First I want to start with the ambiance and the atmosphere for Napoli pizza. This place is drab and on the day I visited it wasn't very clean. There were at least 4 people working and only 2 customers so the lack of cleanliness is inexcusable. The people working there were not personable or welcoming. The pizza business is very competitive and I would prefer if I'm going to dine in please make it pleasant. I ordered a large peperoni pizza, very simple, very straightforward. We were wanting to try a pizza place we hadn't been to that wasn't too far so this was just the spot! This is a small old school looking pizza place with a few arcade games. We ordered dine in. It was ready fast and service was good! We got breadsticks and we always get a plain cheese pizza wherever we go so we tried that! The breadsticks were nice and fluffy with yummy seasoning on top. The pizza was not bad but we thought the cheese was maybe a touch off tasting? Also didn't love how flour-y the crust was. But otherwise it was good! 2025 Update. The first time I stepped into Pizza By Napoli was in 2008. I was hooked at the first bite. The Pizza is perfect, the wings , the calzones bomb, the chicken parm delicious. Everything these guys do is top notch. This is a family business, they are good peoples. They have my business for life. For the price and what you get, you can't beat it. OK, I hate to do this to any small family business, but they need to step up their game Stopped in for a slice the other day at lunch and at best it was meh.... The crust nothing to write home about almost tasted like it came from frozen dough. The sauce was a little salty for my taste and overall just not the best slice I've ever had. The cheese and pepperoni pizza is good. The mild wings are delicious. I don't know how they make the ranch sauce, but it's definitely 12/10. They probably add their own oil or something, it's a lightly thick texture. Goes great with the wings. The service is service as usual, I get it, they make food and service. Tough finding good pizza in the Valley if you have New York standards. The two slice lunch special was 7 bucks with a soda. The order was taken by a guy, who might have been working here for 50 years. The slices were good and easily foldable, but the setup for the slices is a bit shaky. You never know how long the pizza has been sitting out before you order. My slices needed a good warmup, so they might have been there for awhile. Overall, would get the slices again. read more

I found this place to be old but extremely clean and this all fits into the authentic part of the experience including video games ... As far as price goes , this place cannot be beat in today economy you will not find better value for fresh cooked food. This place is not tossing canned sauce on a frozen crust disc and loading it with plastic cheese ... nope it will take some time for them to cook you a fresh pizza . As per the customer service - they are delightful and authentic and this can be mistaken by a snowflake overly sensitive person as abrasive but it's not how they are. They are a family business busting their tails for over 35 years to stay in business and only great and fresh food allows for this. I have been coming here with my family for 23 years now and my kids are grown. I came in this weekend with my adult autistic son and he loved the wings and he loves only great pizza. The pizza is awesome but ask for well-done so the crust holds the weight of the cheese. I like oily pizza which this is. They give you ample cheese so asking for extra probably not necessary. If you like a lot of sauce ask for extra. Wings are solid just wish they had more flavor options. Staff is direct, won't necessarily say friendly but not rude or nothing. The crisp was outstanding from the first bite to the last. Out of all the pizza I've had in my life this might be the best cook job I've seen. Just look at how mesmerizing that pizza is. Everything here was good. The pizza was tasty, with a crisp underside and the flavor was solid. I like that the mushrooms and zucchini were still hot when we got them and the wings were also crispy, which is nice. (I hate soggy wings).
