Seating is limited and not convenient for large families or groups. Once your buzzer goes off, you go back up to the counter to pick up your food. Food was great and quick. Service was great, but there is no server or table service. They only offer plastic utensils. If you order water, they just give you a water bottle. There isn't someone refilling drinks or taking your empty plates. Food is served on disposable plates and containers. And you dispose of your trash in the trash can yourself near the door. I've tried 3 different "stacks", the Italian stack, the Suicide Stack, and the Fiesta Stack. It's a MUST to add on cordial bread topping (basically making it cheese bread with seasonings on the outside). Every stack is delicious but my personal favorite was the fiesta stack. Super similar to a chicken hani at National Coney Island (breaded chicken, cheese, lettuce, sauce, tomato). They can get pricey. I think they start at $15 but you can probably get 2 meals out of one stack.
