza next to aspen dental. There we're obviously no people in there and I'm glad there weren't because we got to chat more with Noah and Martha. As for the food , it was excellent, which I haven't been able to say in weeks . This place had a wrap called the Alamo , it's was awesome ! With super good chipotle sauce, and I am a picky sauce guy. This place is okay. If you eat in then you should be satisfied at this quick serve joint. I have been less impressed by calling in an order. They don't have online ordering and do not like to time ahead small orders (Thanks for doing me a favor spending money at your business). Line management is also mismanaged. Why call ahead just to wait in line with everyone else. During my last visit, one call ahead skipped the entire line while others waited. A good spot for sure, but some kinks to work out. Had the BEST experience from Wrap City. Ordered from uber eats and when it got to my door the burrito was massive. Delicious crab meet and beef in a huge burrito was an amazing lunch for not a lot of money!
