My children along with many others stop by the pizza store usually 3 to 4 times a week to get a slice of pizza before heading over to the park. Many of times myself I've ran in to grab a few slices so the kids were able to eat on the field many times I've called in and paid over the phone when my daughter was in the establishment for a slice of pizza a can of soda and some garlic knots. It was never an issue yesterday. The gentleman who answered the phone would not take the payment over the phone, which they do when you pay over the phone for ordering out Because he said it was less than $10 so he left my daughter standing in the pizza store while everybody else was eating and really didn't even care so I have told all of these children's parents and as well as many others they shouldn't use this establishment anymore if they're gonna be treated so poor poorly after we treat them so Greatly. The fact that they let the child stand there hungry while her friends were eating and the parent called to pay for her food over the phone which I've been doing now for the last six or seven months when she didn't have cash on her really baffles me that you're a marine Park community pizzeria. read more

Pizza spot located in Marine Park. $16 for a large pizza pie + $5 for pepperoni topping added. Delivery was free and super quick (less than 20 mins) and pizza arrived hot and cheesy. I have been on a mission to find the best pizza in Brooklyn for a few years now. This may arguably be THE best pizza I have ever tasted. This is my fifth time here this month. The pizza always tastes fresh; sauce is delicious and the crust is thin and crispy. This pizza has a perfect sauce to cheese ratio. I haven't tasted anything else on their menu but the pizza is perfect. Not fusion or fancy just excellent! Tastes like the pizza I had as a kid in the 70s-authentic!! Not the fanciest ambiance in town, but you'll get some damn good pizza with very friendly customer service. We came here once about two years ago because we were in the area and really hungry - and when we tasted that crispy hot pizza on our lips for a mere $2.50 a slice, we knew we had to come back. So we came back, years later, on a lonely empty Saturday night, and yes, the pizza was still that good. We tried the plain, the vodka slices and the mozzarella sticks. I've been eating here for many years and refuse to use any other pizzeria in Marine Park. The food is made fast, always delicious and very big portion sizes for a great price. During covid they were very safe but made sure you got whatever you needed. Im in Bklyn 49 years and their pizza is as good as it gets. The two block stretch of businesses along avenue S in Marine Park comes up big for folks in the neighborhood, ands Pizza Emporium is right smack in the middle of the helpfulness! Excellent pizza place for delivery, take out or even to sit in. I like a wide variety of items here, especially their rolls! The eggplant and chicken rolls are pretty awesome, not overly greasy and the outer dough is not burnt it's just chewy, large and delicious! Another one of my favorites is their fresh mozzarella square with a fresh tomato slice on top! Their sauce is a hint chunky and full of flavor! It's hard enough to find a veggie stromboli, even harder a great one. This is the spot ! After years I find myself always coming back here for that so kudos to maintaining a great recipe! Pizza Emporium is an excellent Pizzeria. Since moving to Marine Park, I have ordered from them many times with no disappointments whatsoever. Their food is FRESH!!! Ronnie who works there, is a sweet guy. Very courteous. I've had their dinners and they are delish! I usually order their Lentil soup and a small grilled Chicken salad. Mind you, I'm not talking about just lettuce and tomatoes. It has lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, roasted peppers and of course, the grilled chicken. I've had their Veal and it is never fatty or chewy. It is lean and delicious with Penne. I've had more of their dishes and never, have I been disappointed. read more

I used to shit all over this place all the time to my friends but recently I decided to give them another try. Oh man, am I glad I did. Their base pizza is solid, nothing to go crazy about, but they really shine through their specialty pizzas. They load it with so much toppings and goods that you have two slices and you have to tap out. Their chicken parm hero is more than solid for a "I have $8 and need to eat in the next 5 minutes". I love the thin crust (Grandma's) pizza at this place. They also do a great vegetable stromboli and have great soups like lentil and minestrone. The penne a la vodka with chicken is my favorite hot dish here, but all of the standard pizzeria fare makes a good showing. The owners are very nice and take pride in their product. This is the second time I've had this pizza and it is very delicious. I ordered the thin crust pies both times. I had to order a second pie because the thin crust slices are very light and you could definitely eat more than a regular slice. This place is the best pizza in the neighborhood (from what I've tried). I plan on trying their regular slices and other food to see if it is just as good. This is literally the best pizza I've had in NYC, and I'm from here. I don't even live in this area--came here for my son's game. It's classic NY-neighborhood pizza that barely exists anymore--at least in Manhattan and the more Manhattan-oriented parts of Brooklyn. It takes me back to my neighborhood pizza place in Queens--the same flavor profile but probably better. Thin crust--just outstanding. They have other delicious Italian classics too. I'm not a big fan of the pizza itself, but it's convenient and local, so I don't really mind it. I do enjoy and recommend their meat Stromboli. The staff is friendly and give good service, but the delivery men will not give you change. I typically let it slide and give them a tip, but sometimes I'll only have a 20 dollar bill to cover a 12 dollar order that's being delivered only a block or two away, which can be a little annoying. The place also gets flooded with younger kids (high school or middle school age) during the weekends or weeknights, so it's sometimes hard to find seating. Overall, it's a decent, fairly convenient local pizzeria. Nothing special, in my opinion. read more

After being a customer for years,the other day was the last straw. I got home late and was very hungry.I called in my order for veal parm with penne.It arrived within a half hour and if I wasn't exhausted I would have gone to the store myself and thrown it at them.The veal was totally burnt and whoever sent that order out of the store should be fired.Also,the pasta was overcooked (AS USUAL)they must be reheating the pasta all day long.I once ordered and asked the order taker for al dente pasta and his reply was "WHATS THAT ?"Anyway,I am done forever with this place.If they want to see how this dish should be made,they should check out Pizza D'Amore. It may cost $1.25 more but the presentation is beautiful and everything is cooked perfectly and the portion is substantially larger. read more

Not only is the fresh mozzarella pizza the best (and the white pizza) their sausage rolls, chickens rolls and regular dinners are fresh, fresh, fresh. They also know there customers and are always greeted in a wonderful manner.The prices are average, but lower than a lot of other places with a fraction of the taste, worth every penny.
